Jared and John came to my home to work on my water softener (Jared installed it last year) I also had a spighot to tighten and wash machine lines to replace Jared told me about a new "air scrubber" After reviewing a brochure and speaking to Jared about this product, I decided to have it installed John installed the air scrubber This is the second time that I have called Mattioni's to do work for me I have been pleased by the job and the professionalism of Jared and now John I will continue to call Mattioni's for my plumbing needs

Firm was responsive to our problem (hot water heater breakdown) even on a holiday weekend, problem was fixed, work was done neatly and professionally We've used Mattioni for years and have always been satisfied

The guys from Mattioni Plumbing did a great job. From the moment they took my call to the moment they finished the job, everything was as they said it would be. Rob & Derik arrived on time, they were courteous and professional, and completed the job on time and as estimated. Thank you for a job well done.

Last Saturday morning I had a big problem, my water service line leaked inside the house and we had to shut off the water at the curb side. I called Rob W. from Mattioni Pluming and he immediately informed his company. Rob came over first thing Monday morning to check on it. We needed to dig out the front yard to get to the pipe for the repair. After making a big hole for him to work on it Rob came back with his colleague Wendell at 1:45pm and by 4pm everything was done and I had my water back. Rob and Wendell are very friendly, clean and very efficient. They do really good quality work, they are fast and leave the job site as if nothing had happened. The office assistant Patricia P. is friendly and very helpful answering all your questions and providing email confirmations and info materials right away.
I can highly recommend this company.

Mattioni has been our only plumber since we moved into our house 24 years ago. I needed some replacement parts for a high-end faucet they installed years ago that was guaranteed for life. I called them, they had the information about brand, model, etc. and ordered the part and had it sent directly to my home. I had trouble installing it and called them. They came out and did the job at the quote my wife was given over the phone.
They do great work, always. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about getting quality work done at a reasonable price.

Their work and customer service is very professional.

Rob and Derrick were only supposed to run a camera through my sewer line to see where the blockage was. What they ended up discovering was a lot more serious than a blocked drain. They ended up replacing a section of the sewer line that was damaged, this took them a lot longer than they intended to be there. They were very professional and courteous the whole way through the process. With it being the Friday of Memorial Day weekend they could have just said the problem is beyond the scope of the services that we were intended to do. I have heard this before from companies. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and also recommended that the sewer line be flushed with a high pressure jettor in order for all of the sediment to be flushed out of the drain. They even took the time to get me the number of the company they recommended to do this service. It was so nice of them to take the time to correct the problem the right way not just a quick fix until the problem happened again. I will only be using Mattioni from now on for any of my plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Prompt, knowledgeable, respectful service - would definitely use again

I was satisfied with the fall checkup. The checkup was performed on time and happily no problems were found. Some recommendations concerning maintenance were made.

This is to recognize the outstanding service provided to us by Jared C[redacted]. He has worked for two days to repair our well tank and water conditioning system. He has been timely, efficient and courteous. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The plumber Paul M. from Mattioni Plumbing performed an excellent job of replacing both hot and cold valves to the washing machine on the 2nd floor of my townhouse. Paul developed a plan and provided a cost estimate prior to starting the job. The plan and the cost estimate was accepted by me. Paul then prepared the work area and proceeded to replace the valves. The valves were replaced with no mess left behind. Also in the event that the valves need replacement in the future then they are positioned better for a future change out. Paul's Plan improved the access to both valves. I would recommend Mattioni for all of my future plumbing jobs solely based upon this fabulous end result. Thanks to Paul for a well thought out plan and conducting a very clean job.

Dennis from Mattioni provided the annual furnace service this morning. He was early for the appt., went about his work efficiently, let me know what he found, and showed me how to make simple adjustments as might be necessary. Dennis was both personable and competent, and represented Mattioni well. Well done.

Doug from Mattioni serviced my plumbing today. He was very thorough and professional in every way. He observed problems and identified solutions without making me feel pressured. I was impressed and pleased with the work and timeliness.

Everyone involved communicated well and in a timely manner. They were very professional and knowledgable. I appreciated their expertise, workmanship and advice. They can be pricey but the quality, honest service and dependability are worth it.

Dear [redacted],I am writing in response to the complaint that was received by the Revdex.com on 2/25/2014. The reference number given to us is [redacted]. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to offer our perspective on this situation, as obviously this is something we attempt to...

avoid and fortunately do not experience frequently.We were called to [redacted]'s home on Saturday 1/25/2014 for a no heat call during our emergency hours. [redacted] described in his notes that he believed there was a crack in the secondary heat exchanger and that when he attempted to diagnose the unit further by removing a hose from the inducer motor it snapped off due to age and condition. He then reviewed the situation with the customer, telling her that it would be in her best interest to replace the unit rather than invest a substantial sum into a repair that ultimately would only act as a temporary solution. She then refused to pay [redacted] for his diagnosis, however she did eventually pay our emergency dispatch, load and travel fee before telling him that she was going to call another service provider.[redacted] called our office and told us that she had [redacted] out to her house and that they were able to get the unit back up and running by taping the hose back to the inducer motor. She then said that they quoted a price of $817 and $214 of that would replace the motor and assembly. At that point she requested that we pay for [redacted] to make the repair because our technician broke the hose during his visit. I apologized to [redacted] for the inconvenience that my technician caused her from his initial visit. I also informed her of our zero tolerance policy for unethical performance as well as our six decades of high quality service in [redacted] County and that our reputation relies on our ability to highly satisfy our customers. I then described to her that it is not our policy to pay for another HVAC company to perform services however we would be more than happy to return to her home and replace those parts free of charge. I explained to her that I cannot guarantee the quality and professionalism of another company. She insisted that we pay [redacted] to do the work and wanted to bring a family member into the conversation, to which I agreed. The gentleman described again their perception of the situation and I apologized to him as well and communicated that I had offered [redacted] to send one of my technicians out to replace the motor and assembly free of charge. At that point he was able to convince her to have us back to do the work. I scheduled her at a time that was convenient for her and dispatched my technician to her house with the necessary parts. Shortly after my technician arrived at the home, [redacted] refused to have him do the work and instead insisted that we pay [redacted] to do the work. I told my technician to return to our shop and I called [redacted] to discuss things. While on the phone I asked her why she had decided not to have us do the work and she said that because we broke the hose that we were financially responsible for fixing it. I reiterated that we were not charging her to replace not only the hose and subsequent assembly but also the motor. She then stated that she wanted [redacted] to do the work and that she wanted us to pay them. Again, I explained to her that we would not pay another company to do the work, rather we would be more than happy to do the work for her free of charge. At that point she threatened us with legal action and a slanderous complaint to the Revdex.com. I again explained to her that the last thing I want to have happen is for our company to not take care of her and again that we were more than happy to do the work she wanted free of charge, but that we will not pay another company to do the work:. That offer was not appropriate in her eyes and so we ended our conversation.If you have a moment to contact me with some guidance it would be greatly appreciated like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you again for the opportunity to explain our side of this unfortunate situation.

Rob and his helper did a fast, efficient and good job on a plumbing issue at our home. They were polite and efficient and took great pains to keep our house neat during their time here. Very well done
