anyone want more of a product that they are not satisfied with? That is a poor attempt at deflecting the real
issue at hand. It is also preposterous
to insinuate that it is not “possible” to issue a check. In their own admission in the opening sentence
of their response, there has in fact been a lot of conflicting information, and
yet again I the client must point out to the business owner that the “Terms”
they like to “refer” to are not clear and in some cases untrue…. And let me quote them directly from their own

“In our terms, regardless of placement, it verifies
there is a 30-day return period or the charge becomes final sale.”
Wrong! Placement of
terms is EVERYTHING in binding documents my friends. It is not what you “want” it to mean. It is what it states that it means. And YOUR terms clearly state that all sales

Their “Terms” do in fact NOT say that the only
form of refund is in the form of a credit back to the original card.
That was purely a fabrication to suit their needs and

In the terms and conditions she agreed to when placing the order, it stated that there is a membership associated with each order and she would be billed and shipped a
new bottle days after placing her original orderIf at any time Ms*** wanted to cancel her membership, she could either call our customer service department or email our customer service support team.
Ms*** contacted us on February 19th, and was refunded $for the new bottle at the discounted priceShe was also refunded $as a courtesy for the shipping cost to return the productWe received the return product on March 17th,

For the record, I would like to point out that I confidently purchased the merchandise thinking that the Miracle Garcinea Cambogia brand was the one promoted by ***. I had no intention of returning the product except that much publicity has been written about the wrong product being sold out there which called my attention. To my surprise and disappointment, I did find the attached report regarding Miracle Garcinea Cambogia brand right on ***'s website, indicating (by a FAIL) that there was only 60% of the main ingredient (HCA), the one that makes the product actually work.

My complaint is not that the business did not refund my money. They did
so (with a little prodding.) My complaint is that they employ unclear
and deceitful business practices. I am an intelligent person, I have a
master's degree, but when ordering from their website, it is not stated
CLEARLY that anyone purchasing their products are entering into any kind
of contract, or that your credit card would continually be charged. My
concern is that because of this lack of clarity, a customer can
unknowingly enter into a contract, cancel their credit card for whatever
reason, and the company would try to charge that person's card,
therefore opening up that individual to notices of late payments and
possible bad credit reports. I feel the company has an obligation to
CLEARLY spell out to anyone on their website exactly what they are
getting themselves into when they make a purchase. I think they are
using loopholes to bilk money from unsuspecting customers. Thank you

I found this to be a scam. I placed an order, didn't care for the product, and unexpectedly received another bottle in the mail. When I contacted customer service I was told I was on a monthly supply which was stated in their terms and conditions. I told them I could return the unopened package for a refund but they said they could not accept returns.
