I did repopulate one hour sessions on to her accountShe'd need to contact the other location in Glen Carbon for the third hourOne of the two hours we repopulated was used for 9/appointment that she was going to be charged for, they did take that hour and use it so she has one left currently

I found both the packers and movers very professionalThey worked quickly and thoroughlyThey thought of some things I hadn’t and made sure everything got packed and on the truckI have not found a single thing damagedWhat impressed me the most was how no matter what I brought up “Not a problem” was what the answer wasI was extremely stressed and they helped me to survive the move

*** signed up for the month membership on 1/10/Her first payment should have then came out on 2/10/which it ever did*** was on suspends right away never making a paymentShe had sent us a payment but she owed more payments by

I am very irritated with the response from Massage Envy but will accept itWhen I had received my notice showing how much I owed back in June, I paid that in FULL!!!!! Even if I owed for one additional month of July, why was my account over from collections? Massage Envy had received my check which also cleared my bank the first week in JulyIf I still owed, my bill should have been for one additional month of membershipNot sure how my account from massage Envy got turned over to collections for when I paid on June 30,

I was given a gift card from my mother inature law last Christmas I made the appointment and gave them the number of the gift card over the phone I get to the appointment and have the facial done I go out front to pay with my gift card and they offer me the membership I sign up and she informs me that the gift card has a zero balance I told *** that it had not been used She looks up the transaction history on the card and tells me it was used back in I didn't even get it until December 25th so how was it used She tells me that it was probable the member My mother in law had probably went in and they told her that there was a credit on her account and she could use towards her Balance I don't understand why a gift card would show up as a credit on someone's account I was told that they would take care of my facial for that day There was a lady in there at the same time questioning the same situation as me I decided tha f I did not want to deal with a bu

We were stood up by another moving company and called Firefighting’s finest movers They were able to fit us in the same day and the two gentlemen that came were professional and did a wonderful job moving our property! They’re slightly more expensive but worth the additional $per hour for peace of mind and dependability! Thank you to the firefightings finest for coming to our rescue!

Firefighters' Finest Movers did a fantastic job on my move! We went from the city to the middle of nowhere, filled two large trucks, and delivered into two separate buildingsEven managed a heavy upright pianoThroughout the work, these guys were a great pleasureHiring Firefighters' Finest was the smartest money I could have spent for our moveThank you for getting me through this difficult task!

My husband purchased a $gift card for a massage at this establishment as a gift for me I had tried several times to redeem this card or services but each time I tried to book they said they did not have appointments availableI asked for information as to a list of available appointment times and they actually REFUSED to provide this, saying that it was a HIPPA violation I called and explained this was absurd and that I wanted to speak to a managerI spoke to a "Derek", explained my situation, my frustration, and that after months of trying to guess when they are available I would simply rather have my money refunded for the gift cardHis exact words were "that's not going to happen" This company has taken our money but made it impossible to obtain the prepaid service

I won't use anyone else but the Firefighters MoversThis is my 3rd move to use them, and they are always professional, efficient and take such great care of everything they have moved for us!

I hired Firefighting Finest Moving & Storage to move some things to storage prior to staging our house for saleVery professional, showed up on time and completed the job in an efficient mannerWas very pleased with the two movers who took very good care to make sure boxes and miscellaneous furniture were treated with care both at pick up and drop offWill call on them again for the next move

Really great service from the FirefightersMen were courteous, prompt and finished the work in record timeCannot speak too highly of this group

FANTASTIC experience!! I have moved times in my life, and this was BY far the BEST experience I have had Courteous crew Moved at a brisk pace to ensure I got the most bang for my buck Nothing was damaged They finished the project early and under budget - when can you say that about a moving company?? Highly recommend!!

It was the best surprise we found once we moved here a year agoThey were on time, courteous and handled every piece of furniture with kid gloves! Individually wrapped each piece of furniture, loaded and unloaded in a methodical order and even packed up a few odds and ends for me as wellThey were worth every penny I paid for them to move me and if I ever move again-I will call them again!!

I have used Firefighting's Finest Moving three times now and have been very satisfiedThey have been very well mannered and politeThey stay focused on what they are doing and are very careful with all belongings

All gift card sales are final, and it is stated on a sign at the front end of our clinic for all client’s and or purchasers to read (See Attached)All massage envy’s are owned and operated separately with over locations nationwide.
However, all locations offer a time introductory special on your first time in to Massage Envy, after which you may join our wellness plan and receive the same rates thereafterMs*** did not choose to become a member and therefor will be at our nonmember rate of $per hour the next time she is inAll of our front desk and staff is trained on selling gift cards and no gift card is sold specifically to an Item or service as they are all dollar loadedIf the gift card purchaser asks us to look up if they have been in, my front desk explains we cannot look up client information if they have or have not been in, as it would break the HIPPA Law. Ms*** has been in to our location before, therefor she will be at our NON Member pricingWhen I spoke to Ms*** on August 9th 2016, I explained our gift card and pricing policy and that this is national, at all of our locations, and it applies to everyone coming in after they have received the one time introductory rateAgain, Mr*** may use that gift card towards anything in our clinic as the gift card is dollar loaded and is not specific towards any product or service
