The payoff statements for both my accounts were calculated on February 2, included interest for January through March 1, and were sent to Stewart Title for closing on February 3. M&T Bank received and applied my February payments on February 3, so the interest on the payoff statements should have been recalculated on a lower principal balance for both accounts from February 3 through March 1. I spoke to [redacted] , a supervisor on May 27, and she understood what I was saying and was supposed to call me back, I have not heard from her. Regards, [redacted]

My apologies for the delay in response I was not able to obtain the documentation within the 5 day time limit. I have found and attached the following documents: M&T Loan Estimate Documents showing the appraisal fee of $550 on page 2, [redacted] Mortgage LLC Loan Estimate without such fee and the document not to obtain appraisal.

I am not satisfied with the response given by M&T Bank and am requesting more time to respond to their letter. I have over 2 years of...

documents to research before an accurate response can be written. I will have a response available by march 31, 2016. Please inform me immediately If this is not acceptable. Thank you. M&T bank has responded to my complaint with basic information,  dates and dollar amounts, but has not provided explanations, answers or solutions. Many details are missing, do not make sense, or are not true.  After several attempts, I have not received proof that the FDIC  legally transferred my loan to M&T Bank. The only signature on the  document I received was a member of M&T Bank. No one from the FDIC  approved, or signed for the transfer. The verification of mortgage  document I received could have been typed up by anyone and has no signatures. I am now requesting a copy of all original documents pertaining to the transfer of my loan from K Bank to M&T Bank. M&T Bank has not mentioned, or referred to, any modification or documentation from August 2, 2007 through August 17, 2009. There is a 2 year gap in the explanation letter and the documents produced by M&T Bank. I am requesting a copy of all the original documents from said time frame. I first spoke to M&T Bank about the maturity of the loan in November not February as they had stated. At that time I was told to wait until the maturity date and I will then be able to refinance or modify the loan. If M& T Bank would have helped me at that time I may have been able to clear the judgment before the maturity date. The $30,000 judgment was not on my credit at the time the loan matured, only in the court records. I offered receipts showing it was paid, but M&T Bank would not accept them. Also, I did not receive a response as to why this  was an issue. The letter for modification(sent with the original complaint) that M&T Bank sent to me states the qualifications and no where does it state a judgment would disqualify me. I also asked several M&T Bank employee's if it was modified with the judgment, would M&T Bank still hold the first lien position. None of them could tell me or knew how to find out. I am requesting a response regarding the qualifications for modification letter sent and a complete list of the investor guidelines for a loan modification. M&T Bank states the notification for loss mitigation workout assistance removal was sent January 14 2015, yet I was told it was denied. Then, the letter states, shortly there after they received the remaining documents. I am requesting the definition of a removal and denied loss mitigation workout assistance. I am also requesting the date M&T Bank received the remaining documents and the date it was reactivated for review. M&T Bank stated, in June, no further payments could be excepted. I am requesting an answer as to why I was told several times that I am notin default and to continue making payments.  M& T Bank has stated that I can pay to bring loan current but when I say ok they transfer me to someone else to pay and I am told I can not. When I call back, I am told it is an option, over and over again. I am requesting an answer as to how and why I am being told this contradicting information. M& T Bank claims, they attempted to speak to me. Either they did or did not. I am requesting the date of the attempt, what the attempt was, how it was made.  M&T Bank claims, I have been denied for a modification several  times, due to incomplete workout packets. I have been told several times  the packet was complete, or that it was sent to underwriting. I am requesting all dates a modification has been denied for an incomplete workout packet, why was it incomplete and what information wasmissing. M&T Bank has not used my amounts, numbers , or figures, which are true and correct. They have continuously changed those figures for unknown reasons and have not provided me with the information or the  formula used to obtain them. I am requesting a breakdown, in an easy to read format, of how these figures are obtained and calculated.  The response letter recently received mentions Net and Gross Income Modifications.  M&T Bank mentions my Loan To Value being under 80% but I have offered to put $20,000 down at the time I am excepted for modification. I am requesting a more descriptive answer as to what Net and Gross Income Modifications are and if any other options may be available to me. I am also requesting an answer as to how the Loan To Value can be under 80% without an interior evaluation. I am requesting a copy of all interior evaluations, exterior evaluations, appraisals, or any other process used to figure the value of said property. M&T Bank did correct the issue in 2012 concerning the money taken from escrow and recently correct the $90.00 Recoverable Corporate Advance. However, it cost me a lot of time and money that I can not recover. Also, I was told several times by M&T Bank, they would not have taken it unless it was a legitimate payout. Another time I called, I was told it was under my parcel number, so it must have been for my property. No one would look into it or do the research. This should raise much concern about the activities of M&T Bank. I am requesting a response as to why M&T Bank is not responsible for the time and money I had to put out to correct their mistakes. I am told time and time again that I have a Single Point of contact,  yet that person has changed several times and every time I call I have to leave a message. Every time I call, or receive a call, it is by someone  different and I have to explain my situation over and over many times which frustrates me before I even get to the reason for the call. I am  requesting the names and extension numbers of all persons involved in my Single Point of Contact group.M&T Bank did not mention the employee (Michael [redacted] ext. [redacted]) that said, if I say I am recording the conversation that it is M&T's policy to immediately hang up. I am requesting an answer as to whether this ispolicy or not, and if so, than why is it a policy. However, if it is not policy, how the employee was handled so this does not happen in the future. M&T Bank continues to do, say and act as they please withoutreprimand. I do not believe this was a valid attempt to rectify the situation and M&T Bank should be accountable for there actions. I am requesting an answer as to how the actions by M&T Bank will be handledand prevented in the future. Thank you, [redacted]

One of the pictures is proof that there was no pending transactions and that my account is positive on the other picture it shows you that I was charged an overdraft fee which shouldn't be especially if I have no pending transactions and the gtl was paid for already I'm hoping I won't receive...

very soon anyway just to much going on and to keep up with and I'm not satisfied and I want that fee of the other 38.50 away as well because even in the terms it says it won't give you a over draft fee for something that is 5 dollars and I don't remember ever doing that transaction and this is the issue things get refunded and really added back like my amazon purchases I can show what day I ordered it and amazon been shipped my items it will have two different dates on it that's why I think the other overdraft fee shall be gone as well

Re my complaint against M & T bank.  I have received cash payment in full. While I continue to object to their methods and their notification ( i.e....

Lack thereof), I am not suffering a financial loss at this time. I returned the keys and was refunded cash for the remaining time on my safe deposit box rentals. Unless they attempt to bill me for something, I have no interest in pursuing this further. M&T Bank still responding the same information which I understand, as they said y the prior and actual letter, a foreclosure process was stopped, by me sending the balance necessary to bring my account updated, this payment was done before any process of foreclosure was in place, M&T Bank charged me with the attorney's fees of almost $2,000 thousand Dollars, that's the amount I am claiming to be returned to me since, no lawyer ever contacted me about any foreclosure, I don't even know which lawyer or firm was taking care of what M&T claim as a foreclosure process, I received a communication from M&T Bank, saying that I may be going into foreclosure but I PAID ALL THE LATE FEES AND LATE PAYMENTS ON FEBRUARY 2017 stop sending me the same letter   please send me copies of the lawyer notification, or court orders or  date of beginning of foreclosure  Regards,

I called my account on the 27th and noticed there was extra money in there I spoke to a representative and asked if this was correct she said yes but then on the 31st they over drafted my account spoke too another representative who was very nice and she said there was nothing she could do so I...

asked too speak to a supervisor who was very nasty and disrespectful and very unprofessional

The following reasons why M & T Banks reply does not make sense and thus we do not accept the reply.1)    On 1/10/2017 a service charge of 100.51 was taken out of the account.  This service charge has no explanation as to why it was applied to our account.2)    On 01/17/2017 the account had a withdraw by a phone pymt to capital one in the amount of $30.00.   This payment was not authorized for this account, the bank had been notified of the mistake prior and has nothing to resolve it.3)    Further on 2/8/2017 another service fee was withdrawn this on in the amount of $100.90 from the account with no explanation.4)    Finally, I could have just discussed this with M T bank but their reply letter does not provide an email and phone point of contact for the person handling this matter at M T bank instead it provides info on their collection company.  Again, showing they have no interest in fixing their mistakes, just I should just shut up and pay them is the attitude.5)    this reply does not explain how account went from 109.18 (01/23/2017) overdrawn to the stated 194.53 on the letter.6)    Also, I called the number given M T for MRS BPO three times today and no answers.   You are just placed a waiting line for the next rep and no one picks up.7)    The letter states a letter was sent on 05/24/2017 we have no such letter, another mistake by MT bank I guess.8)    Finally got someone at MRS BPO but they were unable to assist me due to the fact M T bank did not put on the letter the MRS BPO account number.  MRS BPO instructed me to contact MT bank back for the required info, such as the account number.9)    I did receive a letter today from MRS BPO, so I called them, gave them the account number and they will not talk to me since I am not listed on my account at MRS BPO.   M T bank did not put my name on my business account instead they put the wrong name on the account.  They placed my wife’s name who is just listed on the account so she can do business transactions in my absence.  Again, another example of MT banks continuing mistakes!So, M & T takes money for their mistakes, does not correct them, does not even explain them and does not provide the required information so we can get the collection company to explain them.   What an effective way to make unhappy customers!   I had and still offer to cover the $30.00 payment but not the $164.53 in fees due to M & T issues and mistakes.   If I made the mistake I would expect to pay the fee, but since M T made the mistake they should cover the fee.Regards,[redacted]
