I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I do not see how MRS takes this matter seriously as I would expect that MRS communicates with the consumer before placing a collection entry on the consumer's credit files. This is also not the first time MRS acted this way as there are many of the same complaints when searching for MRS on GOOGLE.

opportunity to respond. Upon receiving notification of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint, MRS conducted an investigation with regard to this matter. The investigation has found the following: Our office has never spoken to this consumer. The only communication our office had was with the consumers spouse on 06/02/2016, at which point MRS informed the spouse we would not be able to disclose any personal information without the consumers prior consent to do so. The spouse understood, and said would have the consumer contact our office immediately. The consumer never called our office after that communication, and since that time MRS has made a total of 8 attempts to contact Mrs. [redacted] at [redacted] which was the number provided by our client, and confirmed by her spouse. Our office is well within the guidelines of FDCPA, and all other regulatory requirements, and the claims of harassment & mistreatment are 100% inaccurate. Often times, our office gets lumped into the "harassing, bullying, threatening" category because of our line of business, but MRS takes these claims very seriously, and can provide 100% call recordings, and documentation to support our investigation. With that said, our office has considered this communication a consumer dispute, and will handle this claim accordingly. The account has been cancelled and returned to our client for further investigation, and MRS will no longer attempt to contact this consumer from today's date. I am rejecting this response because:
I had previously disputed this claim with MRS, they have yet to send me a debat validation or mark it as disputed with credit bureaus.I will now file a complaint for with my state attorney general, MRS has also failed to provide information I requested verifying they are legal to collect in my state with their licensing information. This is an attempt to reset the original time frame of when the initial dispute was submitted. Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I accept the initial response, but not as a resolution.  I have multiple voicemails from Midwest, missed calls from Midwest, and I have sent a request for a debt validation letter via Midwest Recovery System's own website.  I'm confused as why they would say they have never had contact with me. I look forward to this being resolved.

The investigation has found the following: Prior to this complaint being filed, we received no communication from this consumer either written, or verbal, after multiple attempts to contact her at various numbers provided by our client. Our internal policy however is to honor verbal & written DISPUTE claims any time a consumer is expressing such a claim. With that said, we have acknowledged this as a dispute/validation request, and have marked this account DISPUTE as of today's date, and will issue a request for validation documentation from our client. I am rejecting this response because:QatarAffecting someone's credit report fraudulently is serious. This is completely fraudulent attempt at collecting a fraudulent loan. Midwest recovery is just throwing darts at a board on fraudulent debt trying to collect with no legitimate info. at all. Your claimed client, western sky delbert services and their friends cash call have been sued out of business due to fraudulent high interest loans .They have been defunct since 2013 so their can be no contact. Remove derogatory credit report information on all three major credit reports immediately. Sending all of my information including illegal calls with spoofed phone numbers from Midwest to State attorny generals office of Missouri. Virginia already has all info.
