We have received the order but I have 2 issue with this still. 1. I paid $13.99 for shipping but was required by the post office to pay them $4.26 for the package2. The bookbag was broken. We paid $100 for a broken bookbag. Of course have email the company about the issue with no return email...

Just for the record I wanted an exchange but customer service told me to be "notified" when the item would be in stock. If the website didnt say "restocking soon" I would not have waited 3 months to get this resolved. Please send the "Logang" youth shirt in large.

I have not spoken to or recieved any correspondence from said business.  They state they tried to call me.  If the call was from a blocked number, I will not answer.  I do not have any voicemails from them.  I would like to resolve this issue and would be happy to by corresponding via email at [redacted][email protected].

[redacted]- When a coupon code is applied to an order, you will be able to see the discount in your cart prior to completing your purchase. It looks as if our customer service asked several times for you to provide the code that you state you were given, which you were unable to...

provide. Without providing the code that you received, we are unable to refund a discount amount. I have attached the screen shots of your multiple conversations with out customer service department. All codes that are promoted or given to a customer during a purchase is clearly stated in the cart and at checkout. For any promotion discount, any customer would have to input the discount code into the specified discount code box. This is the same across most all retail websites. We apologize that we cannot retroactively refund your order the $5 without the code that you state you received. That was clearly stated to you by our customer service team. In no way, are our "discount codes" meant to mislead children as you state both in your complaint and in your emails to Customer service. Thank you, Alaina
