The team was greatI highly recommend the packing service, worth every pennyI have moved times in my adult life and this has been the best one yetI will use FFMS again

This is in reference to customer *** ** ***. I spoke to the client the day she filed the complaint. She voiced her concerns and by the end of the conversation she rebooked another appointment with the massage therapist in which she had the first time she came and signed up for our
wellness agreement. Our policy states if you a client is running late they get the remainder of their appointment time as other clients are waiting for their session. If our therapist are running late they are to give full time. *** arrived for her appointment minutes late, she says she was aware of the policy but wanted what time she had. The therapist she had is not a conversationalist, (which most people don’t want to talk through the session) however this client was upset her kids were sick the night before and she was running late and our therapist didn’t show any empathy bout her situation. Our therapist told her of her time remaining and asked what areas of focus would she like ….the client responded “ don’t you have my file” the therapist said “ thing may have changed”. The therapist left the room for the client to get undressed, when she returned the client told the therapist she didn’t feel comfortable so she didn’t want the massage. I had two front desk associates working one of whom the client raved about and one she didn’t. She was charged the a cancellation fee of $because that is our policy, the therapist could have been booked with someone else. Her complaint was she thought she could cancel at any time but that’s not why she complained and refused service from the therapist. The therapist never began the actual session and the client ended it. We have to pay our therapist and based on her complaint of the contract that has nothing to do with the therapist compensation. She signed an agreement knowing she lives miles away, we would not sign someone up and then tell them they could cancel at any time. It states it all In writing and I can give a copy of the agreement where the client initialed and signed. To wrap up our conversation… the client said well maybe the therapist was having a bad day like I am, so what can we do. I said we can prebook you with the therapist you like for all your future appointments so we can ensure you get what you expect. She said that was great, we prebook her appointment and she is due in this week. Please if you have any other questions or concerns give me a call at *** Thank you, *** ***

Firefighting's Finest did a wonderful job with our moveAt all levels, from initial call for information to signing final papers following the move, they were professional, honest, courteous, and respectfulThey are not the cheapest quote you will get, though still very reasonable, but we have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for! We had six crew members for our large move and everyone was efficient, strong, and careful with all of our belongingsThe only damage found is a few very small dents in the top of our washer, and we had a lot of furniture and boxes! They were careful and experienced moving our baby grand piano, antique grandfather clock, and antique VictrolaWe cannot recommend them highly enough

We made a move from a first floor apartment into a bedroom condo The move was the best we have ever had They communicated en route so that we knew exactly when to expect their arrival They were both highly efficient friendly and courteousThey did an amazing job in extreme heat conditionsThe move was completed in record time and everything arrived safely Just a great moving experienceCan't recommend highly enough

I have had a massage envy membership for a few years now and am trying to cancel (I am not in a contract, but a voluntary membership) I have approximately prepaid massages on my account - I am being told if I cancel the $a month membership I lose every prepaid on my account within days Now, I clearly cannot go get a massage every day to use these that have already been paid for By cancelling ongoing charging I should in NO way lose what I have already paid for! Also I have gone in and spoken about this different timesa different person was at the desk each timeand each time was told there are no notes on the account that I have ever inquired about/ attempted to cancel The last time I was told a manager would be in contactthis was over two weeks agoI have heard nothingI have paid this company for YEARSnow I just lose all that money?? I don't get to use what I paid for? That is ridiculous

I was very pleased with Firefighters Finest when they moved me last weekendIt was a lady minute thing but they accommodated mePayton & Ricky both were very professional & friendly They had to sort through a storage unit to find the things to moveI would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Charged each month after I informed multiple employees that I could no longer get massages due to health reasons
The first week of June 2018, I had my last massageI informed an employee that I was about to have multiple surgeries and wanted out of my membershipI was told that she would get it taken care ofA month later, I received another charge and called to speak to another employeeShe said that I had to pay another month and then she would get it taken care ofA third month in a row, they have attempted to collect the $membership fee from meThis time, I was told that there's were forms I have to fill out and o have to get documentation from my doctorI have no problem getting documentation from my doctor but I now have massages that I cannot use on my account because the other employee says did not follow their own policyI was also told days ago that I would receive a call back from management and this call never took placeI want my membership cancelled for go

Reg: *** ***: To whom it may concern, I have spoken to Mr*** again today January 10th, I have asked Mr*** to provide a copy of his bank statement showing that he was charged $for JanuaryWe have no record of Mr*** being charged, and I have attached a copy of his purchase history for your reviewOnce we receive a copy of this information, and he was in fact charged we will be happy to fix thisAlso, I talked to Mr*** about what we were willing to do to helpI offered to transfer wellness massages out to anyone he would like at no additional feeMr*** stated that this wouldn’t help, and he doesn’t want anything from us and will not be back for any massagesI let Mr*** know he will need to let me know if he does in fact want to transfer any massages out, but he will need to let me know as soon as possible before his massages expireAt the time of the call, he did not want any massages transferredI explained to Mr*** that this is breaking a corporate policy, but we are here to help him and we want to make his experience betterAll of our members are treated equally, no matter the age, we make sure all of our clients who decide to become members with us understand our wellness agreement and ask if they have any questions at all while they are joiningWe appreciate each individual that comes into our business and our goal is to make sure everyone feels their bestWe do hope that Mr*** will give us the chance to help him in this situation, but until he lets us know what he would like to do there is nothing more we can do at this timeI have also attached for you’re review, a copy of our cancelation form that Mr*** signed and agreed to the terms of this as wellAs stated before, we are willing to help Mr***, we just hope he will allow us to work with himIf you have any questions, or concerns please feel free to contact me Thank you, Emelie L*** Clinic Manager***

Terrible management! rude and unwilling to cooperateI asked the owner to transfer my membership to a diff location and she said yes and will take daysdays pass still nothingThey refused to transfer itI had appointments going out months with a great therapist for med and I was told I needed to have my membership cancelled and restart at new locmgmt at Hudson made a mess of things, was a complete jerk in everywayAnd When I said I planned on cancelling in days and retaining my existing apptsThe mgr charged my account one monthly membership fee and inturn cancelled all my appointments off the schedule and refused to allow any use of appts at my paid member discount for the immediate day period which I was entitled toHe then gave orders at both Hudson and Stillwater locations to refuse any inquiry by phone or email and No appointments allowed for meThe guy is smug and wrong and needs to learn ethical business practicesTheir employee turn over rate is very high and below mgmt workers all complain about most managers thereThey also keep problems from the ownerAnd I think she is cluelessOne employee was in trouble for having me speak with the owner by phone early on and my asking the owner to transfer my membershipBEWARE, ITS A MONEY GRABBING BAD CREW RUNNING THE BUSINESS

Nice, polite, courteous hard workers My father had a medical emergency during the move The movers calmly called and relayed medical informationEven finishing the move while we rushed to the hospitalWe are very pleased with their work We would use them again

I love these guys! I've used them twice now within the last months and they are professional, show up when they say they will, work efficiently and quickly and are considerate of the contents they are moving and your home They are true professionals
