This company pre-approved me for a loan, anytime I've eve been pre-approved for anything I have never been deniedThey had me send in my ID and SS I hope this wasn't a SCAM of some sorts, and then the reason for denial was unable to identify, how is that when you asked for all my information, I just feel this was unprofessional

I got a medical loan from upgradeEverything was great until I started making extra payment to pay it off quicklyWhen I had enough to pay it off, I used there website and there portal to look up the amount and paid the totalTwo days later I went back to the site just to see the balance at It instead said $I called the bank and they said there website isn’t accurate when it comes to final payoffI could not believe that they didn’t want to make things rightFinally I just wanted to have this done withSo I asked for the official payoff in an email before paying itThe representative couldn’t email it to me he had to send it to a different department that he assured would be emailedIt didn’t arriveThe next day I tried again for the payoffI told them make it for a week later I would pay more just to be sure I could get this done $When I went to pay it on there portal, the portal said it was too much money and wouldn’t accept itI had to get another letter for the $and paid that on there websiteThe computer let me know I was paying less than the original monthly agreement and if I continued there could be late feesYou’d think they would be happy someone paid off the loan
