Home Depot contracted with Progression to install my stackable washer/dryer. I was so pleased with the installation. [redacted] and & [redacted] were the installers and both guys were great - they were kind, friendly, efficient, careful and cleaned up after themselves. In short, it was obvious they cared about what they were doing. They did their job well. Highly recommend them!
My experience with the Progressive Service Company was exceptional. The technician, [redacted] was very knowledgeable, and took the time to help me decide on a replacement toilet for the master bath.
As opposed to another company, he picked up the chosen toilet,installed it, and disposed of the old toilet.
This was the first time I used Progressive, but will probably not be the last !!
Had a water spigot break and wanted it fixed ASAP. Progressive was able to have [redacted] come by within an hour to fix the spigot and ensure I had a working spigot. Price was fair and the work was well done with an explanation of everything he was going to do to fix the problem and any charges that would be necessary. Will use Progressive again as their staff work hard to ensure you are happy as a customer.
This is the second encounter we have had with Progressive and both experiences have been great. On time, courteous, efficient Will not hesitate to call on them again, should the situation arise.
My 14 year old water heater was functioning, but leaking. I called my home warranty company and they contacted Progressive Service Company, who literally called me 3 minutes after I hung up the phone. I made an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 9am. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived on time. They walked me through the process and explained everything that would be happening. they replaced my 14 year old dinosaur with a brand new unit and turned a spiders nest of piping into a much cleaner and out of the way install.
I also asked their opinion on a water softener because of the hard and chlorine filled city water, here in Raleigh. They recommended a water filtration system and thoroughly explained the benefits and cost. Not wanting to pay the full price all up front, they connected me with their finance partner who set me up with 12 months no interest, same as cash.
Once all the work was done, they had my wife and I TASTE the difference in the water as well as show the chemical test results. I cannot wait to finally drink water right out of the kitchen faucet and we will no longer have to scrub the hard water stains from the toilets!

I just bought a new whirlpool dryer from Home Depot and needed to get it installed. [redacted], who works for Progressive Service Company was assigned my ticket. From the moment I met [redacted] it was nothing but an extreme customer service encounter. He worked on getting me set up. Took more than enough time to get my dryer in place and working with the new steamer element. His attitude and can do attitude was outstanding. He took the time and patience to explain the workings of the dryer and checked my washing machine hook up as well to insure that the installation of the dryer steamer did not impact anything. I would highly recommend Progressive Service Company...be sure to ask for [redacted] as your service technician. Would definitely use them again.
I called these guys to replace my water heater after the one I had burst on 4/13/2016. I called them in the early afternoon hoping to find someone that could replace it that day and after telling me they had someone available to come the same day, they arrived about 1 hr later - very fast. [redacted] and [redacted] were really great - Gave me an estimate, said they could start right away and had the entire replacement complete in under 3 hours. Extremely helpful, very professionally done and quick. I didn't shop around on prices but the estimate seemed reasonable. Overall, I'm very happy and these guys were very responsive and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

There were several complications given the age and condition of my home and the plumber who came out, **, was undaunted. I also appreciated how he made helpful suggestions about maintenance and avoiding future problems.
