I apologize, but I gave bad information on this the first time. Upon digging into the tracking, the package was refused by the customer and returned to us on 9/16/17. It is obvious that this company is very shoddy to say the least.  It is no surprise to me that this business did not respond because the other sources I asked help from got the same treatment.  However, whenever I shop online and pay for my order I always use PayPal as they guarantee that...
