I have been fighting for months to get an insurance checkThe check bounced and left my account in overdraft

My experience has been with Katie R***, and this has been the worst experience of my life with regard to insurance claimsWe had a house fire back on June 28th Mind you no one was hurt At the time I had family in town plus my wife and kids

Unauthorized early withdrawal from checking account
This company unethically withdrew money from my checking account before the date I authorized They have withdrawn money entire days before the expected and agreed upon date I did not authorize an early withdrawal

Agency is charging me for a policy that was cancelled on July 29,

Notice of nonrenewal of automobile insurance policy
I received a notice of nonrenewal of automobile insurance policy from The Commerce Insurance company dated 11/8/The notice states that my insurance policy won't be renewed when it expires and the reason given was "Loss History" when I contacted my insurance broker he informed me that he didn't receive such a notice form the Insurance company and that the reason given doesn't apply to me as I have a clean driving record and the insurance company doesn't have a reason to decline serviceI then contacted the Commerce insurance to inquire about the notice I received and spoke to multiple customer service representative who stated that they do not know what "loss History" meant and when looking at my record they didn't see a reason to suspend my policy and they referred me back to the insurance broker who also contacted Commerce Insurance multiple times to inquire about the notice but he never received an answer from themI then st

I have attempted to cancel my renters insurance for over months and they continue to bill me
I called 4/to cancel my renters insurance policy because I moved out of the countryI was informed all I needed to do was sign and return a form, which I did the same dayI found in June they were continuing to bill me so I called again on July to request they cancel my policy and refund me for May, June, and JulyThey informed me they needed additional documentation, which I provided and was then assured my policy was cancelled and I should receive a refund in the mailA week later I received a BILL for another years insurance! I was involved in an accident that was the other person's fault Their insurance is Mapfre It has now been over months since the accident and almost months since my vehicle has been in the shop for repairs At first, they denied OEM parts and said that if the after market parts didn't fit, they would make up the differenceWell, they didn't fitNow Mapfre and the auto body place are fighting over $ Mapfre says they are not going to pay this difference I don't believe I should pay it either since the accident was not my faultAt this point, they have paid over that amount for my rental carI spoke with a supervisor, Glenn M***He went on to say that this body shop purposely put the after market parts on wrong so it would look like they didn't fitAnd of course he blamed the body shopThis body shop has an A+ rating on this site as well as an A rating on ***I find it hard to believe they would purposely put parts on to fail This Glenn guy sounded like he came off of an episode of the Sopranos and was trying to bully me to take my car to a place that they work with directly This insurance company is terrible and I think him "steering" me to another body shop(as they called them CAREZ) may cross the legal linesI believe the shops they are steering me to are direct repair shops that have a contract with them They are essentially holding my car hostageThis is beyond ridiculous If I could give them negative stars I wouldIn looking over all of these other reviews, I am perplexed as to how they have an A+ rating on this site I will be going to social media

After moving out of state, got new registration and insurance for my two covered vehicleI submitted all requested paperwork to them asking for my account to be closed with more than two weeks in advanceThey still are charging my bank account
