After having my house flooded, I called around to several different big named companies that would be able to address not only my plumbing issues but the water damage and Progressive was THE ONLY company that was able to take care of everything! Brandon and Dylan came the same day, and not only were they very professional, but VERY efficient! They quickly got the leak under control and had their restoration team come out to start drying the water and assess the damageWithin a few hours, the mess was clean and I decided to upgrade to a new tankless water heater after *** taught me the many ways they were more cost efficient and that I would never run out of hot water again! I highly recommend Progressive and will always request *** to take care of my plumbing needs!

When a water valve in my laundry room started leaking Progressive Service Company was assigned through my home warranty providerThey quickly contacted me and advised that they would get a technician out the same day but couldn't promise a specific time yetThey reached back out and let me know about half an hour prior to the technician arrivingTheir plumber assessed what needed to be done, quickly & professionally replaced valves/piping and left a clean work spaceHe was very professional, clearly explained everything and did an excellent jobFor any future plumbing needs I'll definitely recommend Progessive Service Company

[redacted] and [redacted] were completely professional, friendly, and polite. They explained everything they were doing as they did it, and took the time to do a careful and thorough install. Afterwards, they cleaned up and even went through the instructions for the dishwasher. The next time I need any contractor work done, I'll be calling and asking for [redacted] and [redacted] specifically.

I have to say that the 2 appliance installers sent to my home were of the highest quality you could ask for in home service needs.
They were prompt, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable of the appliance itself. They provided a quick tutoring on how to operate the appliance prior to leaving.
Very professional, courteous, and informative. They installed two complete HVAC systems, showed up on schedule, completed the work on time, and helped with any questions.
The technician, [redacted], was very professional. He made sure he did not bring any dirt into my house by covering his shoes upon entry. Before he installed the microwave, he placed a protective covering over the work area to protect the range and counter areas. The installation went very smoothly and quickly. Lastly, he verified the microwave worked properly.
Overall, I am very happy with the service preformed.
