This is my second complaint against this company. In my previous complaint, filed on July 7, 2015 I stated that this company was calling not only myself, but also my family threatening to freeze my bank account and garnish my wages. I also stated that I wished to only be contacted in writing. In this companies response, they said they were going to close my account and send it back to the original creditor. The threatening phone calls have continued.No further contact by the business. Please stop threatening phone calls. Contact me through mail only.

I wish for them to send in mail debt validation letter and cease contacting my place of employment.

Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]To whom it may concern,In response to the allegations of repeated phone calls, it remains Mid Atlantic Consumer Services position that all phone numbers affiliated with [redacted] have been and were removed from our data base once it was determined that the individual we were calling to speak with was no longer employed with [redacted]. Mid Atlantic Consumer Services has also taken proactive measures to prevent any unwanted phone calls to [redacted] by searching our entire data base for any instances in which they were listed as an employer for individuals that have matters with this office. Upon doing so it was determined that there were six other consumers listing [redacted] as their employer that had been placed with this office over the past 90 days, all of those phone numbers were removed as well. Mid Atlantic Consumer Services has also searched for and removed any and all phone numbers provided by [redacted] in their complaint.With regards to the rude treatment allegedly received by employees of [redacted], we’ve reviewed the files that where central in Mid Atlantic Consumer Services contacting [redacted] but because there was no request to speak with a supervisor at the time the call was taking place, we are unable to determine the accuracy of said allegations. Mr. [redacted] was notified of the delinquency on his bounced check. He admitted that this check has bounced and also agreed to pay the check. During the conversation he requested no more calls to family in which we agreed to. [redacted] advised us he would be calling back to set up arraignment and when he called back he gave his attorney’s information because he believed he didn’t owe the check anymore. Not once during both conversations with [redacted] did he say he thought he paid this with a collection agency. All communication has been stopped in regards to this debt and has been directed to his attorney.  Also at no point in the conversations that a Mid-Atlantic employee said “we will be taking money out of his accounts” first off it’s impossible secondly we don’t have his account information. [redacted] clearly must be misconstruing the entire conversation.
