opportunity to respond. Upon receiving notification of this complaint, MRS investigated regarding this matter. Our internal policy is to honor both verbal, and written validation requests. This account was marked as DISPUTE on 12/18/2017 and a validation request has been submitted to our client. 01/16/2018: Mediator sent email to [redacted] requesting update.01/22/2018: Mediator sent email to [redacted] requesting update.01/23/2018: Emailed business and provide consumer's update.01/23/2018: Prior to receiving this complaint this account was recalled by our client and is no longer with our office. We have followed our recalled account policy and haven’t had any further communication with the consumer. No future follow up is planned. Our recalled account policy is once an account is recalled by a client, we immediately stop all collection efforts and send a record of deletion to all three credit reporting agencies. An immediate deletion was submitted on1/23/2018. The control number for this deletion is [redacted].  Then, we close and return the account to our client to our client per their request.

I am rejecting this response because: Apparently Midwest Recovery System DO NOT have the proper documentation with my signature proving that I entered an agreement to do business with them. You can't keep responding with the same response.  I DO NOT OWE YOU! Please have this removed my credit report immediately.

I am rejecting this response because: The account should be immediately removed. The account was assigned yo MWR 1/23/18 and MRS reported to Equifax 1/27/2017. Thats shows proof no notice was given to me. As I previously stated, according the time frame. No notice was mailed in any type of form or fashion. I have attached my credit report from Equifax subscription. You can see from the date I contacted Revdex.com & the date on my report no notice was given. Im unware to these claiims that are dated from 2013. Texas, the state I reside in have Laws in place of Collection practices. Just this account alone, & Collection comapany not in Texas is in Violation

Our office has had multiple communications with Ms. [redacted] since placement with our office. We received verbal notification that the consumer was disputing the account on 5/31/16, at which time the account was marked DISPUTE. We then received a written validation request on 6/1/16.
