Mapfre is refusing to send funds for car seats that require replacement after an accident with their policy holder who hit me and my childI have provided receipts, photos and user manual that expressly state that replacement is necessaryThis is unethicalDo not use this company

This Insurance company has no customer service skills at all! When it's time to file a claim there not there for the homeownersThey collect their premium once a month, but when needed to assist with claims and payments they're not there for the homeowners! Do not use this company beware!!! They will terminate your policy when they have to pay out for claims!!!

We purchased private auto *** with MAPFRE Commerce Insurance effective 12/21/2017.We used MAPFRE approved agency/agent, *** *** Agency/*** *** *** We made payments directly to Mr*** for the purposes of premium ($392.29) and monthly payments ($181-188)Payments were made in cash and debit (we have all receipts)In March 2018, we received a letter from MAPFRE stating that our *** coverage is due to cancel on 3/21/for nonpayment

I have been with this insurance company ,*** who is covered by Commerce,for at least 30yrs!...I had one accident in those yrs about years ago,I pay them a lot of money every year for 30yrs...and I have not put in a claim in years,so I was surprised to get a call out of no where saying they want me to increase my coverage or they will drop me!!..I said why and they said they can do what they want that's why!!'?..I work for *** and have been driving a truck every day for years without one accident in my phone truck'?....I have one accident with my car yrs ago when a person cut thru a driveway and crashed into me..that's it..so I have been faithfully paying this company foryrs with one accident and out of no where they want to cancel me if I don't raise my payments!!..this is very WRONG!!!

This company takes advantage of its insureds and gives new meaning to the term bad faith I was an auto, home and umbrella policyholder I did $50K in improvements to my home in and the contractor made an error that resulted in a substantial loss The CONTRACTOR's insurance company paid that loss - the contractor admitted full liability Mapfre had zero obligation I made a $claim in as a result of a burst pipe (again as a result of defective contractor insulation) and Mapfre paid reluctantly In December 2017, I put the company on notice I might make a claim based on some roof water damage as a result of a storm I told the adjuster I wanted to timely notify them but asn;t sure I would actually make a claim days later after I got the estimate for repair, I told the adjuster I would not be making a claim and received written confirmation that it was "withdrawn." Last evening I received a notice of non-renewal for claims in a year period - seriously???? I had valid loss since and am now being dropped - for one $claim This is the same company who sent me certified mail letters about the claim that was withdrawn and then cancelled my auto policy because of a glitch with my bank's auto pay after a fraud alert with zero notice to me or my agent It's a let's take in the premiums and make sure we non-renew or cancel before we have to pay a claim I encourage everyone who was similarly treated to file formal complaints and get them to stop these predatory practices

On August my insurance agent called Mapfre Insurance to make an adjustment to my vehicle coverage insurance policy, in which it was agreed to have my daughter taken out of vehicle insurance policy, I was told that adjustment will be made for the month of September 2016, in which I was inform that my daughter had been taken out of policy and that I needed to pay my new individual policy premium, however per Mapfre Insurance scheduled payments are still charging without the agreed adjustment to policyI have received a current bill which reflects no modification to the agreed terms.this is creating a very difficult hardship on my household since my Daugherty no has her own insurance policy and I can not afford to have my daughter in my insurance policy.Mapfre Insurance in not willing to make the necessary adjustments as previously agreed and I have been inform that they can not make any more adjustments.Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated

complaint is I paid the insurance co said I paid plus they are charging me a late fee of dollars so my complaint is dollars plus the 30.dollars late fee total dollars thank you

My automobile was stolenI have given my full cooperation and provided all necessary information to process the claim they are unwilling to do so
My Ford Fwas reported stolen on June to the *** Police Department My wife and I have complied with every request of MAPFRE including providing copies of the Police Report (of which can be provided for this complaint, if needed), bank statements, cell phone records including all call and text logs, as well as provide a personal recorded interview with a private third party investigator for both of us I have cooperated fully with the insurance company and have provided any and all necessary documentation and taken all steps to provide all the information they need to settle this claim which is almost three months old

They were not helpful at allI changed the account which took my premium payment out of each monthWhen I called them to give them the new account info for my new bank I was informed there would be a $"bounced check fee" because they need at least "business days" previous to the payment coming outIn the days of technology we live in today, how is there no way to prevent a payment from being taken?? I called with the new routing number and new account number..but got so fustrated that they did not even take that infoSo now I will be hit with a $FEE!!!

This is in regard to auto policy that was canceled effective on 10/19/
as per their documentation (although I canceled policy on 10/16/17.)
The reason for the cancellation was that I did not pay the premium increase of $that Mapfre established
The reason for the increase was Mapfre's adding a driver to the policy
I had not been previously consulted, nor did I approve this action
Mapfre took this initiative after this driver was involved in a traffic accident with my car
This driver does not belong to my household, is not related to us, and drove car only on that occasion
I explained this situation repeatedly to Mapfre
Mapfre requested this driver's Insurance information
None was available as driver's license was suspended
Mapfre responded by arbitrarily making a change to my policy on 9/28/17,
adding this driver retroactively effective on day of accident, 7/22/
Mapfre gave ultimatum to pay increase by their cancellation date

Mapfre is refusing to do a proper appraisal of the damage to my car

I am sorry that you are upset with the appraisal that was written The initial inspection is always only visible damage to the vehicle and I explained when the car goes into the shop for repairs its common that additional damage is found and another appraisal is written I am confident that all the damage to your car will be addressedDuring this process

I reviewed the reported damage to your vehicle and it appears that a large majority of damage is to the undercarriage Sending another appraiser out there will not add any of the undercarriage damage as that is not considered visible damage and appraiser is not going to be able to get under the car to see the full extent of the damage Damage of this sort needs to be viewed at an auto body shop where the car can be placed on a lift

My son was the driver in an auto accident I was told by Mapfre that they would mail forms to me to complete and fill out with his side of the story and to show it on a diagram Before I even received the forms in the mail, they had already decided in favor of the other driver (my claims rep didn't even tell me this when I spoke to her I found out from another rep when I called questioning the paperwork which had inaccurate information - they incorrectly listed my son as the driver of the other car) They also sent the claims adjuster to my work address, even though I told reps that the car had been towed to my driveway I never even gave my work address, apparently it was on file from an old claimThe other driver also had Mapfre, so no matter what, Mapfre was going to pay out on the claim So they didn't seem to care who was at fault If you want an insurance company that fights for you, avoid Mapfre Now my son will have to take a day off from college to appeal the surcharge and fight for himself I have been a customer for many years with insured vehicles When it is up for renewal, I will be searching for another company

this company decided to NOT reinstate our insurance which was wrong because they actually should not have legally done so either way we had to find another ins companywell they then sent me a notice stating that we owed them and I asked them why is thatYou all turned OFF our automatic payment so therefore we assumed we owed nothing else

I attempted to pay my bill in full this past summer They said they never got the money My bank confirmed it was sent to their bank Commerce continued to say they never got the money I gave them my bank statement It wasn't enough I stopped payment on the check as my bank advised The next day, before the money was showing as back in my account, I got a returned check fee for $from Commerce I had been planning on just sending them the payment again When I called their smirky (sad) customer service representatives insisted there was no way they were going to waive the fee, so I decided it was time to change insurance companies I saved $a year by switching to *** BTW I am now in collections for the $returned check fee and a fee for switching insurance companies early into my renewal I have excellent
