To: Upgrade Incorporated personnel: I find NO record from my banking files stating that you've even bothered to LOOK into where the i.paddress was coming from at the time of my business account hackBut don't worry, I DIDSo, unless you've done your due diligence to find out WHERE that IPaddress is coming from, who OWNS that IPaddress, and if whether or not THAT person was was living with or near your employee back in 1997, then you have certainly have NO right to say that, "...There's nothing linking *** *** *** to your business account hack"But be it innocence or blatant, sociopathic, non-apologetic guilt, ***-From-Upgrade had NO RIGHT to bully me over surrendering my username, password and access name as PREREQUISITE for this loan's (loan number provided upon request) "forwarding" approvalIn fact, he was more adamant about my disclosing my ldetails, then he was about my my income verification??? I WAS PRE APPROVED FOR A PERSONAL LOAN OF 5,THROUGH CREDIT KARMAI PROCEEDED TO UPGRADE'S WEBSITE TO ACCEPT MY LOAN OFFER AND RECEIVE MY CASHI WAS NOTIFIED BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WAS FULLY APPROVED AND NEEDED TO UPLOAD SOME DOCUMENTSI PROCEEDED TO SEND THEM MY DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RECENT PAYSTUBS AS REQUESTEDTHE REPRESENTATIVE STATED EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD AND FUNDING WOULD HAPPEN ONCE MY ACCOUNT MANAGER RETURNED THE NEXT DAYTHE NEXT DAY CAME AND NO FUNDINGI CALLED IN AND WAS INFORMED I HAD TO SEND A WFOR A YEAR I WAS ON DISABILITYI EXPLAINED I DIDN'T WORK THAT YEAR HOWEVER IM WORKING NOW AND WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS CHECKED OUT SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE ISSUE ISNOW I HAVE A NEGATIVE INQUIRY ON MY REPORT WHICH CAUSED MY SCORE TO GO DOWN THREE POINTS
