The opening upstairs to my attic where the water heater was located was too small to install the new one. Cutting out a section of wood was the only way to get the unit upstairs and up a flight of stairs. It took hours to complete the job, and Martin was not only a very capable technician, he assured me he would not leave until my water heater was installed and in working order. He worked overtime to complete this job! His communication and customer service skills were excellent. His Mom and Dad, I am sure are proud of their son. Somehow they made it work & it looks perfect, completely level. What a difference when a real professional does your job!

This is the second time this company has been to my house. Excellent service!! [redacted] is a top-notch plumber! He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable about older homes and plumbing issues, polite, clean and willing to stay as long as it took to have necessary hygiene services. This was a major job that needed further authorization but he wrote legible descriptions that I could understand. ( This may not have been necessary if I had given him or the company a better description.) This young man and his company should be COMMENDED for service, efficiency, politeness, quick response, and total satisfaction.On a scale of 1-10 this was a 10. 10 being the best.
