We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolve any concerns and are available at 877-929-7658 for any further questions.

Company is in violation of Tort Law(contract law) They are violating their own 'terms' agreement ALL customers should receive full refunds. see below:
Hello,
I went the full route with this company. This is going to be long! Side note I had an allergic reaction to product.
On January 4th I placed an order for facial cream and eye cream, both are represented as trial sizes.January 8, 2018 my card was charged by to separate companies,True Youth $4.90 and Illuminutraslim $4.95.Product not received until 1/18.Today when checking my charge account,I saw two charges $93.79 and 93.87 on 1/19 and 1/22 same company names.I called today 1/27 after seeing charges this am.I called True Youth,1-866-862-6034 inquiring about charges. After asking at least 10 times to speak with a supervisor, then informing the person that it was my right as a Untied States resident to ask once and be transferred to a supervisor, and that I was recording the call.I spoke to supervisor Bradley agent # *** I informed him that I was recording the conversation. That I worked In the Tort Law (contract law)he and I went over the terms at bottom of page.I informed him that according their terms found by clicking on 'terms' at bottom of first website ( http://luminaryskincare.org)That they were in violation of their own terms by: Section A: 14 day trial order $ 6.97, this first term voids all other terms as I was not charged the stated fee but $4.90 and $4.95; Section D states "Two days before the trial period ends you will be notified via email that your card will imminently be charged unless you take action to cancel the trial" I received no such email. Same section goes on "your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the product that you ordered (i.e a thirty day supply)at the rate of $89.95" I was charged $93.79 and $93.87,again by the companies True Youth(1/22/2018) and Illuminutraslim (1/19/2018) At this point they are committing credit card fraud, they are charging amounts that are different than the terms they set for on "2013 Buynewage.com, USA" this is the date the terms were last updated. If the terms had been updated between my purchase date and end of trial period I would not have been able to claim fraud and failure to comply with terms set forth by the company. After Section A: 14 day Trial Order for $6.95 See details below under NOTE: "If you have any questions about Our Trial please contact customer service department toll-free 1-800-640-3456 or email us at [email protected] Our customer Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 8am- 4pm Pacific Standard Time" False, I called 1866-862-6034 for True Youth the number associated with the charge on my card. Today is Saturday and the call was ending at 3:55 pm EST. The number listed does bring you to New Ages Skin Care, so the number is not incorrect. BUT New Ages Skin Care is not the companies charging the credit companies. After going back and forth and going over all the inaccurate terms and just the very first term for the trial period, the wrong charge amount VOIDS all terms to customer benefit. I was still refused refund, and Bradley agent ID# *** continued to try to talk over me and insist the company terms were valid.I again informed him that I worked in Tort law and this was credit card fraud and I would be contacting the United States Attorney Generals Office, went back over the terms that were the reason for pursuing fraud charges, Bradley agent ID # *** decided that he would offer me a 75% refund. I immediately agreed. We had a verbal recorded agreement. Then I informed him that I was still going to purse the USAG's office in regards to consumer credit fraud. He immediately tried to revoke the agreed 75% refund! Then when I informed him it was a recorded line, he stated "what, I can't hear you your all static" and the call was lost.I called back, was refused Bradley agent ID # *** spoke with agent ID who did inform me she would refund my $93.79 and $93.87 to my credit card. I have received confirmation emails that my refund has been approved.oh and *** stated refund was due to allergic reaction

Desired Outcome

My promised full refund returned to my credit card in no more than five days from today.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They do not address the Tort Law contract violations. Again under Tort Law they void any supposed contract on page one section A....the amounts in the terms the company referr customers back to.
This company continues to lie, and commit credit card fraud. They refer customers to their policy webpage #1 but KNOW THIS...THA T POLICY IS VOID BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCUSED PRICING
No, this issue is not cleared. I have forwarded all fraud charge evidence to my state AG and the FL AGO

After reviewing Ms. response, we want to apologize for the delay in our response as we just received notification of this rebuttal. Advertised a product Tru Derm on T.V. for the cost of shipping, which was $4.95. There were no other stipulations if you requested the product.
On August 14, 2017 I ordered Tru Derm from an infomercial on late night tv. It was advertised for $4.95 for shipping only. There were no other stipulations for future purchases. I received a small jar of Tru Derm. In the box there was no receipt, instructions or where it came from. Then on August 15, 2017 another charge showed up on my account for $4.90. (which I did not notice) Next thing I see is a charge for $93.87 for what I have no idea what. (never received anything for this.)
I called immediately to cancel the process of taking money from our account. The young lady was polite told me it was cancelled. I was informed to send the product back I was given the address and I would receive a refund. On August 29th another charge for $93.70 was posted to my account.
At this time I sent the product back with a return receipt and tracking number with a signature. I kept checking the tracking number and because of Hurricane Irma there wasn't mail delivery for several days. When it was received I called the company about my refunds. (I still hadn't received anything for my money.) The woman on the other end said they would not give me a refund because the product which I returned was outside their 30 day return policy. First I was shocked to hear this then I responded about the Hurricane, and the loss of mail delivery. She kept reiterating that it was out of the 30 day window. It was in their literature, on tv etc. I explained that I never received anything. I tried everything to plead my case. It became quite obvious that I was not getting my money back.
I now felt I had no recourse with this company. I'm hoping you can help me. I have called all the numbers I could find for the company's President. I have been on line trying to find the CEO's of the company. I have not been able to find anything.
I have had taken from our account a total of $197.51. I have received nothing for this and I don't want to either.
Aug.14,2017 ref# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX $4.95
Aug.15,2017 ref# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX $4.90
Tru Derm Ageless
Aug.29,2017 ref# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX $93.87
800/995/6557
Aug.29,2017 ref# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX $93.79
Nu Bold Ageless 800/998/3446

Desired Outcome

I cannot afford to have money taken out of my account. Any reputable company will inform you of an up coming deduction. I feel that their advertising which is running under several diffrent names. their false advertising should should be stopped immediatly. Be reported for theft.

I too was scammed by the Luminary Skin product. I received an advertisement through completing an online survey through Amazon. Once I filled out the survey, I was offered about 4 different items for "Free." I decided to take the free trial offer of Luminary Skin Care. No where was there any information that indicated that I was signing up for anything else. A month later my bank card was charged $93.87 PLUS $64.39 for eye lifting serum. I called the number shown on the bank card entry and reached a "Customer Service" representative. I could scarcely understand her because of her foreign accent. After 10 minutes of arguing that I did not sign up for anything else, she gracefully, of course, "Cancelled" the imaginary membership. I was only offered a refund for $100.00, NOT the $200 they billed me for. Since we had already cancelled the credit card they billed thinking it was stolen, the representative offered to send me a check. I NEVER received it.
Now I am having a hard time, locating them, to demand my refund.

Order a free trial and no where did it say if I didn't return in 14 days I would be charged $93/each and continue to be charged.
This is a total scam. I ordered what I thought to be a free sample, just pay shipping of both the moisturizer and eye serum on 10/20/17. No where did it say you had to send it back in 14 days or you would be charged $93+ for each item. On 11/3 my account was billed for $93.87 and on 11/4 it was charged for 93.79. Also again on 12/3 and 12/4. I called them on 12/9 and was told the most they could give me back was 50% of each of the first shipment because it was over the 14 day trial period. I could mail back the 2nd shipment at my cost and receive a 100% refund. on 12/9 I was refunded $46.94 and $46.90 for the first shipment. I want the other 50% refunded to me.

Desired Outcome

I want all my money back, not just 50%

We apologize for any confusion. Customer satisfaction is a priority and we have refunded Mrs. the remaining 50% of the charges in the amount of $93.84. The credit should reflect in her account within 5-7 business days. We hope she is satisfied with this credit and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you everybody for reviews, that I hope saved my time for the future. Apparently what happening, that they put online free trial, but its actually a placing an order. So everybody who did that they have 14 days trial period to cancel the account. Call the number that reflected on your credit card payment for shipping and just cancel your account, if you dont want to pay full 93 $ price. The product by itself is not bad, but it it on amazon for 38...So they just need to stop such scam with free trials and they will have good reviews.

Do not be taken in by this scam! You will think you are receiving this product for the price of shipping only but you will be charged an additional rediculous charge of almost $100 each for the eye serum and the moisturizer. Neither product is worth anywhere near that amount, and the eye serum actually caused burning around my eyes. Because of the holidays and some medical issues I did not catch the charge to my credit card within the "30 day refund period" so was not able to get the refund others were afforded. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam! The wait time alone to speak to a representative (both of whom appeared to be in India) tells you something! I, obviously, was not the only one calling to complain about this very misleading ad! Hopefully, I have learned something from this experience... I will look for the fine print, if there is any, and read it very carefully in the future! BEWARE!

Thank you.
As of today my MasterCard account has not been credited, but I will update you when it is and the check comes.
Thank you again for your help.

I ordered a face cream online for $4.95. When I got my discover bill I had 4 charges from two different companies. Illuminurtapro charged twice 93.79. and Nutrayouth charged twice 93.87. I had already cxl my order by email at [email protected]. I called my credit card company after I tried to email again and call the phone number on my discover bill. the phone number said it has been changed and then continues on to ask vacation questions....when I don't respond it just hangs up. so I called my discover card. they were very helpful. they put me on as a third caller and we were going to get to the bottom of this and talk to illuminurtapro. the discover agent also couldn't get thru on the phone... but he was offered a psychic reading. He put a temporary credit pending investigation on my account for the four charges. Then yesterday I got another box in the mail..and sure enough my discover was charged again from the two different company. I eamiled again to cxl. I went to their web site and found some more emails addresses. they all come back not valid and tried to call again to get the same hang up after vacation questions. I then called my discover card back and they now have blocked them from my card and added two more temporary credit's pending on my account. the credit card company said don't sent the product back unless I talk to the company first and get a special number to put on the box. So I'm not sure what to do. I was going to return to sender...but I'm holding off until I hear from you. I have been charged a total of $562.98 and have received two shipments from this company.

No further contact by the busi right now I'm hopping discover has the payments handled...but it in in investigation. although discover can't reach this company either. I want them to stop sending me shipments and stop charging my credit card. I'm hoping the stop payment to this company thru discover will do the trick....but i need them to take me off their mailing list. thanks for helping me. sincerely

A SCAM... I should have read these reviews before ordering the "free" trial. I ordered my "free" trial on Jan 4, 2018 for $9,85 ($4.90 for skin cream and $4.95 for eye cream, S&H). I was also charged $1.95 on Jan.5 for what, I don't know. The trail cream was delivered on Jan.16. Then on Jan.18, I was charged $187.66. I called to find out why. I was told that according to the terms of the trial I would have to pay "full price" for the trial cream because I hadn't cancelled within 14 days of original purchase which means I had two days to evaluate it before I had to call. How can you evaluate something like a skin cream it two days? That is not a fee trial in my book ... it is false advertising. Now to the terms. The terms of purchase link is at the bottom of the advertisement web-sight (www.trylumidairefacecream.com) in small gray letters. There is no mention of the terms in the body of he add, no mention of the 14 day trail period, no mention of the monthly subscription, and no mention of the full price. You must click on the terms button to pull up this information. After speaking with Amy 080 in customer service she cancelled my monthly subscription and begrudging gave me a partial refund for my $187.66 (75 % or $140.75). She would not refund the whole amount even when asked several times. All in all the experience was very unpleasant and the advertising is very deceptive.

On 1/3/2018 I ordered FREE moisturizer and eye serum samples from Luminary Skin Care. I authorized Luminary to debit my card for two charges of $4.95 each for shipping charges of each item. This morning 1/17/2018 I was contacted by *** inquiring about possible fraudulent transactions. The *** representative asked if I authorized a transaction for $93.79. I advised them that I did not make the purchase and so they declined the charge. We reviewed my account and discovered there was another charge of $93.87 that posted to my account and the *** Representative advised me that the company that debited my account for $4.95 is the same company that processed these charges. He provided me with the contact information for Dermaluxe, $93.87 (877-983-1331 CA) and Segma, $93.79 (844-629-2870). The representative advised me to contact them immediately to inform them that I want my account information removed from their billing system immediately and to speak to Dermaluxe about refunding my $93.87 (that they charged me for a FREE sample). When I called Luminary Skin Care/Dermaluxe/Segma they said that I checked a box of terms and agreements which listed that this was a subscription. I NEVER checked a box and there was know mention of a subscription. Please be advised just like the company name it appears they have several webpages.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As of February 19, 2018 I still have not received my refund of $93.87. I did not receive did not receive a 30 day supply, it was a sample size.

After reading the negative reviews I would have to say the identical thing happened to me. I was very careful to read the fine print. FREE SAMPLE You pay the shipping $4.95, then for an additional $1 plus shipping I could try Luminary Eye, which I agreed to. I thought I was getting Vanna White's skin care product??? Then I got a call from my Chase credit card fraud alert...2 charges one from Uplift for $93.++ and another from Truskin orTruderm??? I will be caling tomorrow the number the credt card gave me.

These companies are complete rip-offs. They charge a small fee for a test product and the continue to bill on a monthly basis for more product to the tune of $93.87.
What makes it worse is that I never received the sample nor any product.

False advertising withlack of info and Misleading endorsement of Joanna Gaines for product
I had an advertisement on phone from Luminary skin care falsely representing Joanna Gaines as an endorser of this product. Also they stated it was a FREE sample and all you had to do is pay shipping. No info what so ever stating commitment to anything other than simply free sample with shipping charge. I paid for 2 products the moisturizer sample and the eye serum sample with a fee of 4.90 & 4.95 shipping costs. this was 12/23. Them on 1/6 the company did 2 unauthorized withdraws form my credit card of $93.79 & 93.87. When I contacted them to ask why they said I signed up for the month supply they sent me. I stated I did not get the month supply I got the "free Sample" I paid shipping for and no other product or price was even discussed. I insisted on getting my full refund of the 2 unauthorized with draws and they said I did not cancel my subscription within the 14 day requirement. I insisted and they would only refund me $70.40 and $70.34. they originally were only going to give me 35% back but then said we will give 75%. I insisted on 100% because I did not agree to anything but the samples.

Desired Outcome

I am expecting 100% refund of THE 2 unauthorized withdraws from my credit card account on 1/6 by HYDRAGLWRP PHONE # *** OF 93.79 AND THE SECOND WITHDRAW ON 1/6 FROM BOIGLO PHONE # *** OF 93.87 I contacted both numbers and they are representing Luminary Skin Care

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I have recieved full refund at this time. Keep in mind the company still misled myself and others with the claim of getting a trial size for just the price of shipping. Also falsly using a TV stars name as an endorser of that is product.
Thank you Revdex.com for your support.

I ordered Luminary products and was told it would be $5 for sample shipping. I was then charged $93.79 and $93.87. Nobody answers their phone.
My initial purchase was $5 each for shipping of two Luminary skin care products. After receiving the products my credit card was charge $93.87 and $93.79 with no notice. I then called two different phone numbers, the one from the place I ordered the product and the other from the label on the containers. The first refused to acknowledge they even dealt with the products. The second number said it was disconnected. It seems this has happened before, with others. Poor business practices!

Desired Outcome

Luminary Skin had no right to simply charge me $187 dollars. I didn't authorize the purchase, nor did they communicate that the charges would take place. I would like a full refund from them and an apology for their shady business practices.

Our terms and conditions have remained on our website and we apologize if Ms. did not see them upon placing her order.
Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on December 6, 2017 for the shipping cost of $4.95 and $4.90. After her trial ended on December 20, 2017, she was then billed $93.87 and $93.79 for the full-sized products that were shipped to her. We understand that Ms. stated that she attempted to call us but unfortunately, our records do not indicate that we received a call to cancel her account or request a refund. However, because customer satisfaction is our aim, we will be sending a refund check to Ms. for the December charges previously mentioned, making a total reimbursement of $187.66. This should take roughly 5-7 business days to be received after it is issued. Before we send her refund check, we need to follow up and verify that the address listed on this complaint is still accurate. Please respond confirming the current address, or provide us with an updated address in your response.
We are committed to customer happiness and regret that you did not initially find that with our company. We sincerely hope that this settles any grief you had with regard to our company and want to again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

paid shippping for trial offer. Never received. Had two weeks to cancel if you didn't like it. Charged my acct nearly 200.00 for a product never rec.
I have indicated to them I want a refund. I never received the product to even try it. The terms and conditions were not part of the promotion. The way it read, I was to receive a sample for my shipping and handling fee. It was actually the first month product and you have two weeks to decide if you like it. If you don't respond within that time period you are enrolled in a monthly shipment of 90.00 plus dollars. You must cancel before the two weeks to receive your refund. I did read the terms and conditions and you have two weeks plus two days to account for shipping. I was technically within my time frame because of the two days and I called her on it. I still have not received the trial. I was informed that they can not control the United State Postal Service. I did finally speak with a person who says she will process a refund but as of yet have not seen a refund credit. I only want my money credited to my account and the recurring monthly charge cancelled. The amounts in question are 93.79 and 93.87.My debit card was used as payment for the shipping and handling. They then charged it for the full amount.Orde numbers are ***,***. I don't want to see anyone else go through this.

Desired Outcome

I only want my money credited to my account and the recurring monthly charge cancelled. I don't want to see anyone else go through this.

If in fact a check has actually been mailed I am satisfied with the outcome. They said weeks ago that they were refunding the total they charged me and that has not happened yet. If I do not receive the check I will be sure to let you know. I really want others to be made aware of the underhanded business practice going on here. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Refund and Cancellation
Refund and Cancellation On November 30, 2017 I placed an order with Luminary Skin Care to received a trial of their product Luminosity. The charge came through on my bank account as *** which caused some confusion with me. I received the order but was never advised of a cancellation or refund policy. The product didn't deliver the results as indicated. On January 6, 2018 a charge to my account in the amount of $93.87 was pending. The same day at 8:08am I spoke with Agent 461 at 877-982-7446 to inquire what it was. She told me I had 14 days to cancel and that I hadn't. I wasn't aware of that and it was never mentioned when I ordered the trial. She said my order was canceled. I called two days later on January 8, 2018 at 10:19am and spoke with Agent *** and she provided me with a cancellation number because I hadn't received an email that Agent 461 said she would send. I was under the impression the charge would be reversed. Today, January 17, 2018 the charge still hadn't been reversed and I called and spoke with Miguel, Agent *** and asked for the refund policy. He told me that there was no refunds and because I didn't cancel within 14 days I was basically out of luck.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $93.87. The advertisement stated a trial would be sent for $4.95. I paid that but should not have to pay for $93.87 for something I didn't receive or was mislead when I purchased the trial.

Ordered 2 sample lotions, paid shipping and 10 days later was billed $93.79 and $93.87 for a monthly subscription
Dec 19,2017 ordered samples of TruDerm lotion and NutraGlo Serum based upon Vanna White endorsement, which were received(order# 95AXXXXXAE) and I paid shipping charges on my credit card. On January 4,2018 I was billed $93.79 and $93.84 on my credit card for my monthly subscription. I never agreed to these charges. On January 5, 2918 I spoke to Adele #*** in customer service. After conversation I was led to believe I was getting a refund and my subscription was cancelled.Credi *** January 12,2018 I was informed that I would not get a refund and my account was cancelled.

This a total rip-off based on a fraudulent endorsement from Vanna White. I want my $187.66 returned to me. I am an 85 year old man living on Social Security and this money is important. The product was a gift for my wife.

Desired Outcome

Refund my $187.66

Just heard from Luminaria that they have refunded 100% of my money. Thank you so much. I will broadcast how the Revdex.com helped me

Thanks

I ordered what I thought was a sample of 2 skin care products from an online ad (not sure where it popped up). I paid the shipping costs and today
found a total of $187.66 billed to my debit card checking account.

I tried to get my bank to stop payment but they couldn't so I cancelled my debit card. I found the companies #'s on my bill and called them. The person I spoke to -Aron- was extremely rude. First he kept trying to resell the product and I kept saying, "I don't want the product." He said that if I returned the "trial size" it would take 4-6 weeks for me to get the charges taken off my account.

He then began to offer to take off 25,50 and then 75%. I kept saying no and that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He said he was the supervisor and there was no one else I could talk with. I am a 75 year old woman on social security and that amount would set me back. My daughter got on the phone and agreed to the 75%. I may have continued to fight for 100% reimbursement had I read your reviews of this company.

This company has is not accredited by Revdex.com and has an F rating and ZERO POSITIVE REVIEWS. Most of the reviews I read are exactly like my own. I want to get 100% reimbursement from this company and I want them STOPPED.

Desired Outcome

I AM SEEKING 100% REIMBURSEMENT OF $187.66 from Luminary Skin. One of the names on the bill was Nutraslim. They use fraudulent advertising techniques as they claim the product was endorsed and even invented by Kate Middleton. This is grounds for a law suit. I would be glad to join a class action suit with the other negative reviewers. Luminary Skin and whatever other names it goes by needs to be STOPPED!

I received an advertisement on my cell phone stating that I could get a trial offer of Luminary Skin Care. No where was there any information that indicated that I was signing up for anything else. Yesterday my bank card was charged $93.87. I called the number shown on the bank card entry and reached a "Customer Service" representative. I could scarcely understand her because of her foreign accent. She tried her best to get me to keep the product (if it arrived at my home). After much forceful shouting, she gave me an *** and a Denver, CO address. I was promised a refund, if I returned the product. I want a refund now because if the product never arrives, I have nothing to send back. I feel that this is an underhanded way to sell a product. I doubt if the manufacturer understands how their product sales are going to suffer because of the scam marketing. I see online seven different names of the product and several different addresses. I suggest everyone steer clear of anything to do with Luminary Skin. The same product is available online from different sources for one third the cost. I have cancelled any further business with the company. I will be interested to see if they respond to my requests.
