In regards to my complaint, I received a phone call from this company on October 3rd, 2017, apologizing and explaining why I was unable to track my packageI am very satisfied with the call from Casey; and the results during our conversationFor a company that has not been in business very long and are still working out the kinks, I wish them luck and do plan on ordering from them again

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI appreciate them taking the time to try to make things right with the customers. In my complaint, I stated in the 'desired outcome' what I thought SHOULD happen above and beyond me receiving my orderI didn't ask for any compensation, but I wanted to make sure this didn't continue to happen to other customers. I am satisfied they are trying to implement those suggestions and changes so other customers wont have the same problems I did
