Mesa apologizes for our part in the scheduling mix up
The customer's refund has been processed and the check has been mailed out

The color/type of the glass that our salesman sold was unable to be installed in a garage door without blemishes. We searched for new glass, in the same color, that would work for garage doors. After a couple of samples the customer has approved a new glass and is will be installed on 11/29/

This letter is written to respond MESA's last email which was dated on 08/06/in that email, there are so many irresponsible, made-upfalse, it's very disappointing and disgustingto solve the problem properly, we must look at the fact and investigate its true involvementthere force I am responding it with the facture records.Personally, I don't have any resentment against MESA, that why I spent $for themand have them installed the garage doorI hade never imagined that it would created so much trouble to me.on 01/23/MESA installed my garage doorI am the only person used itin the year of April,it sarted malfunctioning.05/25/MESA service man came for first time.He spend less than one minute and left, saying is no problem.06/17/MESA service man came the second time, he said he chain gols along near the ceiling is too short, he changed it with a longer one.06/21/the door failed to shut again.06/22/service man came the third time, he said the system is damaged because of waterbut the truth is that there is no any water source near the garageit had not been raining, the roof no any leakagethe service man became so hot temperedhe was screaning and shouting to meI had to told him of calling a police to stop him
I am a handicapped person, need a walker and a caner to move around but it has nothing to do with our current issue.the garage door failed to work properly since about three months after its installation.it has two years warrantyI have a perfect right for complin and reguest a proper repairHow could the MESAsay that it is a "harassment ".Instead trying to improve their product quality and improve costomer services, they are actually doing poor quality works and bending the facts blaming customers.In the past few services ,your worker had never informed me and regested my signiture before their departure.MESAhas standard installtion $899, $refund and with same special offer, just $699,I paid $got the worth installtion and services.we also learned there are many other customers complain from MESAI hope they will change their attitude to their customers and improve their qualith works

In response to the complaint launched by *** *** for Cayuse Lane, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA attached are the documents between Mesa Garage Doors and *** Goddard
As I discussed with you on the phone this contract has been in the pending status since 01/31/2013, per the contact
Ms*** ordered and signed for customer wood garage doors on 01/31/Per the proposal/contract she was to have done a down payment of $with the Visa ending which were successful in processing, as stated in the contract upon the completed site check there is a deposit of $2,that was to have been processed and that transaction declined
At around towards the end of I personally contact *** and advised of the declined payment for the special order deposit and she requested at that point in time for a payment arrangement for the balance of $2,and the final balance of $3,400.00, the customer was then advised that we are not a finance company and per the verbiage on the contract these payments are due as suchIn speaking to *** she stated that she will call back when she has the funds since she is having financial hardshipThe customer that the door has been manufactured and is sitting here in our warehouse ready for installation once she has fulfilled her obligation of payment for the customer wood doors totaling $6,She was also made aware of the balance that she had remaining knowing that her special order deposit of $2,was declined for payment with the email that has been included sent to her from her Sales representative Nate Hermann on 02/14/
Then on 10/17/the customer reached out to *** ***, Wood Door coordinator that she wanted to have the doors installed since the last call *** placed to *** was back on 10-17- when we called in regards to her call to *** Sales Coordinator on 10-01-Since the wood department was under the impression that she has paid the deposit of the $2,she was advised per her request that if she was to pay the $3,that is on the contract they would discount the remaining balance by $making her final balance at install $3,One the same day when I was advised of this install I advised the Wood department that the total balance that was actually due is $6,since the $2,declined in
I proceeded to contact *** who informed me of her situation and I advised her of the balance and the customer indicated that she did not have the funds to make the full payment and that she would like an installment planI did advise *** once again that we are not a finance company and that the balances of installs are due upon completion of the door being installed*** advised me that she needed to get her certificate of occupancy from the City Inspector so that she can provided it to her lender since she is trying to pull the equity out of the propertyI did proceed to advise that the solution that I can present is that a temporary metal door be placed in both her openingsI also advised that from the payment of the $3,that was done on her behalf I will take $1,000.00/$as a discount towards the purchase of these temporary doors so that she can get the certificate, and hence the email that was produced by me personally and sent to *** on 10/24/2014…as indicated on the subject line that this was a “Tentative schedule” This email was to be provided to the City Inspector under the direction of *** *** to assist in getting the inspection date rescheduled and *** not incurring a penalty fee
In light of the customers situation my follow up call to her to reconfirm the agreement on 10/24/14, *** *** then proceeded to advise me that she once again does not have the money for the installation of the customer wood doors and also proceeded to advise that the property is in foreclosure with the lenderI tried to reason with this customer and as stated I will not be installing a customer $6,door without some guaranty that Mesa Garage Doors will be paid at the time that the customer ordered doors are installed as stated in the contract signed into on 01/31/which is the undertaking that *** *** signed for

The refund request has been submitted 8-9-The transaction takes two to three days to show on the customers banking account

We left a message for *** today 3-9-2018, to send us the receipt for the repairs needed on the gateOnce we receive the receipt by e-mail, we will be able to refund Mrs*** the cost of the repairs

[I was not advised that Mesa would not receive the door until June 13thI was merely told that they would not be installing the door until the next available date of June 14thThere's also still the problem that Mesa should have better systems to monitor the status of their customers products in a better manner so that they're not notifying the customer the night before and expected installation that it will not occurMesa made no attempts to resolve any issues, address any customer concerns, or offer any concessions for the delays and problems they causedAdditionally and even maybe more important is a severe lack of customer service from Mesa Garage Doors and that they take no responsibility to address any concerns of the customerIt took about a month's time just to respond to this Revdex.com complaint and I never once received any help or other Communications from a supervisor to address any of my direct communications with themOf course an unsatisfied customer would continue to express their dissatisfaction if those concerns were never appropriately addressed and resolved Mesa is trying to deflect the blame and responsibility, dismiss the issue, and continue to ignore the customers That attitude and approach is certainly unacceptable.]

Mesa Garage Doors does apologize for the delay in delivering the productWe did atempt to make the second scheduled date but could not confirm in time for Mr*** to be availableWe have since then arranged a new install date and installed the door

We did revise the invoice and email to him days after install. We will resend another copy

? I asked MESA garage door to send me proof of declined payment in 2/before I send you the rebutle. Plus, the garage door was not done when I paid them the $I was told that they will make it rushmy permit expires in days and they are sitting on the garage door and the moneyI got extension already and to renew it, it has be a rewal and not extension and we are talking about minimum of $10,I paid for the extension $10,months agoI will loose the house in days if I don't get the certificate of occupany and the bank already sent me default and election to sellI am loosign everythingall waht they can do is to take payment for now or put a lien and they will get paid when I refinance if they stop being greedythanks

***;I personally spoke with Mr*** to review the contract and explained that while he may not have been under the impression that the haul away was his responsibility, he was not being charged for it which alludes to the conversation he had with his sales representative Customer was
threatening which led me to agree to cancel his contract and refund his deposit In no way did we try to bait and switch this customer, but merely agree to the contract at hand and do our best to install a good quality product at a reasonable price
