Had a tune up on my furnace today. I also had a problem with
my humidifier that I wanted checked too. I had a very positive
experience with Nick as he listened patiently to all my concerns.
He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my humidifier.
I was very pleased with Nick today as he explained what the
problems were and how he was going to fix them. He also spent some time educating me on what settings to use over the winter months. I would definitely request Nick as the technician to be sent to my home in the future!

I was very satisfied with the service Anthony provided on my furnace. We have the annual service on our furnace and air conditioning. It is easy to obtain an appointment and the service pro is always on time and professional.

From setting up the appointments, to the follow up before hand, on time arrival, and courteous professional service - it's all there. I've used Mendel for heating & cooling, as well as plumbing, and not only have I never been disappointed (or surprised), I've been very satisfied. After having a Carbon Monoxide alarm go off in our house this last weekend due to our water heater we knew we needed a company we could trust. Multiple sources recommended Mendel. From friends, to neighbors and our local hardware store. They sent out a tech ( Ron ) within a half an hour of calling. Ron was very thurough and detailed.. He explained what caused the issue and how to resolve it. He put a plan in place, had more techs sent out to assist and got to work. Let me be clear.. This was 10 Hour job with 3+ techs working non stop. They replaced, vents, piping, and added two new water heaters. It would have been very easy to make this a 2 day job but Ron knew that we have two small children and going another day without hot water and risking another carbon monoxide leak was not an option. Ron and crew were very professional and respectful in our home. We have had some poor experiences with other companies in the last few years. Between the professionalism of the office and Ron and crew we will be life long dedicated customers of Mendel.

Noticed a leak on the kitchen sink yesterday afternoon. My neighbor recommended Mendel so I called them. Mike T came first thing this morning and confirmed my own diagnosis as being the garbage disposal. He had what I needed on the truck with him and set to work right away. In no time the replacement was made, tested, and was working well . . . and very quietly. Thanks to Mendel for a fine job.

Anthony was cordial and efficient. He did a good job for me.

Recently we had a service call by Mendell Plumbing and Heating. The representative Eric
was very helpful in explaining the problem. After he layed out his corrective plan he took great care in ensuring the area was clean.

I had a sink with a broken shutoff valve and water spraying everywhere. I called Mendel and Scott was here in less than 10 minutes and got the main water shutoff and arranged to have Eric come and replace the valve and remove the old sink/vanity the same afternoon. Excellent service!

We had a late night water pipe break. Jeff was at our house within 20 minutes of our call. He diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed in less than 2 hours. We had dealt with Jeff on another service call previously and were also very pleased

We, the [redacted]a Account, have a maintenance contract with Mendel. Just 3 days before Xmas the furnance blower wheel got noisy. Mendel management decided, that a quick exchange of the blower wheel is the best answer to the problem. As customer we are pleased, that Mendel took full responsibility and exchanged the faulty equipment in a gesture of goodwill. The house is warm at Xmas and we can recommend Mendel as a very good service company.

I found water in my furnace room just before closing time. My house is on a slab so the water was beginning to run under the rug into my family room. Not knowing what the problem was, I called Mendel Plumbing. Eric got to my house as soon as he could since he was already home for the evening. He diagnosed the problem as the clogged floor drain where the a/c drains into. He rodded out the line. That seemed to work, but he also made sure by flushing the toilets and running the water from everywhere several times to be sure the drain was flowing properly. I have used them for many years and have always been satisfied. They are professional and knowledgeable. All is well this morning.
