I called Michael & Son for a plumbing issue in my home. The call taker was polite and professional. An appointment was set for several days later (at my request). On the date of the appointment, the plumber (Victor G[redacted] called my house and provided an arrival time. Once at the house, Victor showed obvious knowledge and explained the total process. I felt completely comfortable with the entire event. Thanks
As always service was professional and personable. The technician arrived during the stated window and called to let me know he was on his way. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly

Paul did an outstanding job. He arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem immediately and executed the repair quickly. Am excellent job.
The technicians showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it.
While taking a shower the lights went out. Panick struck, but a few minutes later I was at the control panel and nothing had tripped. Michael & Son sent over the sweetest, knowledgeable electrician you would want to meet. I was envisioning holes in my walls, new wires being put in, you name it. Non of that happened. The electrician explained the problem and solved it to my satisfaction. I have more electrical work to be done and I am confident that the same high level of professionalism will be shown.
Wayne J. was at my home yesterday to perform winter maintenance. Very professional. You cannot go wrong with Michael & Sons. I use them for service when necessary and have never been disappointed. Their service personnel are always very professional and they explain what they are doing and why. You can't go wrong with this company.
Every technician who's been out to my place from Michael & Sons has been phenomenal. Whether they come out at short notice for a broken air conditioner or for a yearly checkup, not only do they take the time to inspect and fix whatever the problem was, they go further and take a look at the rest of the system to be sure nothing else is wrong, then they sit down and review their findings with me, and even recommend shops where I can pick up parts if I want to fix things myself. They're always careful not to mess up my floors, and all the guys who've come out have taken the time to give my dog a few ear scratches too. From what I've seen, Michael & Sons is a bunch of great guys doing quality work that you can trust. Highly recommended.
Extremely professional and efficient service. Wayne was quick to diagnose the problem and fix, and then check overall system performance three times by the time he departed.
From: [redacted] <[redacted].com>Date: Mon, Aug 15, 2016 at 9:30 AMSubject: Complaint #[redacted] - Michael & SonTo: [email protected],In reference to the #[redacted] complaint made towards Michael & Son, the repair work was completed at 5:30 PM on Saturday, 8/13/16. Roselyn M[redacted] and Vance S[redacted] did take care of making sure that the issue was handled with the proper urgency on Saturday afternoon after I made the Revdex.com Complaint (prior to being notified by Revdex.com of the complaint this morning). There is still the issue of the illegally dumped trash on our neighbor's lawn that they are working to resolve with me.At this time, I do not feel as though we need Revdex.com to conduct any further action and they can close the complaint file.-[redacted]
The technician, Hakeem, provided fast, courteous service for my plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and provided me options that explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The work was done in less time than estimated.
Andy, Santos and Alberto cleaned my dryer vent this morning. They did an excellent job and were courteous and professional. I am so impressed with their customer service and highly recommend them for this work.
Thank you for allowing us to respond to our customer's concern Michael and Son Services arrived at our customer's home to install a New [redacted] Heat Pump System. On Dec . 2011 we performed a routine Maintenance Tune Up and found no concerns. In July 2011 we checked on the...
unit and adjusted the refrigerant charge, cleared drain and replaced the air filter. April 5th 2014 we were scheduled to go out because our customer had concerns wit the AC. We arrived and found the system low on refrigerant, the air filter was dirty and we saw a need after further research to perform a leak search. We performed the refrigerant leak test and found a leak in the tubing at the outdoor unit, repaired the leak, charged the unit and replaced the air filter. On June 19th 2014 we arrived to the customer's house to find the drain line trap clogged, cleared and checked the refrigerant, everything was operating as it should be. June 30th we were called back and found some concerns accessing the customer's preexisting drain line for evaluation regarding the drain clogged issues. We added an additional sensor for water protection at no cost to the customer. July 1, 2014 we ran a new drain for for the unit at no cost to our customer, checked the refrigerant pressure, and found the attic fan was non operational. July 15th, 2014 we were called because customer had no AC we diagnosed and found the blower motor needed to be replaced. Our customer's unit is warrantied. We ordered the motor, board, and transformer, installed these parts and tested. Everything was working as it should. December 9, 2014 we checked on the unit, adjusted refrigerant, checked over the system and everything was tested and working. March 25th, 2015 the unit was not defrosting properly, we added refrigerant. On May 8th 2015 unit was low on refrigerant, charged and scheduled return for leak test and repair. We returned to seal all refrigerant leaks in system. Tested work everything is working as it should.
All unit concerns have been corrected under warranties. At this time everything is working normally. As
it is impossible to predict any future issues of mechanical
equipment, it is important to keep the air filter clean and maintained on a
regular basis. Failure to do so will cause added stress to the system. which can result in equipment and or part failures including
refrigerant leaks. Michael and Son Services strongly believe a replacement of the unit is not necessary. We have
not found any particular concerns to deem the unit as a “lemon” . We believe the
unit to be in good working condition and free of any defects. Unit is still
under manufacturer warranty and we will
continue to respond in a timely manner to correct any issues covered at no expense to our customer. This was a truly a regular service call, these type of things do happen which id why we have our regular season tuneups to catch these concerns before they happen and her coverage covered these type of concerns If our customer has any questions please contact us directly so we can further assist. If there are no further issues please consider closing this matter as satisfied.
Johnny M[redacted] did a terrific job fixing the plumbing in our shower in our master bathroom. He had to replace a section of both the hot and cold supply pipes, and install a new Moan shower head and regulator. As always, he did an outstanding job. We look forward to him putting in 2 bathroom sinks once we have installed 2 new floors.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It did not come from the owner, who I thought was concerned enough to address this matter, and **. [redacted]'s solution is for me to spend more of my hard earned money...or continue to let him parade his foot traffic through my residence, maybe he will wear me down and I will give up....that is his only solution (exaust my leave with home visits, bring in my own plumber (never mind I did not have this problem until I followed their technician's advise), spend more of my hard earned money to get this matter corrected....I get it he is there to make money for the company! However, I notice **. [redacted] did not have the common decencey to address this matter himeself, since it is his company and not **. [redacted]'s......it is obvious where he stands (ignore the customer long enough, and they will go away), at first he appeared willing to help me and then all of a sudden...nothing? I guess he feels...he has my money so why should he be willing to make this right? Spend it well **. [redacted]!Regards,[redacted]

sump pump, under warranty. Michael and Son Service is not responsible for what ends up in the pump. We will, as a courtesy to the customer, give him $150-$200 in store credit for future use with our company.
Brad B[redacted] was right on time, called ahead to let us know he was on the way (as promised), and quite courteous. Although the salesman (also a Brad) had thoroughly explained all that the job entailed, Brad went over it all again and got right to work. After the job was finished he explained the thermostat and made sure I had no further questions. Every step of this process/job has been simple and a pleasure.
Curtis did a great job on my house. This job turned into a very complicated project that entailed replacement of a garbage disposal and the kitchen drain plumbing all the way to the cleanout. The pipes were in a finished basement ceiling, but he was able to finish the job with a minimum impact to the sheet rock ceiling. The project went well into the evening, but he stayed on it until all of the work was finished and cleaned up.

Michael & Son did an outstanding job repairing my heat pump. They were timely in responding to my service call and completed the necessary repairs in a short period of time. I would recommend them for any heating or air conditioning need.
