The technician, Hakeem, provided fast, courteous service for my plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and provided me options that explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The work was done in less time than estimated.

Wayne J. was at my home yesterday to perform winter maintenance. Very professional. You cannot go wrong with Michael & Sons. I use them for service when necessary and have never been disappointed. Their service personnel are always very professional and they explain what they are doing and why. You can't go wrong with this company.

sump pump, under warranty. Michael and Son Service is not responsible for what ends up in the pump. We will, as a courtesy to the customer, give him $150-$200 in store credit for future use with our company.

Johnny M[redacted] did a terrific job fixing the plumbing in our shower in our master bathroom. He had to replace a section of both the hot and cold supply pipes, and install a new Moan shower head and regulator. As always, he did an outstanding job. We look forward to him putting in 2 bathroom sinks once we have installed 2 new floors.

Johnathan was very knowledgeable about what we had asked for but also offered us help with updating electrical thinks needed in our home we didn't realize we needed. We feel much safer knowing we have had these updates taken care of. Will recommend him and Michael & Son to our friends and family. Thanks so much, Cynthia H[redacted]

Every technician who's been out to my place from Michael & Sons has been phenomenal. Whether they come out at short notice for a broken air conditioner or for a yearly checkup, not only do they take the time to inspect and fix whatever the problem was, they go further and take a look at the rest of the system to be sure nothing else is wrong, then they sit down and review their findings with me, and even recommend shops where I can pick up parts if I want to fix things myself. They're always careful not to mess up my floors, and all the guys who've come out have taken the time to give my dog a few ear scratches too. From what I've seen, Michael & Sons is a bunch of great guys doing quality work that you can trust. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Michael & Sons Restoration and their technician, Mr. Ahmed B[redacted] and Renee, was exceptional. After experiencing severe water damage, Mr. B[redacted] responded within 2-3 hours of our phone call to Michael & Sons. Both men were courteous, understanding of our distress, and very competent, true professionals.

Sean is a wonderful technician. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy. But the main thing I would like to say about Sean is how he goes above and beyond and does extra just to help make things easier for you. He is always about helping you in any way he can.

We were very pleased with the dedication of Ronnie L who put his all in seeing to our plumbing needs. Great job! Thank you.

Sam the technician was very helpful. He took the time to talk and answer all of my questions. He looked out for my best interests and spoke very honestly.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand their comment regarding B&B's invoice. That was an old bill to prove that the compacitor had failed before and had the same symptoms as when we called Michael & Son to come out to fix it. B&B repaired it. Michael & Son was the company that said the air conditioner needed to be replaced, not [redacted].  [redacted] dealt with the installation of the oil furnace, which did not need to be replaced, but Michael & Son said they could not install a new a/c without replacing the furnace.  This was not true.  It was [redacted] that informed us that they had gotten our old a/c to run and that it could have been repaired.

complete a full diagnostic.

tore p has done work for me twice now. the first time he installed a new water heater. today he repaired two outside water facets. both times he did excellent work,was very professional and very courteous. I recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.

Reply with proofs;   DEAR SIR,  RESPECTFULLY I WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT THAT::::::He did not say any charges like $89.00 for diagonistic  before starting the job. I told him just tune up and it was used in last winter. If something is wrong dont touch it.Tune up if its working.Otherwise just leave it. How long would it take to check if this device needs more work or not tunable.Just by checking the on/off switch. Because I know how they make money. So my doubt was 100% correct. When he gave me the estimate of $695.00 .After a few days I called automatic Climate and he did not say any big replacement of fan etc. Plus he was complaining that some untrained person had messed up the fan wiring .You can call and verify from him. It is not old enough case. You can call him and verify what was wrong He did not not replace even a single thing. In addition he charged the freeon of 3 lbs $45/lb.
