I am so impressed with this company. From the first phone call to the end of the work, I felt confident and safe. Some companies try to hard-sell you on stuff that you may or may not need; [redacted] was very professional, and he explained everything he was doing. He made some suggestions of things I *could* do, but didn't put pressure on me. He called in a plumber when he saw some damage under the house, and that went very well. I needed a new water heater, and it was taken care of and cleaned up beautifully.
I would recommend this company, and I will be using them again for future jobs.

I was kept informed of the technician's upcoming arrival, which was spot on, time wise. When [redacted] arrived we were thrilled to see that he donned protective foot covering and was very mindful of our new oak floors. He went about his business quietly, effectively and professionally. I would highly recommend [redacted] and his company to other folks looking for services they provide.

We bought a Maytag dishwasher from Lowe's. Progressive Service sent their technician [redacted] to do the installation. He was on time and completed the removal of the old unit and installed the new dishwasher very efficiently. He was very professional in every way and explained the operation of the dishwasher before he left. I would consider using Progressive in the future should a need arise.

Following a storm we had an electrical issue and an HVAC issue, which we believed was tied to the electrical issue. [redacted] from Progressive came over and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the electrical issue, and determined that we would need one of his HVAC colleagues to diagnose that issue, since the electric was perfectly fine to the HVAC. I made one more call to Progressive, and within 30 minutes [redacted] arrived - he asked me two questions, and immediately knew what the problem was, checked it, and he was correct. He fixed it very quickly and we were good to go. While we were waiting for [redacted] removed a ceiling fan and installed a new ceiling light fixture for us, much faster than I could have ever hoped to do it! Both [redacted] and [redacted] were so friendly and helpful - we are so thankful that we now know professionals of this caliber, we will not hesitate to call Progressive in the future.
Within an hour of my Saturday morning call to Progressive [redacted] showed up to diagnose and repair a broken pipe in my crawlspace. He told me exactly what he was going to do beforehand and all work was professionally completed. He also recommended some other needed repairs. I am actually contemplating buying a service plan with Progressive as a result. Highly recommended.
