Eric provided a thorough explanation of the job including pricing prior to starting. He got right to work, the new water heater and associated pipes seemed to have clean joints and seams and when completed, he was careful to clean up the site.

Attention to customer's problem is prompt. Workmanship and professionalism are excellent.

On Wednesday morning I woke up to no hot water. I called my go to plumber Mendel Plumbing & Heating. Jeff H was at my home in a couple of hours and by noon he had repaired my hot water heater and I had hot water again. They have been my plumber for several years and I have never been disappointed. They are prompt and reliable.

Technician was very well trained and actually after fixing the problem discovered a potential factory defect that could develop into a problem later on. He ordered the new part and it will be installed at the next visit (and its under Warranty) Went above and beyond the call....... Highly Highly Recommend this Great Suburban Company!

Seth P did an outstanding job at installing new slide-out shelves in my kitchen cabinets. One cabinet had an electrical hookup so Seth discussed options with me and showed me what that cabinet would look like since it required a different set up from the other cabinets. Seth anticipated questions I might have and was ready with solid answers.
Seth arrived on time identified himself as a Mendel employee, had all of the needed parts, and placed tarp on my floor to ensure no damage or dirt would get on the and was ready to work. Since I was unable to empty the cabinets myself due to restrictions I have, Seth ever so carefully removed all dishes, etc. for me. Seth does quality work, is efficient and always professional and friendly; he takes pride in his work. He also took special care to close the front door each time he needed to return to his truck since it was a very cold day. I am completely comfortable having Seth work in my home.
I am totally satisfied with the final outcome - it was exactly what I wanted.
