Great Technician and service

I called Mendel Plumbing at 1:pm on a Saturday and Mike SWas out to help us with an A/C problem around an hour later Mike was very personable and informative He gave us three options on how to proceed with the problem, and an hour later our A/C was up and running again! All in all, a very positive experience We've worked with Mendels for years and highly recommend them

Anthony did an excellent job of locating the problem with our humidifier, which at first he thought needed to be completely replaced, but didn't give up until he found the cause Instead of replacing the entire unit, which was his first reaction, he diagnosed it as needing a new switch, saving us hundreds of $ !! He took the time and didn't give up until he did it right We were impressed with his persistence He then explained how we could apply for a $rebate for some of the work done Thank you for everything you did, Anthony!! This is why we've switched to, and are staying with Mendel

Service is excellent Response time from my first phone call was immediate, and service was only two days later Extremely prompt for a "non-emergency" job Technicians, both in the past, and today especially Jesse M, are really kind, courteous, and professional
