Review: On March 6, 2014 I purchased the 3 bottles get 2 free (Order # [redacted]) and was billed appropriately to my check card. On June 6 I was billed another 24.63 that was unauthorized. The company did not advertise in the original order that there would also be a monthly subscription included. The company has told me that it was in the terms and conditions, however, this shouldn't be hidden from the consumer in 5 pages of crap. They should be forthwright in their advertising. Review: On today (Thurs, Jan 2, 2014) I arrive home only to find a NEW bottle of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia sent to me UNAUTHORIZED. Review: At the time of the purchase part of the reason that I decided to go with the product had to do with an article that was published in Women's Health magazine. I believe the product to be safe and have reputable feedback from a well known health magazine. After the purchase I saw an article stating that several websites were unlawfully using the Women's Health® logo to sell supplements and pills, one of them being this company. Due to the unlawful and deceitful way that this company gained business I felt that I could not possibly take any supplement that might be unsafe.

Review: I ordered a free trail of their product. I was told I only had to pay the $2.95 for shipping and handling. I called on April 21st to cancel my subscription. At time of cancellation, I was not informed of any more money coming out of my account. On April 22nd, $64.95 was taken from my account. When I called to inquire as to why this amount was removed, I was told that I did not cancel in time and there was nothing they could do about it. Review: I placed an order with this company for 5 months of their product at the end of March 2014. After the order was placed I realized they had an automatic shipment policy. I then called at the end of April 2014 or beginning of May 2014 to assure that this automatic shipment would not occur because I was not interested in continuing to use this product. I was assured that this was cancelled on my account and that no further action was needed. Then, on June 27th they sent out the automatic shipment. To me, this is unauthorized and not right. I have taken this product as directed for 60 days and have experienced absolutely no benefits whatsoever. I have not changed my diet or lifestyle. I believe this product is a sham. I am seeking full reimbursement. The company has agreed to refund me for 3 unopened bottles of product, which I will return to them. However, I feel justified in seeking reimbursement for the 2 bottles that were consumed, and didn't live up to their claim. They state that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, not a 100% money back guarantee and any refund, if granted, is purely case by case. Each order placed is what is known as a straight sale. We do not specify nor advertise any amount of weight a customer will lose while consuming our product. The product is used as an aide in weight loss. The results will always vary for each customer. Mrs. [redacted] placed the order May 26, 2013 for our largest package of buy 3 get 2 free for $148 with no shipping and handling costs. She has called our customer service line and has spoke with one of our representatives on August 12, 2013 when she was given a courtesy credit to her account for the three unopened bottles of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia from our satisfaction guarantee. The credit given only as a courtesy since it is not guaranteed that any customer will receive a credit. As previously stated we do value all of our customers here at Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. We will refund her the remaining $61. Mrs. [redacted] will receive an email confirming the remainder has been refunded. Review: This company offered me a $58.97 refund after several back and forth e-mails and lots of attempts at deflecting and dodging. I accepted the refund offer, on 6-21-14 @ 11:46 am they sent me an e-mail "We have issued a refund in the amount of $58.97, please allow 3-7 business days for refunds to process" then 4 minutes later @ 11:50am I received and e-mail "Unfortunately, the refund failed to process because it has been more than 30 days. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We cannot issue a refund on this account." I then requested a check and they responded that it is not possible to issue a check. I have made several attempts to reach a reasonable resolution with no success. This company has 42 Revdex.com complaints and their responses open with how much they appreciate there customers, then point out their customers agree to their terms and conditions. Their terms are not clear, the refund policy says nothing about time frame of refunds or returns. Does not say that unopened product is nonreturnable (at one point they told me the the contrary). They consistently refer to their 30 day all sales final policy that only appears ONCE in their policy and it is in a paragraph pertaining to shipping insurance.... (which I copied/pasted and returned to them for their own reference) They have refused to honor their commitment. BUYER BEWARDesired Settlement: I now want a full refund $149.94 and an apology for the appalling manor in which this situation has been handled. We understand there has been a lot of conflicting information regarding the customer's account. We were more than willing to honor the refund offered by the corporate office through e-mails at [email protected]. When we attempted to issue the credit offered, it came to our attention that the refund would not process. In our terms, regardless of placement, it verifies there is a 30-day return period or the charge becomes final sale. The order was originally placed on 04/28/14 for the Buy 3 Get 2 Free for $149.94. The first contact we had regarding his dissatisfaction with the item was on 06/18/14, long after the 30-days had expired. We have consumers agree to the terms and conditions before placing the order specifically to confirm they are aware of all stipulations. Once the thirty days expire, the item becomes final sale and is non-refundable. When we offered the partial credit, we were stepping outside of the terms and conditions he initially agreed to. The refund was denied by the account and we were unable to issue a credit of any kind. In our terms we also confirm we cannot process a refund any other way apart from issuing it back onto the original account.

She added the shipping protection for her package for $4.99 making her total $149.94. We do not offer nor have we ever had a 100% money back guarantee. We have a satisfaction guarantee as the terms and conditions state and she agreed to when each order was placed. Each customer may call or email customer service at anytime to request a refund as all refunds if any is granted is purely on a case by case basis or to cancel their membership. Those terms and conditions also state that all sales after 30 days are final. Mrs. [redacted] did not contact us in any way to allow us to assist her nor to cancel her monthly membership as it is still active. As previously stated we do value all of our customers here at Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. We will refund her $49.26 for the two monthly membership charges she has been billed for.
