Matt Jdid the annual maintenance service on my HVAC system He was very thorough I appreciated his explanations of what he was doing and suggestions for keeping my system running well

As usual they arrived on time and were neat and very respectful of my home, This time they replaced my faucet on my tub It was a bit challenging because the deck of my tub
is covered in tile and that had to be removed and they only had the area that was made
for access to work with Everything is working fine and I am very happy Terry who was the lead plumber on the job is very knowledgeable and explains what is being done and why I have been using Mattioni Plumbing for plus years and have always been happy with their work

well.Summary of Interaction:5/18/17We performed a tune up on the customer's HVACSystemNeither of the homeowners were home at the time So we emailed our recommendations to the customer and did not hear back in regards to them.6/19/17We were onsite to diagnose and solve an issue with the customer's HVACSystem creating an extremely loud noiseWe diagnosed the issue as a blower motor drawing high amperage and showing excessive play as wellDuring the evaluation We found the same items as recommended during the tune up needing to be addressed as wellThe Customer agreed to replace the blower so we ordered the partThe customer was advised not to run the system as it may Warp the blower housing and/or damage the blower wheel.6/22/17We were onsite and replaced the blower motor and found that the blower housing was warped and some of the blower wheel's fins were coming disconnected creating noiseThe customer was unhappy and felt that the blower motor did not need to be replacedThe Customer requested that a manager contact them after business hours to discuss and we didWe came to a resolution and ordered the blower wheel.6/23/17We were onsite and replaced the blower wheel and checked and found proper operation and noise levels.6/24/17-7/5/17Customer was out of the country and unreachable. Dennis has been to our home several times to do preventative maintenance and also make repairs On every occasion, he has been pleasant, professional and efficient and takes steps necessary to keep our house and his work area cleanHe provides good explanations of his findings and any recommendations he makes People like Dennis are one of the reasons we have become loyal Mattioni customers
