Firefighting's Finest is the best company and movers ever! They make moved me twice in the past two years, to and from North Padre Island They are efficient, effective, and courteous I have moved many times in the past years and have found no company that meets Firefighting's Finest standards

I was given a gift card from my mother inature law last Christmas I made the appointment and gave them the number of the gift card over the phone I get to the appointment and have the facial done I go out front to pay with my gift card and they offer me the membership I sign up and she informs me that the gift card has a zero balance I told *** that it had not been used She looks up the transaction history on the card and tells me it was used back in I didn't even get it until December 25th so how was it used She tells me that it was probable the member My mother in law had probably went in and they told her that there was a credit on her account and she could use towards her Balance I don't understand why a gift card would show up as a credit on someone's account I was told that they would take care of my facial for that day There was a lady in there at the same time questioning the same situation as me I decided tha f I did not want to deal with a bu

We were stood up by another moving company and called Firefighting’s finest movers They were able to fit us in the same day and the two gentlemen that came were professional and did a wonderful job moving our property! They’re slightly more expensive but worth the additional $per hour for peace of mind and dependability! Thank you to the firefightings finest for coming to our rescue!

It was the best surprise we found once we moved here a year agoThey were on time, courteous and handled every piece of furniture with kid gloves! Individually wrapped each piece of furniture, loaded and unloaded in a methodical order and even packed up a few odds and ends for me as wellThey were worth every penny I paid for them to move me and if I ever move again-I will call them again!!

My husband purchased a $gift card for a massage at this establishment as a gift for me I had tried several times to redeem this card or services but each time I tried to book they said they did not have appointments availableI asked for information as to a list of available appointment times and they actually REFUSED to provide this, saying that it was a HIPPA violation I called and explained this was absurd and that I wanted to speak to a managerI spoke to a "Derek", explained my situation, my frustration, and that after months of trying to guess when they are available I would simply rather have my money refunded for the gift cardHis exact words were "that's not going to happen" This company has taken our money but made it impossible to obtain the prepaid service

I am very irritated with the response from Massage Envy but will accept itWhen I had received my notice showing how much I owed back in June, I paid that in FULL!!!!! Even if I owed for one additional month of July, why was my account over from collections? Massage Envy had received my check which also cleared my bank the first week in JulyIf I still owed, my bill should have been for one additional month of membershipNot sure how my account from massage Envy got turned over to collections for when I paid on June 30,

I did fail to mention that we do not send collection issues to the credit bureauSo it WILL NOT affect your credit

I did repopulate one hour sessions on to her accountShe'd need to contact the other location in Glen Carbon for the third hourOne of the two hours we repopulated was used for 9/appointment that she was going to be charged for, they did take that hour and use it so she has one left currently

I can't tell you how pleased I was & grateful to those men that moved meI appreciate their fantastic service

I contacted Whonnock Roofing on March ar 9am in regards to a leaky roof
We agreed that the company would be at my rental property to assess the roof on Friday, March We waited for them all day but they were a no show
I could not call until Tuesday 29, as it wS a long weekend On Tuesday 29, I called twice *** On Wednesday 30, I called twice again *** No call back was received to any of the calls mentioned above

We have used FFMS twice in the last six weeksThey are thoughtful, careful and extremely courteousWe have had two excellent experiences with their moversWe highly recommend them
