It HAS been thirty days, and I have received no proof of validation of this accountThis goes against my rights under the FCRAI have never had any contact with this businessI never received any documentation for the said debt from "castle"I am entitled to all documents in regards to this debt before it is reportedmy rights were infringed and this needs to be removed as it is not validated and fraudulentI will contact the state attorney if this is not removed! I asked for documentation 8/and have not recieved anything as of 9/This company re reported to CRAs on 8/27/YET DIDNT PROVIDE ME PROOF OF VALIDITY BEFORE IT WAS RE REPORTED! I do not owe this company, never had a signed contract with themthis is on my credit report in violation of U.S.C§ Black’s Law Dictionary, 9th Edition, 2009, defines “Verify” as, 1) "To prove to be true; to confirm or establish the truth or truthfulness of; to authenticate." 2) “To confirm or substantiate by oath or affidavit; to swear to the truth of." and “Verification” as, “Confirmation of correctness, truth or authenticity, by affidavit, oath, or depositionAffidavit of truth of a matter stated and object of verification is to assure good faith in averments or statements of a party.” PLEASE REMOVE TRADE FROM ALL CRAs ASAP!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The claim is not valid.I have been in frequent/recent contact with [redacted] Billing Department as well as the Physician Billing DepartmentBoth entities have reassured me that I have no existing balancesThey have also stated that Midwest Recovery Systems is not a debt collection agency that they contract for unpaid balancesWhich means that this claim from Midwest Recovery Systems is not validFor the record, Midwest Recovery System was unable to validate my address or residence as well any contact information at time of serviceWith them unable to validate my address, there is no guarantee the any letter or documentation will get to meGiven the detrimental impact this debt collector had on my credit report due to these accusations, I am requesting confirmation from Midwest Recovery Systems that they immediately remove these statements from my credit report and insure my credit has been fully restored and remains good standing! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the company that they are representing is an illegal payday lender who has illegal collection practices by calling relatives, friends and even employers of any person they want to scam and they relate personal information to these people which is a violation of fair collection practices! They refuse to validate any loan in question and will even send emails with bogus FBI logos and use names of famous attorney's on the letters. They threaten to have people arrested at their place of work and tell family members that this person is guilty of check fraud and unless the person pays immediately they will go to jail. I would not respond to anyone representing a scam like this because I was informed by my local sheriff's office not to as they will continue to harass you and anyone they can pull up that is related to you over and over again. Any legit loan company will provide you a WRITTEN validation of debt upon request American web loan will not. They are governed by a tribe and claim that normal laws do not apply to them.
