Luminary Skin Reviews (%countItem)

This company deserves a negative star rating. It is a total scam and I wish I would have visited this website before falling for the 'free offer'. As noted below, they do not tell you it is only a 14 day trial period. I was concerned when I received the package and there was no return address or even company information. The products are around $100 each. Customer service loops you into the 'you agreed to a trial period' response and no supervisor is available. When I sent an email I keep getting the same response that they have cancelled my subscription! This is a total SCAM and rip off. Looking into a class action lawsuit now.

False advertising
A rip off

Paid for shipping and ten was billed $90 for auto deliveries of the product

Desired Outcome

Want my money back

I ordered a trial sample of creams with shipping and handling only. Now charged full retail 2x.
In October I ordered face and eye cream for shipping and handling only. The cream made my eyes water terribly so I stopped using. Then I received another shipment of these 2 creams and saw that I was charged $86.95 and $89.95. When I called the company they said that I hasn't cancelled within 14 days and they charged me full price for the creams. Not only that but since I didn't call until today, December 2, I would be charged a second time for the second shipment. They do not take returns and will not refund my money. No where did I see a place on their website that explained a 14 day cancallation. Now I will use $350plus. Help?

Desired Outcome

I am willing to pay the original shipping and handling charges but nothing else since I did not agree to a monthly shipment at these exorbitant prices

Final Consumer Response /(2000, 13, 2018/12/19) */

Ordered trial product on line and paid shipping for 2 items (eye lotion and skin cream).
Placed order July 26 2018 and received after the 1st of August. I am recently widowed and was ill at the time and did not try the products until a few days later. The eye serum made my eyes swell and the skin cream was not what I needed. I called on August 9th to cancel and received cancellation emails for both products. On the cancellation, invoice date shows 8/9/18 at 2:40 am. On August 8th, I was charged for both products (89.95 and 86.95). customer service tells me I wasn't within 14 days of cancellation although my count of July 26 to August 9 is. (and even if a few hours late, they should honor request for cancellation). I would like to be reimbursed for both charges. They are obviously a fraudulent company as they have many complaints against them.

Desired Outcome

Would like them to credit my account for the charges of $86.95 and $89.95

After more research into the refunds, we found the record of charge back for 1 of the transactions. Please see screenshot #1 which clearly showed Trans ID XXXXXXXXX, action type; charge back with the amount of 89.95, successfully completed on 8/28/2018. To answer Ms. response on 10/18/2018, please advise customer to double check her monthly statement through August, the chances are Ms. might've missed the credit posted on the statement. With that being said, looking in the other refund record, we see the charge back was initiated on 8/29/2018, but was never process through. We do not have authority to hold the charge back once customer filed with her bank or credit card company. Since the charge back was unsuccessful, therefor we are able to refund on our ends. Please see screenshot #2 for the refund transaction details.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I received credits from citibank so no longer will pursue with this business. I think they act in a fraudulent manner when conducting business with consumers.

Luminary skin is a fraudulent company
I ordered Luminary face cream and eye cream and received my order. Out of the blue I got another package with both dated July 30th. I just got another package dated Aug 30 which again, I did not order. There were no phone contact numbers or any instructions on how to contact this company included in the packaging. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and was horrified to find out that they charged me almost $200.00 each time and that they didn't identify themselves on my credit card as Luminary, but as Smooth Skin and Smooth Eye. This company is scamming people.

Desired Outcome

No further contact and for Luminary to be investigated for fraudulent practices

o Whom it may Concern

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. To ensure we have the correct customer, first we request that Ms. verify her email address, last 4 digits of the card she used to make the purchase and contact number. The information that we have on file does not match the information she provided for her complaint. Please confirm this information promptly so that we may come to a resolution for this matter.

I ordered a product and at no time was I told or was it indicated in any of the paperwork that it was a 14 day trial and I had to cancel.
I ordered this product with the understanding that it was free and all I needed to do was to pay for shipping and handling. At no time did it indicate through the ordering process, the confirmation email or the paperwork that came with the product that it was a 14 day trial and I had those 14 days to cancel the product. This is very shady practices and deceptive. I ordered 2 products and it showed up on my credit card bill for almost 170.00 for both products. When I called to complain they tried to sell me more product. I feel very deceived in regards to how this company does business. I felt is was a good company because they promoted that it was on Shark Tank and all of the Sharks were interested in this company. Shame on them if this is accurate or acceptable practices for the companies that they back!!

Desired Outcome

I want total refund of funds for a product that was deceptively advertised.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company states that "Customer satisfaction is very important to us". Their promotion and actions were misleading and I, the customer is not satisfied. There have been other companies that have a trial promotion however it is clearly stated in their commercials to sell their product. That was not the case for this product. I have looked back and cannot locate where I have a 14 day trial. I maintain that I want a refund for charges against my credit card for deceptive practices. I have submitted to Revdex.com through this complaint my name and email contact information which I feel is sufficient.

I do not understand what the business means by "charge backs were posted on 9/23, which means customer should able to see the funds once charge back process complete, as we're unable to process any refunds on our ends. Please see below for charge back details". Regardless, I still maintain that I desire a full return of funds by the business for what I felt were deceptive practices. Thank you.

They advertised one time purchase- no subscription. Then, took $93.87 out of my checking acct.I called. They won't refund 100%.Just tried selling more.
All I wanted was a full refund. The charge was still pending. The rep just kept trying to sell me more products. Said he couldn't refund me over and over. I told him their practices were shady. I said full refund more than 10 times. Finally, he offered a 35% refund. I said 100%. Then, he offered more products, again. We argued. He then offered more of a refund but said he can't do a full refund. Scam!!! The offer online had a glitch where you kept having to click and then would say error. Such a scam. They also are using FB creator, Zuckerberg's photo and stating that it is his product he created w/ his wife. All ***. I disputed the charge. In 10 days I will know the outcome w/ ***. I only wish for a refund if *** doesn't do that for me.

This company was charging me $200/ month without my consent. Coustomer service refused refund.
I ordered and received a free trial of Lumineri skin and eye cream 6/29/2018. I carefully scoured the order site for any reference to a subscription or future orders or pricing in general. I would never have ordered this if I had seen any hint of that.

If requested a refund to no avail. The rep just kept saying I had checked a box agreeing to this. I agreed to nothing other than to receive the free trial. I did not receive either an invoice or notice about any of this. I didn't receive any product when charged July 13, 2018. I offered to return the product I received yesterday unopened. unauthorized charges as a result of a deceiving free sample offer
On aug 3, I ordered a free sample just pay shipping charges. On aug 17, there is 2 unauthorized charges for 86.95 & 89.95 for my free samples. Customer service explains its because there is a 14 day free sample, this is not clear is the offer. I asked for my money back because of the inclarity, I was refused. I was told the 14 day trial ended, it did not. I ordered the 3rd, they charged on the 16th, if its a 14 day free trial, how does the mailing time become included in the free trail first, and second, I had until the 17th, today, to cancel, my card was charged at 13 days. The reps were rude, I spoke to 3 of them. In addition, I was told that there is no free trial, and that mailing time was included in the 14 days, how is that a 14 day trial? 10 at best if the mail is fast, but typically, 4-5 days.

Desired Outcome

I want the charges returned, 176.90. I will pay the shipping, 4.95 and 5.95 for the "free trial". I DID NOT knowingly authorize a 177.00 charge for product.

Advertise a 5.00 offer, suggested another one, at checkout billed for both. Said must call to cancel in 14 days. called this a.m., billed 29.95 add'l.
Ordered "trial" skin product on line. Essentials skin care endorsed by such celebs as Oprah etc.. Thought a 5.00 trial would be gr8. At the Essencia checkout, an eye serum was suggested. "Others also purchased this". I just wanted the skin care trial for $5. At checkout was billed for both. I thought ok, $10 for both ok. Catch was had to cancel autos hip in 14 days. I ordered7/12/18 and cancelled auto ship today 7/29/18. To my surprise John operator *** told me that I could cancel but it was going to cost me the full price of both products. I said well "you have my credit card # hostage" so then he told me he'd talk to his super. And see what he could do for me. The result was I could be released from auto shipment at the full price addl to the original $10 of "just" $29.95. Then he sent me an email confirming my cancellation but not prior to telling me he'd never heard "that" one before and that my card will be charged the add'l 29.95! I asked if I could send back both products..no reply aggravated I said ok and decided to write you.

Desired Outcome

I would like my 29.95 back credited to my card and they NOT use my credit card ever again OR sell it to any other persons. I think trial means trial not an add'l charge for any other "others purchased" products. Additionally, I feel this is very misleading and poor business practice.

Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product that you received. Our records indicate Ms. called in on 7/20 and had her account with us cancelled. These charges are beyond our 30-day refund policy, but because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we have courteously refunded Ms. *** a total amount of $29.95 and she may keep the product. To Whom It May Concern:
After reviewing Mr. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion and for the delay in our response as we just received notification of his complaint. We have a monthly subscription-based schedule, per many requests from our regular customers. This allows our active, on-the-go customers the convenience of automatically receiving their skin care regimen. We send our customers the full-sized product and they are given a 14-day trial period to decide if they like our product for only the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial, they are then charged for our products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule. Our terms and conditions have remained on our website and we apologize if Mr. did not see them upon placing his order.
Upon looking over Mr. account with us we can confirm that he started his trial with us on December 13, 2017 for the shipping costs of $4.90 and $4.95. After his trial ended on December 27, 2017, he was then billed $93.87 and $93.79 for the full-sized products that were shipped to him and enrolled into our monthly subscription. Our records indicate that Mr. didn't reach out to us to cancel his account until this complaint was filed, therefore we believed our products to be well-received and the corresponding subscription appreciated. However, because *** satisfaction is our aim, we will be sending Mr. a refund check for the December charge previously mentioned as well as the subsequent charges of $93.87 and $93.79 through July, making a total reimbursement of $1,313.62. This should take roughly 5-7 business days from the issue date to be received. Before we send his refund check however, we need to follow up and verify that the address listed on this complaint is still accurate. Please respond confirming the current address, or provide us with an updated address in your response.
We are committed to customer happiness and regret that you did not initially find that with our company. We sincerely hope that this settles any grief you had with regard to our company and want to again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

the company has not contacted me to offer a rwfund

I am expecting them to call me to make an offer

Company says you only pay shipping and then charges you $200.
I ordered what I thought was a free trial product and agreed to pay shipping. To my surprise when I received my credit card bill I was charged for the products $93 twice! When I called the company number on my credit card statement I was told by a customer service rep that I had a 14 day trial period. Since I didn't call them within the 14 days I essentially agreed to an auto-membership and was billed for the products. I was never advised of any 14 day time period. In fact, when I opened the box of products there was nothing to indicate any of that. No packing slip, nothing. The person on the phone told me to go to their website and showed me where it indicated that I agreed to a 14 day trial period and the amount my card would be charged. However, that was not apparent when I ordered the product. It said absolutely nothing about a trial period nor a membership. After explaining this to the person on the phone, she offered me a 50% refund. Having absolutely nothing else I agreed. I have not yet received the refund.

Desired Outcome

I ordered what I thought was a free trial product and agreed to pay shipping. To my surprise when I received my credit card bill I was charged for the products (2) and shipping on both. They came in the same box!! When I called the company number on my credit card statement I was told by a customer service rep that I had a 14 day trial period. Since I didn't call them within the 14 days I essentially agreed to an auto-membership and was billed for the products. I do not remember any 14 day time period. Infact, when I opened the box of products there was nothing to indicate any of that. No packing slip, no product information, which I thought was odd. I told him I wanted to have the charges reversed and he said he could not do that. He could offer me a 50% refund though. I asked to speak to his superior and I was told there was no one I could talk to. I told him I wanted a 100% refund he said he would talk to someone to see if he could give me a 75% refund. I asked if I could talk to that person and I was told no again. I took the 75% refund and he cancelled my account. Let's see if that happens. What amazes me is the amount of money this company is making even if they are only getting 25% of what they charged the customer. How may customers don't even take it this far? This is such a scam!!!!

I signed up for a free trial to pay only $5 for product and received a bill without total amount on a monthly basis, but my card was charged $93.
product was promoted as a private business of Ellen DeGeneress and was a free trial for $5 with no mention of expiry date. credit card information was taken as a one time information, but product was being shipped monthly with credit card billed for $93 dollars per product. No billing statement was enclosed with the shipping, and the total was left blank with only cost of shipping charges sent via email when requested. Customer service explained that I signed up for the offer with a 14 day cancellation policy and if the card was not cancelled within the 14 day time frame, the product will be shipped to me at a cost of $93 dollars. This information was only divulged to me after a call to the customer service after 6months of payment. only after I checked my credit card bill last month was I able to identify that this product costs $93 dollars , when no billing statements have been sent to date to me detailing the individual costs incurred to me after the 14day trial period. the products where being shipped to me without my consent and being billed to my credit card without my consent. this is outrageous, as I was not aware I had agreed to pay for a product that is so expensive and get it shipped to my home on a monthly basis. the companys policies are not clear and are not transparent to the customer and I was completely duped in this case.

Desired Outcome

i seek a refund as i have most of the products as it was shipped in packages that have been unused and can be sent back to the business as i have no need for a cream on a monthly basis.

Our terms and conditions have remained on our website and we apologize if Ms. did not see them upon placing her order.
Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on December 7, 2017 for the shipping cost of $4.95 and $4.90. After her trial ended on December 21, 2017, she was then billed $93.87 and $93.79 for the full-sized products that were shipped to her and enrolled into our monthly subscription. Our records indicate that Ms. did not call us to request cancellation until the same day this complaint was opened on June 6th. As a result of this call, she was refunded in full for the most recent charges and accepted 75% refund on the previous month's charges. However, because customer satisfaction is our aim, we will be sending a refund check to Ms. for the December charges previously mentioned, the remainder of the May refund, as well as the subsequent $93.87 and $93.79 charges through June of 2018, making a total reimbursement of $797.56. This should take roughly 5-7 business days from the issue date to be received. Before we send her refund check, we need to follow up and verify that the address listed on this complaint is still accurate.

After reviewing Mrs. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. Because we do not offer sample sizes, we allow our customers to try full 30 day supply of our product for free at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product. Our Records Show that Mrs. contacted our Customer Support on April, 30th. At that time her account with us was cancelled out and she informed us that she has disputed the charges. Unfortunately we are unable to issue Mrs. any refunds at this time due to the dispute. Once charges are disputed, we are not able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. We hope Mrs. is satisfied with our business and we again want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
THEY HAVE EVADED THE ENTIRE FOCUS OF THEIR FRAUDULENT WAY OF PURPOSEFULLY HANDLING CLIENTS CREDIT CARDS AND AUTOMATICALLY PUTTING THAT ONE-TIME "SAMPLING" CHARGE TO AN ONGOING ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT AGREED TO!
AND - THERE WAS NO 'BOX' TO CHECK TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY ONGOING ACCOUNT! THE Revdex.com SITE IS FULL OF OTHERS COMPLAINING OF THIS SAME COMPANY'S FRAUDULENT HANDLING OF CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARDS! THEIR LEGALIZE- DOUBLE-TONGUED COMMENTS ABOVE ABOUT NOT REFUNDING BECAUSE OF A DISPUTE AND SOME ABSURD REASON AFRAID TO DOUBLE REIMBURSEMENT - IS RIDICULOUS! ANY NORMALLY RUN, HONEST COMPANY CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT SHOULD BE REFUNDED IF DISPUTED! NOT THE OPPOSITE TO AUTOMATICALLY DENY IT JUST BECAUSE THERE IS A DISPUTE! IT DOES NOT SERVE HONESTY WELL - TO JUST SAY THEY 'APOLOGIZE' WHEN THEY USE THAT WORD TO COVER UP THEIR MISGUIDED CUSTOMER SERVICE - IN NOT PROVIDING - ANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RIGHT A VERY WRONG THING THEY DID! BUT THEN A MAJOR QUESTION HERE IS = HAS THE Revdex.com CONTACTED THE ATTOR. GEN OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA ABOUT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY YET? IT COULD HAVE ALL BEEN SIMPLY TAKEN CARE OF IF THEY WERE AN HONEST BUSINESS AND REFUNDED A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT! ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS CHARGED - 3 - TIMES FOR PRODUCT I DID NOT RECEIVE! THAT ALL BY ITSELF IS FRAUDULENT. WHY IS THE Revdex.com IN BUSINESS IF THEY CANNOT BE EFFECTIVE TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH A SIMPLE COMPLAINT? *** 5.9.18

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY CONTACT FROM THIS FRUADULENT COMPANY - TO ME TO STRAIGHTEN OUT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE - WRONGLY - TO THIS CONSUMER AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT/INCOME! ISN'T THIS CALLED SENIOR ABUSE! THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WRONGLY EVADE ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND -ALL- OF THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTS!
==NEW INFORMATION TO ADD TO THEIR ABOVE DECISION== YES, AS REPORTED, I FILED A CLAIM TO MY BANK TO REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT ABUSE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY = ESSENCIA + LUMINARY SKIN + FMD YOUTH HEAL + NEW ASTRO AND ANY OF THE OTHER VARIOUS NAMES THEY CALL THEMSELVES TO = ELUDE THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH! AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHARGE FROM ME AND OTHER CONSUMERS THAT THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE == MANY PRODUCTS==I DID NOT RECEIVE BUT WAS CHARGED FOR!!! ======== AT FIRST = MY BANK REIMBURSED MY ACCOUNT, BUT WHEN THIS COMPANY TOLD THEM I HAD SIGNED AN AGREEMENT = WHICH I DID NOT CHECK A BOX OR KNOWINGLY AGREE TO, MY BANK DEBITED THE FULL REFUND AMOUNT BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. SO BECAUSE OF THIS LEGAL LOOPHOLE THEY & THEIR LAWYERS HAVE CREATED FOR THEMSELVES = I AM LEFT WITH NO SATISFACTION OF RESOLVE OR REIMBURSEMENT!!! I AM STILL DUE = A REFUND = AND MORE THAN A CHEAP/UN-MEANINGFUL APOLOGY! WHERE DO CONSUMERS GO TO GET RESOLVE FROM THEIR ONLINE FINANCIAL ABUSE LIKE THESE COMPANIES COMMIT??? IT SEEMS THE Revdex.com HAS LET THIS COMPANY'S ILLEGAL = AMORAL PRACTICES = SLIP THRU THE CRACKS. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! WHO IS THERE, THEN, TO PROTECT US FROM THEIR SCHISTER LAWYERS AND FRAUDULENT WAYS - IF NOT THE Revdex.com OR THE ATTOR.GEN. FROM FLORIDA? PLEASE HELP ME FIND RESOLVE FROM THIS CONSUMER-MANIPULATTING COMPANY!

Incomplete disclosure of charges of product if I did not call in 2 weeks to discontinue order when I placed my order of the free trial offer.
I received my MasterCard bill and noted 4 charges for Essencia product - $4.95; $4.90 on 3/30/18 for shipping and handling of free trial offer of ageless moisturizer and eye revitalized. Not once during the ordering process was I informed that I would be charged the full price of the product if I did not call to cancel 2 weeks after this order.
On my bill I have a charge of $93.79 (4/15) and $93.87 (4/16) for the 2 products. When I called to question this, I was informed that it was in the fine print that I had to call 2 weeks to cancel the order and not be charged for the product. This information should have been disclosed during the purchasing process of the "free trial" offer.
If the product was meant to be free, why should I have to double the fine print? This to me is false advertisement and preying on unsuspected customers. I know I can not be the only one caught in this dilemma. Now I am out of almost $200.00 for a product that did not accomplish what it claims to be able to do.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $187.66, the cost of the 2 products that was charged to my ***.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the company's refund of the charges for the "free trial" product.
Thank you.

I have been trying to get a refund from back on 2/20/2018. I was charged for product that never shipped! "Customer Care" which is useless, has verified the problem but can only forward the problem on. At least that is what they say. When asked who do they contact, they can't or won't tell you. This company is a total ripoff. I would advise never doing business with them!

Sent me a free trail, but did not include any information to return product.
I ordered a trial size for the cost of shipping. when I received the product their was no paperwork or address to send product back nor was their any indication of receiving future shipments. after about a month I started receiving shipments of more than one product ..still no information on where to return or a number to call anyone to have this cancelled. My husband takes care of Credit Card bills and did not realize until their were 6 different charges to our bill from 2 different companies for over $90 per charge.. He asked me about these charges .. I told him they must be frauds because there was nothing indicating I would be charged this. He submitted fraud charges to our credit company and they revered charges and put them on hold for investigation. approximately a week after this I received another shipment with an invoice which included an address and customer service number.. I was able to call them on 1/20/18 I spoke to agent #*** . after being on the phone with them for 30 minutes and the agent talking to their supervisor they gave me the ship to address and told me they agreed they would refund us 100% as long as our credit card co reversed their hold ..I send all products back unopened and our Credit card company took the hold off. But We only received on credit for one shipment for $93 . I called again this morning and talked to agent #*** for 15 minutes she informed me that their was nothing they could do.. So they have all the products that I did not want or ask for and approve to be charged for and I am out for at least 5 charges of approx. $93 each

Desired Outcome

I beleive this company purposely sent these products without ability to return or call until our credit card company put the funds on hold. I do beleive strongly that this was an intentional act of deception and fraud.

Ad: Free skin cream, only pay $4.95 shipping. I placed order 2/9/2018, arrived via USPS 2/14/2018. On 2/23/2018, Capital One notified me via email that their fraud defenses flagged an unusual purchase by 800 995 6557 TruSkin of $93.87 on my credit card. I immediately disputed the charge with Capital One and emailed the merchant 2/23/2018 to "Please cancel. You charged my credit card for this item without my authority. Please confirm that this order is cancelled and a credit has been issued to my credit card." Merchant reply: Package received is a 30-day supply, we do not offer free samples. We allow you to try our product for a free 14-day trial, must cancel within 14-day trial or be billed. "If you do not send us notice of cancellation of your trial we will automatically charge you for the product cost...Therefore all sales are final." Company policy is to start the 14-day trial on the order date which is ridiculous. How can a customer try a skin cream while it is in transit? Date of order 2/9/2018 + 14 days = 2/23/2018. So I did in fact cancel via my cancellation email to the company dated 2/23/2018 on the last day of the 14-day trial as required. Still no refund.
Product_Or_Service: Essencia Ageless Moisturizer 1 oz jar
Order_Number:

Desired Outcome

Refund Since I have done everything exactly as the company has asked me to do to justify a refund, all I want is a cash refund of $93.87.

False advertising/unauthorized use of my credit card
Offered trial price with NO details on additional subscription. No email confirmation with any agreed to terms as they claimed when I called about two charges - one for $93.79 and another for $93.87. They told me there are no refunds or cancellations. I didn't sign up for anything except a 3 oz. trial size and have been scammed out of $187 like many others apparently... they refused to return my money and my bank said that even though I unknowingly gave them my CC number for one product and they charged me for another, there is no recourse. Please help prosecute this business that is frauding people.

Desired Outcome

Return of Funds in the amount of $187.66 debited from my bank account on 3/26/18 without my authorization.

Ms. -

Thank you for your assistance in obtaining resolution in the matter of the return of the funds this company stole from my bank account. The full amount has been returned.

Their response shines a further light on their business practices, and the thousands of others out there who have been defrauded by this company are proof.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards
