Review: I thought that I was only ordering a 1 month supply of diet pills from this company, however in there terms and conditions I was told that I was also agreeing to a subscription. When I called to inquire about the item that I received through the mail, they told me then about my subscription. I also told them that I was not happy with the product originally, and on their website it states "100% customer satisfaction guarantee", and I was not happy with the results, and I would like a refund. The employee continued to tell me that this was not a money back guarantee, and there was nothing he can do about that. I did finally get them to refund the second bottle that I received, and they did cancel my subscription, but this company is very sneaky with their practices.Desired Settlement: I would like the original amount refunded back to me since I feel misled by this company and their "100% customer satisfaction guarantee". I would also like other customers to be aware of this company and their misleading ads.

I found this to be a scam. I placed an order, didn't care for the product, and unexpectedly received another bottle in the mail. When I contacted customer service I was told I was on a monthly supply which was stated in their terms and conditions. Mrs. [redacted] placed an order February 22, 2014 on our website for our package of five 30 day supplies with the discounted monthly membership for $144.95 with no shipping and handling costs. She also elected to do the shipping protection for her package making her total $149.95. After the 90 day period, which begins the day Mrs [redacted] placed her order, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product for any reason they are to contact customer service within 30 days to notify us as all sales are final after 30 days as it states in the terms and conditions she agreed to. She was also to contact us within 90 days and request a cancellation to prevent being billed for a new supply. If the customer continues after the 90 days and does not contact us, they are automatically billed and shipped another product on the 31st day and it continues automatically every 30 days thereafter until we receive any notification the customer wants to cancel. Since there was no cancellation sent within those 90 days, we attempted to bill her at the discounted rate of $24.63 for a new 30 day supply on May 23, May 26, and May 29. However, all our attempts were declined and she was not successfully billed. Since all attempts were unsuccessful her account was automatically canceled. Mrs. [redacted] had the ability to cancel and/or request a refund at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. Review: Purchased a product from this company on March 18th,2014. The order was #[redacted]. It was paid by credit card. I was given a tracking # which was operational for a short period of time until the package suddenly changed shipping methods and was no longer tracking. I notified the co by phone and was told that a new order was to be sent that day. That was the 27th of March. I was told to wait approx. 7 business days to receive the replacement order. That order had not been received by the 1st of April and I once again contacted the company to request an explaination. The support person was very appoligetic ans was to re-send a new order. She assured me that it would probabbly arrive along with original order and instructed me in the return process for the overage order. On our website we have specific blocks for each customer to enter their information. When Mr. [redacted] entered his information when the order was placed, the information was not entered correctly in the correct box. Due to this error, his original package that was shipped the following business day after the order was submitted was returned to us. He has called our customer service line and had a conversation with one of our representatives on 3/31/14. His address was corrected and a new package was reshipped to him free of charge. The package was shipped on 4/1/14 with the new tracking number of [redacted]. When Mr. [redacted] spoke with the representative he was told it may take up to seven business days for the package to be delivered. He could have requested his tracking number and tracked his package on ups.com. After tracking the package, we show that his package has been delivered. We have the confirmation showing it was delivered to the address provided on 4/8/14. Mr. [redacted] can contact his local post office using the provided tracking number to assist in locating his package. At any time Mr. [redacted] could have contacted our company, as he did previously, for assistance in this matter. If Mr. [redacted] would like to speak with another representative he may contact us during normal business hours at our customer service number or our email support team.

Review: This business is a scam and doing false advertising. The diet products that was sold to me did absolutely nothing! Everything the company advertised was false! At that time, the customer was informed about the ingredients in our product and how they work. She was also informed how to take the product. Review: False internet advertising. The statement made "Claim your free bottle today!" was the advertised without the stipulation of original price of said free bottle. What was advertise as free is really not free. The price for this free trial bottle is $80.00. If the entire bottle is used you will still be charged the full amount even if you are not satisfied with the results or no results. The customer must pay for all returns as the same for having it shipped.

Review: I called today for a full refund for the Garcinia Camogia as per their return policy. I was informed they do not do refunds on a product you take for less than 30 to 90 days. So I asked if I purchase more and take it for 45 days they call and tell them it does not work they will refund me all my money. She said NO.

She said they do not refund on any open bottles. I asked how can you tell if it works if you don't take it which means opening the bottle. (I purchased a bottle with 60 pills and used 14.

Review: After watching a Dr. ** segment on garcinia cambogia, I clicked on a recommended link on his page for this company. Because they do not post prices on the first page, you have to enter your info to get the pricing for the products on the second page. When I got to the second page, I read the privacy policy and decided that much as I was interested in the product, I was not going to buy anything. The privacy policy is written in such a way that they can sell your info, contact you whenever they feel like it, change the policy without notifying you, and worst of all, they do not offer any sort of opt out clause. You can imagine my surprise when my phone rang a few minutes later & it was someone calling under the premise that the web price was wrong (she offered me $4 extra off the web price). I asked to talk to the supervisor. After waiting five minutes, Amanda H. came on the line. She said they wouldn't call me anymore but when I asked about deleting my info so it wasn't sold at all, she asid it wouldn't but would not give me her full contact info and actually hung up on me. How can I be sure that the info they (illegally, in my opinion) collected will not be sold?Desired Settlement: I just want something in writing that says my information was not gathered and resold. I also think that they should be required to set up their system to never collect info from someone without that person purchasing said product. Very disturbed by this experience.

Review: Received email from a woman who purported to be a journalist from [redacted]'s Health, endorsing Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. This led you directlyt into their sales page, which specifically states "Buy 3 month supply, get 2 bottles free." The price per bottle is listed at $28.99. I completed the information form with the intent to order, thinking the price would be $86.97 plus shipping. However, when I scrolled to the bottom of the page, they were charging me $144.95. This is not the price for three bottles at $28.99 but for five bottles at $28.99. So they were not giving away two bottles with a three bottle order. I attempted to contact their service department at "[email protected]." Despite several attempts, Internet Explorer could not find the website. Needless to say, I did not order this product. Almost immediately after leaving their website, I received a call from one of their representatives asking how he could help me. I explained that I had tried to reach their support website and that it wasn't working. He said that they had been having a problem with it lately. I then explained the discrepancy in pricing. He said he could offer me two bottles at $88 with two additional bottles free of charge. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation, Mrs. [redacted] was automatically billed for her next 30 day supply on 4/10/14 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Review: First of all, the website that I ordered from is deceptive. It shows that a customer can order a supply at a certain price but when you click and AFTER you authorize your desire to purchase at a certain price it turns out that you are ordering the product at a lower price BUT they charge you (and deliver) multiple months worth of the product. This was very unclear when I ordered the product. If I had known that I would be charged multiple months worth at the same time I never would have clicked on "pay".

I decided to take my lumps because I was stupid enough to fall for it. But several months later I received ANOTHER shipment of the product and my credit card was charged. This was NEVER authorized by me. I called the company and they agreed to refund my money and the shipping charges. My complaint is not that the business did not refund my money. They did

so (with a little prodding.) My complaint is that they employ unclear

and deceitful business practices. I am an intelligent person, I have a

master's degree, but when ordering from their website, it is not stated

CLEARLY that anyone purchasing their products are entering into any kind

of contract, or that your credit card would continually be charged. My

concern is that because of this lack of clarity, a customer can

unknowingly enter into a contract, cancel their credit card for whatever

reason, and the company would try to charge that person's card,

therefore opening up that individual to notices of late payments and

possible bad credit reports. I feel the company has an obligation to

CLEARLY spell out to anyone on their website exactly what they are

getting themselves into when they make a purchase. I think they are

using loopholes to bilk money from unsuspecting customers. Thank you.
