Rob W. from Mattioni Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in my daugher's home yesterday. He did an excellent job. He was extremely professional and neat. He left her home in excellent condition. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

He also went on to tell me that he actually 'spent too much time at my house' as it was for the $60. On Sunday, 10/9/16, we discovered that one of the tanks in our water softening system had sprung a leak and was spewing water all over the basement. We turned off the water and called Mattioni Plumbing in Downingtown. Their emergency service sent John M. to the rescue and he immediately addressed the problem and provided a temporary fix until a new tank could be ordered and installed. John was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and provided excellent emergency service. Thank you Mattioni and John M.

Rob and Wendell arrived on time, got right to work and did an excellent job. They met all of my expectations -- and then some. Good guys to work with and THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Water heater began leaking overnight. Called for service around 8 in the morning; their dispatcher got back to me within 30 minutes, and their team was at my house about an hour after I first noticed the problem. Within 5 hours of my discovering the problem, they'd installed a new water heater along with some upgrades (automatic shutoff valve) that I'd requested.
Will definitely be using them for plumbing and HV/AC in the future.

I have used Mattioni several times and have always found them polite, clean, and helpful when tackling whatever problem I throw at them. I continue to use them because they are very good at what they do and make it easy to work with them.

I have been a loyal customer of Mattioni Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc. for many years. I have come to know Paul M[redacted] very well over the years. Paul is a very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, clean, efficient and professional plumber. Mattioni Plumbing is very lucky to have Paul. My only complaint is that Paul is too well liked by Mattioni's customers and as a result you have to book Paul early and quickly when you need plumbing work done. Fortunately, Mattioni now has it noted, in my file, to automatically send Paul when I have plumbing work to be done.

Very professional staff. They are very thorough and do quality work every time.

We had a chimney liner installed on 01/12/17 by a Chimney liner business for our water heater; later we found out that we did not have any hot water. We phoned Mattioni on 01/13/17 for help. Adam went out of his way to work us into the schedule, so we did not have to go too much longer without hot water. Doug W came to solve our problem. He needed to reset the pilot light. He is professional, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. He was a pleasure to deal with and he took the time to explain everything to us. We cannot say enough good things about Mattioni, their service and employees are outstanding.

We needed a leaking hot water heater replaced. We received prompt and courteous service; the work is excellent---Jared and Derek respected our home (no mess, no damage) and worked quickly and efficiently; I would have no hesitation recommending Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
