This is my second complaint against this companyIn my previous complaint, filed on July 7, I stated that this company was calling not only myself, but also my family threatening to freeze my bank account and garnish my wagesI also stated that I wished to only be contacted in writingIn this companies response, they said they were going to close my account and send it back to the original creditorThe threatening phone calls have continued.No further contact by the businessPlease stop threatening phone callsContact me through mail only

To Whom it may Concern, Upon review of complaint ID [redacted] Mid-Atlantic Consumer Services has determined that the validity of the complaint is false [redacted] ***’s telephone number was uploaded to our database the morning of Friday, 11-17-and no calls were applied until Monday, 11-20- Another reason this is is because both [redacted] and Mid-Atlantic are in the east coast time zone, Mid-Atlantic opens at am and closes at 7pm Monday through ThursdayIn ***’s complaint she stated calls were made at 8am and 8pm which is impossibleAlso upon review the employee handing [redacted] did remove the telephone number and no more calls will be made, however again the validity of the complaint is false

They have some how obtained my SSN number, employment, they are harassing my family and I want it to stop.They need to stop calling any and all family they have been contacting, they have been threatening in there manner stating they will take all money from accounts as they
see fit to settle thr debt

if Ms. [redacted] has received phone calls from Mid Atlantic Consumer Services at any other phone number not listed in her complaint then it should be noted that Mid Atlantic Consumer Services would need those additional phone numbers to be provided so that they may be removed.
