I can't tell you how pleased I was & grateful to those men that moved meI appreciate their fantastic service

I contacted Whonnock Roofing on March ar 9am in regards to a leaky roof
We agreed that the company would be at my rental property to assess the roof on Friday, March We waited for them all day but they were a no show
I could not call until Tuesday 29, as it wS a long weekend On Tuesday 29, I called twice *** On Wednesday 30, I called twice again *** No call back was received to any of the calls mentioned above

I purchased a massage gift certificate for my wife as a birthday presentAfter she received it, she told me she was uncomfortable with her some one touching her she did not knowShe had a massage at massage envy before and it made her feel creepy and uncomfortableShe indicated she would not undergo that feeling againI tried to ask the manager for a refund of the $I paid for the gift card and he said absolutely notI asked him if it was even legal to charge me for a service I didn't receive he said yes everybody does it,he has no way of refunding it

Thank you for the opportunity to clear up this matter I called and spoke to this customer at 1:10pm on July The summary is that part of his complaint I was immediately able to rectify but the rest of this complaint is not associated with our business and should not be included
in our fileHe didn't buy the gift card from our location Every Massage Envy location in the United States is an independently owned location of the national franchise company Even if we wanted to issue a refund, we could not, because he did not buy this gift card from us
I acknowledged there had been a mistake by the person who answered the phone and that we always are able to hold an appointment on a gift card if the guest brings the physical gift card into our business when they book the appointment I apologized for the mistake and explained why we have the credit card and gift card policiesIn addition to the credit card fraud out there that he mentioned, our business has been subject to gift card and customer fraud in the past Our therapists work on commission, and when a guest doesn't show up for an appointment, if we cannot collect a partial payment per the No-Show and Same Day Cancellation policy explained at the time of booking the appointment, the therapist does not get paidThey cannot get that lost time and lost wage back Our Gift Cards are valid at 1,locations nationwide and now at locations in the Houston area What has happened in the past is that some customers who had held their appointments on gift cards will make an appointment with us, but will redeem the gift card elsewhere before that appointment and not inform us they will be a no show That causes the therapist to have an open appointment for which they receive no paymentThis customer agreed they would be willing to bring in the gift card to hold a future appointment but he was going to ask his wife I attempted to look up his gift card in our system and we have no record of it Massage Envy is a nationwide franchise and each location is independently owned I asked him if he bought the gift card here and he said he did not I told him that if his wife decided she did not want to drop off the gift card to hold an appointment at our location, he would have to get in touch with the Massage Envy location where he originally purchased his gift card to talk to them about his request for a refund

We’ve hired this company twice and both times they’ve been amazing! They work efficiently and everyone we’ve had contact with, movers and office staff, has been friendly and professionalWe’ll definitely hire them in the future for any future moves

received bid to move household items from Mansfield, Texas to Saint Augustine, Florida Company repeatedly assured me that they would move all in one truck On moving day, after noon, they told me that they couldn't move everything The project manager, after some calls, then said they could move everything by taking it all to the office and switching to a larger truck Later, around pm, someone higher in the company came by and flat out said they would not switch trucks, and for $more, they would take what was left and deliver it to us in mid April, some three weeks later We had no option, as we had already closed on the house we were leaving, and there was furniture all over the front yard The company failed to follow their printed guidelines, reneged on an agreement made by their on-site project manager, and failed to remedy a mistake made by their project leader, who repeated told my wife and I that we would only need one truck We previously hired two U-Haul box

The "facts" as the business owner has stated are incorrect I tried many, many, many times to contact the Burlington location to update them with my new credit card information at the end of However the phone rang and rang and was never answered Instead it went to voice mail And I never received a return phone call In the meantime I tried to continue my membership and make payments at the *** location, since they were responsive and sincerely helpful However, the Burlington location put a suspension on my account and locked it The Burlington location never reached out to me and called me Not until after they sent my account to a collections agency Then they harassed me with phone calls It appears this is how this business owner considers "working" with the client for a resolution I am not looking for a refund Nor am I looking to get out of my contract However, I am not willing to continue to do business with this Burlington location who has been unresponsive, unreasonable, and untruthful I am seeking to have my membership transferred to *** so I can make payments and fulfill my membership

I wanted to write a detailed review so I can actually make people aware of how unprofessional this company isOne might assume that with a name like firefighters finest they have very high standards but our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmareI have called the company times and spoken to different people and they keep telling me they will call me back to resolve this but its been days and I haven't received a single call back and I don't anyone else spending their hard earned money to go through the same thing I did
First they damaged my wall and my door, wall I realized while they were there but my door I noticed after they had left
During the walk through I was told they would pack and move anything I needed them to do cause I was paying hourly but when the crew arrived they said " we are only movers and we cant pack stuff" so there itself I was a little taken aback but they had just entered my house I dint think it could get worse but it did
I was told all the furniture was going to be dismantled and shrink wrapped so when I saw them moving my large dining tables as is, I asked them to open it cause it was getting moved to a storage locker and the crew was like " that not how we are use to doing things" I finally had to put my foot down and say this is how I want it done cause its getting moved to another country and I need to save on spaceThey put up a fight every time I asked them to shrink up or do anythingWhen my mom who was helping me a year old women tried to give them instructions the crew was making jokes at herOne of the crew members was spitting everywhereThey dumped a $blanket in my recycling can and said one of my neighbors found and left it in there so that they would make me pay for it and said it dint belong to them when they had the exact same blankets on their truckThen when I asked to crew to use this free blanket that apparently my neighbors had found they guy picks it up and flings in my storage locker and says " Shes insisting on using this so here you go" and throws it on my stuff
Majority of our stuff was packed except for the big furniture and what we expected to take 5-hours took them hoursThe crew was wasting time talking to each and fighting me at every step and making fun of us every time we asked them to do anything I was so exhausted trying to deal with them that I even called the Manager in afternoon telling him that his crew was just unprofessional got his phone number when he came to drop off a TV kit that we had ordered when the move was scheduled that they had forgotten to put on the truckIt was series of thing one after another that is leading me to leave this review
THIS HAD BEEN ONE OF WORST MOVING COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITHThe crew was disrespectful and unprofessionalWould not recommended them to anyone

We hired firefighters movers in December
Everything went well ,except for somethings getting damaged
I've called and spoken with a few people
I sent the forms , pictures and more to get this resolved with no outcone

The packing crew was amazing! The ladies were polite, cheerful and had high energy & a strong work ethicThey did a great jon! stars! I will recommend Firefighters Finest to others

The team was greatI highly recommend the packing service, worth every pennyI have moved times in my adult life and this has been the best one yetI will use FFMS again
