We have received the resident's complaint and the information has been forwarded to the Regional Property Manager and Branch Manager. The resident should have a response within 1-business day.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and am awaiting a full resolution as outlined in my initial complaint, as at this time, no one has attempted to contact me to resolve this issue.

They are horrible they do not inspect there property everything is patch work secondary half done work. Rent prices does not equal to living conditions. Maintenance is horrible nobody wants to help moved in November 29 but couldn't physically stay in the property until the 10th of December due to electrical problems heating issues etc.

I am rejecting this response because:Another typical response from Main Street. "We'll deal with it soon, promise. Pinky swear this time." Sure. It's been four or five days since THAT response, and still nothing. After the ongoing lack of response from previous promises that this will "surely be resolved quickly." So expedient. Meanwhile the longer we delay and duck this situation the further in the past it becomes and the harder it is to do anything about. All it looks like to me is attempting to get me to miss the six-day response limit and have this file automatically close.

Ms. [redacted],Please accept my apologies for any miscommunication and frustration the experience with Main Street Renewal has caused. I can assure you we do not knowingly stack prospects. The policy is that we take the applicants in the order the apply and provide all required...
documentation for screening. The application on-line does indicate the screening fees are non-refundable but I understand your frustration and have requested a refund of your $80.00.Please let me know if you have any questions or if you do not receive a refund within 7-10 days.Thank you,[redacted]
Received the complaint and sent to VP of Customer Relations for follow up. The resident should hear from us within 1 business day.
I have reached out to Ms. [redacted] to discuss the issues outlined in the Complaint directly.
Resident was given an unfair chance of getting this house due to someone already being approved and about to give their deposit. Due to this error we offered the prospect $100 dollars in gift cards and she gladly accepted
Do not rent from this company had no use of main bathroom since july broken exit toliet pipe under house since summer sewage going under house since??? they refuse to fix as husband has O2 so plumber said will fix from ourside to prevent digging up living room and causing sparks Main Street said NO want cheaper option go to hotel I pointed out husband is disabled also uses hospital bed they refuse to fix blame us demand to dig up living room!!! Black mold in kitchen took them 7 weeks to get to that constant plumbing problems, This is the first month I am refusing to pay rent Im tired of 7 months without main bathroom so I have to pay for movers Im sure a court fight is pending beyond frustrated..........
Revdex.com:MS Renewal has sent out a technician today 07/06/15, to investigate the matter and have found the problem...
that was creating the water damage. The technicians have takenphotos and will be forwarding the results to the company so that the repair work can be completed. In their findings, they were able to determine that the leakage was due to the AC unit that was installed after we moved into the home this past winter that has created all of the damage. I will await their feedback as to when they can start the repair to the walls, ceiling, and carpet and address the mold that has started to form.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We have received notification of the issue. The details have been subm itted to our Resident Services Team and the customer will be contacted within 2 business days.
Our Resident Support Care Team contacted the resident of their concerns. We are currently working with the resident of other options of transferring to another property that they will consider. At this time all concerns have been address.
After review of the residents complaint, we definitely apologize for vendor's Action and No-Show. This is not acceptable and we will address with the vendor. However, the policy you refer to does not allow residents to charge for missed appointments. The fee referenced in the policy is a pass...
through cost that we incur from our vendors and not an inconvenience charge.
We contacted the consumer on their concerns. After our investigation, we advised that per inspector home is not habitable and the consumer has been advised that he will be released from the lease. Additional steps will follow due to the home not being habitable.

I am rejecting this response because:Main Street Renewal never contacted us like they said.

I am rejecting this response because: MS Renewal isn't even looking at the email I have from their employee saying that she would "hold off"...
until Dec. 28th so the account wouldn't go into eviction status. The paperwork was filed on the 27th. I have shared this email with them and they act like it doesn't exist. Heather Bates messed up and they want to hide behind the lease and not be accountable for their screw up. It's the principle of the issue. Regards,
[redacted]
Our Resident Care Support Team finalized a resolution and confirmed with the Resident that their security deposit was return and received. At this time all of the Resident’s concerns have been addressed.
After review of the residents complaint we are actively working to coordinate efforts with the resident and the local branch to review the disputed amounts and adjust if warranted. At this time there are no additional outstanding issues that need to be addressed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not heard anything from the business at all. This is how it always goes, I will call them get told that I will get a return call back. Yet nothing what's so ever.
