Review: They sold me a car with a branded title. Did not inform me or my bank of this. I went to have a meeting with one of the managers [redacted]. He asked me a few questions then proceeded to threaten to call police and make me leave the premises when I asked him to speak with one of the bank managers. So my bank sent me here with the thought that I could speak with someone about this.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to buy back the car or we can come to some other solution. This is my first time experiencing something like this with a business that's why i'm not so sure.

Dear Ms.[redacted], my name is [redacted] and I am the General Sales Manager of Mad City Sales Inc. I have reviewed your complaint with the Revdex.com. I have also reviewed all the documents we have on file from the date of sale. I'd like to start out by apologizing, 90% of any dispute comes from poor communication. So let's start by opening up the lines of communication and understanding. I understand why you're upset, I would be to if I was in your position. Unfortunately what I have found after a few hours of investigation is that we are both a victim of false reporting. After reviewing the history of the 2008 VW GTI I have found no signs of this vehicle being in a total loss accident, so why does the Car Fax show it? Because it's a mistake. Unfortunately these mistakes happen far too often, that's why we don't use CarFax. We use a program called AutoCheck, AutoCheck is owned by Experian and trusted by all the banks we typically use. The Wisconsin title that was issued to you is not "branded", the vehicle never had a "branded" title. We as a dealership we never purchase vehicles with branded titles, we couldn't get them financed and we don't want our name on vehicles with poor history records. So in conclusion, what I'd like to do is trade you out of the vehicle into a nicer newer car that you'll happy with for years to come. Because we sold the vehicle to you at 70% of it's retail value it should be easy to trade you out of it. If you like or even still love the car I want you to rest assure it is a safe vehicle. I'd be happy to have it inspected for you if that will put your mind at ease. We want you to be happy with the car you purchased from us, we where happy to help you then and we will be here to help you again. Please feel free to contact me at any point in time to resolve our situation. Thank You. [redacted] - GSM

In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted] (in my system as [redacted]).
We have had great success getting a lot of folks qualified for our nickel down payment program. We cannot get everyone approved with only a nickel down. We have to take all of the puzzle pieces presented to us from a guest, fit them with a vehicle we have in stock and a lender we do business with. We do not advertise a program we do not have.
I am sorry this gentlemen did not qualify for this exact program and if my team brought him in here they had a good idea he WOULD qualify for it. We don't like to waste our time either.
We do have many that can qualify with under $1000 income , but, they might have had many other circumstances in order to get qualified as well. The many different pieces of info that go into these programs come together during the in-store consultation. We don't do Buy Here Pay Here and fit folks with real, nationwide lenders and help them change their lives and get on track.... every day we do this.
Bottom line is we DO advertise programs we can back up. Period. Can we get EVERYONE qualified for EVERY program... NO. We DO try our best. We have non-commission sales team that's paid to help folks. That's all we do here!
Thank you and I apologize if there was any confusion.
