***- When a coupon code is applied to an order, you will be able to see the discount in your cart prior to completing your purchaseIt looks as if our customer service asked several times for you to provide the code that you state you were given, which you were unable to provideWithout providing the code that you received, we are unable to refund a discount amountI have attached the screen shots of your multiple conversations with out customer service departmentAll codes that are promoted or given to a customer during a purchase is clearly stated in the cart and at checkoutFor any promotion discount, any customer would have to input the discount code into the specified discount code boxThis is the same across most all retail websitesWe apologize that we cannot retroactively refund your order the $without the code that you state you receivedThat was clearly stated to you by our customer service teamIn no way, are our "discount codes" meant to mislead children as you state both in your complaint and in your emails to Customer serviceThank you, Alaina

Hi ***- I wanted to follow up with you on this issueI apologize for the way in which this matter was handled and that the proper lines of communication was not deliveredThis specific backpack was for sale as a Preorder that would ship on or after August 26thThe demand was so high for this backpack that more than half were on backorder by the time that Aug 26th came aroundThere was an email sent stating that some orders would be delayed 2-weeks but it is my understanding that most of the emails ended up in junk mail and came from a no reply senderThat being said, it does not make this issue any less frustrating or any less unacceptableI see that your order was delivered on September 23thIt is my understanding that since then, this issue was never addressed by our customer service team and for that I apologizeI would like to refund the full purchase amount of your order at this timeThe payment method was via PayPal and the time allotted to refund has passedI can either issue a gift card or send the full amount to the email on file via PayPal Please advise on how you would like to proceedThank you and again, my apologies for the way this was handledAlaina
