I received an email for a personal loan for 12,that I was pre approvedWhen filling out the application it was very vague and limited I was not able to add my overall income but did add my pay stubs and all the require paperworkThere was no major guideline when I went to the websiteI did make several calls inquiring about the processThey explain that once I upload the income with the paychecks all will be validatedThe woman name *** who was the loan manager called me back an explained she needed so additional paperwork and promised to call me back within 10-minutes after I uploaded themThis was never done on May at est standard time I had to call herShe looked over my loan and said the numbers don't match and said I added in a figure of over million dollars as my incomeI was only sending in paychecks of take home every monthI asked how did she get this numberShe said it could of been a typo I said can you re look at my application and help m

I was sent a pre-approval letter but when I went onto the website I was deniedI did not enjoy my experience I felt if a company sends a pre-approval, then when you apply you should not be denied in less than thirty secondsIt took me longer to open the letter that it did for the website to deny meI did not solicit this information from Upgrade, the company sent me an approval letter with a confirmation numberI wanted to consolidate my credit cards which would allow me to make one payment instead of several
This has been a great experience in terms of being made of aware of Upgrade and than being able to act on its meritsAm very pleased of their rates as well as there Customer experience teamI was surprised as to how long from the beginning of this process to the deposit of funds

Now they are telling me that they cannot proof my identy what else they need?? I gave then my life info Anyone out there be aware, They are very nice at the beginning, but after you submit your docs Its like you are nobody Bad business!!
