Eric from Mendel Plumbing & Heating was straight forward, did a great job with the work requested, and very friendly. I couldn't be happier with the work that Eric completed with my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.

Mendel Plumbing has always been fantastic to work with. They installed our furnace years ago, we needed them to come out and check on something real quick when it was super cold out, Mike S. told us ahead of time the price because of overtime, we said o.k. and he fixed our problem in a matter of minutes! It was so nice to have such a courteous person come into my home late in the evening and my furnace fixed, even when he was about to go home himself! What a wonderful job he did! I highly recomend this company.

Anthony arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He cleaned and checked the furnace and explained things about it. He answered all my questions and told me about other services the company offered.

All the Mendel employees were respectful and on time, always on time. They did the job correctly and quickly. They were pleasant people to have in the house, and working from home, I was worried about the interruptions. There were none to speak of. The bathroom looks beautiful. And I know that all the electrical , plumbing and construction work was done right. I would gladly have them back for my next project.

Jeff H came out to replace a sanitary sump pump that had a failed switch. He was courteous and thorough, and explained the operation of a monitoring device attached to the pump. He also provided an estimate for some additional work I anticipate will be necessary in the near future. I've had Mendel do work for me in the past and have always been pleased with the result. I'll have them back again.

I'm very pleased with Mendel. We have used Mendel for years. Mike S. came to fix my furnace today. He answered all my questions even changed the batteries in the thermostat. It was a long day for Mike , but he still had a great attitude.

When I turned off the water in the shower, hte handle turned but the water kept running. Then when I turned off the shut-off valve to the house, the water still didn't shut off. Mendel sent a plumber within the hour after I called and he did exaclting work, explainined each step. No surprises with the price, and he gave options for what could be done. Fabulous experience.

Excellent service. A little pricey, but you can't know the service, the customer service people, or the products.
