I am rejecting this response because: Once again this company gives the run around, this so called courtesy price of $1100 is not a courtesy it is a rip off and was not offered until I got the Revdex.com involved. 2nd of all the competitor that is mentioned is [redacted]'s and they gave me the first estimate thinking also that this was a bigger job, they have done work for me previously, they also came by on Friday after this job was completed and I explained what happened and they also agree I got ripped off and told me Michael and Son is known to rip customers off. I like many consumers with a leaking pipe will call around to see if a company can complete a job soon, and also ask about Pricing that's what consumers do. So again this company wants to act like I did something wrong by calling and asking questions. The problem here is that I was told that the job was expected to be a BIG job and it turned out to be way more easier than expected and they think I was going to not stop and ask for money back on a job that took under 1 hour and used less than $20 in part. Like I said I want this settled at $ 950 which is still to much, this company has caused extreme stress in my house and if the next response is not what I want then I am taking this company to court. They keep wanting this complaint closed because they know they are WRONG. I have heard their same story 4 times and they have done nothing but give a non-sense run around story. YES I AGREE THE LEAK IS FIXED I HAVE NOT DISPUTED THIS, WHAT I DISAGREE WITH IS THE COST!!!!! I FEEL STRONG ABOUT MY DECISION AND WILL STAND UP TO THIS COMPANY IN COURT, NO ONE DESERVES TO BE PUT THROUGH WHAT I BEEN THROUGH. Regards,

I have had several experiences with Michael and Son's Plumbing. Both plumbers they have sent out have been excellent. They are courteous and professional, clean up after themselves and answer any questions you have. Today, Rene was great installing my kitchen faucet. Was completed in an hour and he called 15 minutes before he came.
I had difficulty getting an appointment one time for a clogged kitchen drain and had to contact a competing company. Not sure why Michael & Sons couldn't schedule me an appointment for sooner than a week (with a clogged kitchen drain you use every day!), but I went elsewhere in that situation and regretted it, the service was awful.
I also did not care for the electrician Michael and Sons sent to quote a whole house generator system for me; he was very unprofessional.
All in all though, if you have Michael & Son's come to your house (especially the plumbing folks), you will be completely satisfied with their work. They do seem a little pricey, but the work is quality and they are very professional. Even had a manager contact me later after leaving a review. Very impressed with their company and service personnel.

 Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It was told to me on phone that there would not be any charges for estimate and checking. Still the company is doing same thing on TV add. By dodging and manipulating the words would not do any good. My simple and humble request is 'please return my money' because your business did not satisfy me. I don't want to call t.v channels for complain and don't force me to put up in u-tube etc for public observation. Then I would be justified to let you keep my money,as to satisfy my conscious.Now the ball is  in your court.

The electrician, Deny, was excellent. He took his time to properly diagnosis the problem and at a low cost.

The technicians arrived in a very timely manner and were most professional, courteous, and informative. The work was performed very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Andy and Alexander for their excellent work and knowledge. Michael and Sons have always provided outstanding services at reasonable rates. Again, I would highly recommend this company for any work that you may need to have done. Also, the shoe covers were a vey nice touch.

I have a service agreement with Michael and Son to inspect and service my home HVAC systems twice a year. Early this week, Technician Kenneth L** completed the semi annual inspection and maintenance on my systems. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He did an excellent job. I would welcome having Kenneth L** perform my service in the future. Kemp N[redacted]

Very pleased with service we received. Johnny M[redacted] is a superb professional who gets the job done efficiently and well done. Not to ignore he is also a very friendly nice person and exudes confidence.
Michael and Son does good work through people like Mr M[redacted]. They are fortunate to have him and probably wish they had more like him.

I am very sorry our customer continue to see the concern as part of the work we did on their property. We made a special visit to show the customer his work and he made us aware at the time we were there that the church was not financially fit to meet this cost. Michael and son then made the offer to reduce the cost to bring this concern to a close and help them with an easier payment plan of 12 months at minimum  $150 per month. He begin to yell and threaten us with the action that he has taken and yet we still will allow for the same resolution if this will help get his church organization an answer to their concern. Michael & Son service is a service company and we do solve and find different problems from time to time. We don't intend to offend our customer only to help them continue their lives or building operation with out interuption.I feel we have done our job with this concern and need the customer to understand that we are only trying to help and not hurt them in any way.Vance

Upon meeting Isidro this morning, all was well, until I un boxed my new light. We found that part of the arm was bent. So much so that for a minute, I thought about shipping it back to the person I bought it from. As I called the company to tell them about my fixture, Isidro came up with an idea to temporarily fix the light until I get the new (part). The idea was so simple and the way he done it, no one can tell what is holding the arm in place.
He also took the time to inspect each arm of the lamp. He insured that the fixture was centered, and the light box was secure enough to hold the weight. I informed him that the previous fixture was on a dimmer switch with regular light bulbs. With the new lamp, I purchased 60 LED dimmable lights, but he quickly noticed that the dimmer needed to be replaced which will work with both types of wattage. Although it was going to cost me more money to have the dimmer installed, I was happy that he told me - instead of having all the lights not functioning properly.

In response to [redacted]Michael and Son Services is extremely sorry that this happened to [redacted]. We were able to get someone out there on Saturday 8/13 to complete this job. This morning, we are having the trash removed from his property. Michael and Son considers this matter closed.

While taking a shower the lights went out. Panick struck, but a few minutes later I was at the control panel and nothing had tripped. Michael & Son sent over the sweetest, knowledgeable electrician you would want to meet. I was envisioning holes in my walls, new wires being put in, you name it. Non of that happened. The electrician explained the problem and solved it to my satisfaction. I have more electrical work to be done and I am confident that the same high level of professionalism will be shown.

The technicians showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it.

I have had Paul B from Michael & Sons do several electrical jobs for me. He does an excellent job, is timely, and believes in friendly, efficient customer service. I will continue to ask for him in the future.

Called with a problem, not emergency. Tech arrived when promised, explained repair or replace options clearly. Accomplished required actions promptly and effectively. Cleaned up after work.
We have used this company in the past and received timely, expert service again.
Cannot ask for a better job.
