In order for any customer to receive a "free" bottle of Miracle Garcinia Cambogia, they have to purchase at least one bottle at full price. This customer did not order from our company. The customer has stated that he was not charged by "miracle garcinia cambogia" which is our company. Mrs. [redacted] placed an order February 22, 2014 on our website for our package of five 30 day supplies with the discounted monthly membership for $144.95 with no shipping and handling costs. She also elected to do the shipping protection for her package making her total $149.95. After the 90 day period, which begins the day Mrs [redacted] placed her order, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product for any reason they are to contact customer service within 30 days to notify us as all sales are final after 30 days as it states in the terms and conditions she agreed to. She was also to contact us within 90 days and request a cancellation to prevent being billed for a new supply. If the customer continues after the 90 days and does not contact us, they are automatically billed and shipped another product on the 31st day and it continues automatically every 30 days thereafter until we receive any notification the customer wants to cancel. Since there was no cancellation sent within those 90 days, we attempted to bill her at the discounted rate of $24.63 for a new 30 day supply on May 23, May 26, and May 29. However, all our attempts were declined and she was not successfully billed. Since all attempts were unsuccessful her account was automatically canceled. Mrs. [redacted] had the ability to cancel and/or request a refund at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on miraclegarciniacambogia.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on miraclegarciniacambogia.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions"  before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website in several places. We do not offer a 100% money back guarantee. We have a satisfaction guarantee. Our satisfaction guarantee is an offer for the customer and we work with our customers on a case by case basis if they are not satisfied with the results of our product if they contact us. As previously stated we do value all of our customers here at Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. We will refund her the $149.95. Mrs. [redacted] will receive an email confirming she has been refunded. The order was originally placed on 04/28/14 for the Buy 3 Get 2 Free for $149.94. The first contact we had regarding his dissatisfaction with the item was on 06/18/14, long after the 30-days had expired. We have consumers agree to the terms and conditions before placing the order specifically to confirm they are aware of all stipulations. Once the thirty days expire, the item becomes final sale and is non-refundable. When we offered the partial credit, we were stepping outside of the terms and conditions he initially agreed to. The refund was denied by the account and we were unable to issue a credit of any kind. In our terms we also confirm we cannot process a refund any other way apart from issuing it back onto the original account.

She also added the shipping protection for her package for $4.99 making her total $149.94. We do not offer a 100% money back guarantee. We have a satisfaction guarantee as the terms and conditions state and she agreed to when the order was placed. Each customer may call or email customer service at anytime to request a refund as all refunds if any is granted is purely on a case by case basis. Those terms and conditions also state that all sales after 30 days are final. As a reputable company we entrusted and relied on a well-known, established and GMP certified product manufacturer. We have issued a full refund to Mrs [redacted] as of June 4, 2014. When we issue any refund there is an automated email that is sent to the email address the customer has on file. This email confirms the refunded amount, the date of the last charge, and that it takes 3-7 business days for the funds to post. Although we have issued the refund, it takes her bank or credit card company that allotted time to post the funds on her account. We have also sent Mrs [redacted] several emails in response to her requesting more information. She has been sent several email confirmations for her order containing her order information. We have also sent her the transaction number for her refund. We have assisted Mrs [redacted] in each request several times. At this point she can keep the supply that she has and she has been issued the refund as we have stated several times and sent several confirmations.

AN EMAIL THAT MIRACLE GARCINIA CAMBOGIA HAS REFUNDED MY MONEY, REFUND IS SUPPOSEDLY TO APPEAR BACK ON MY AMEX CREDIT CARD WITHIN 7 DAY (WE’LL SEE) HOWEVER, I NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THEM, BUT DON’T HAVE AN INVOICE OR ORDER NUMBER.  I EMAILED THEM TO SEND SAME, BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO THAT REQUEST.
I DON’T WANT TO JUST SEND THE PRODUCT WITHOUT AN INVOICE OR ORDER NUMBER IN PKG. – I DON’T TRUST THEM THAT I WILL RECEIVE CREDIT FOR RETURN AND THEY WILL RECHARGE ME FOR USELESS PRODUCT.  I THINK I HAVE A RIGHT TO THIS INFORMATION – THEY ALREADY TOLD ME THEY DON’T GIVE THIS INFORMATION VIA EMAIL – COULD YOU PLEASE HAVE THEM EMAIL ME A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND THE ORDER NUMBER.

finally got copy of order, but I had to request several times to get a copy of order – refund has be credited back to [redacted] card, and I sent the product back to them last week, they should have already rec’d it.  They told me they wanted the product back, don’t know what changed their mind that I could keep it, not that it works anyway. As far as I’m concerned this nightmare is over.  It’s too bad I had to get 3 consumer agencies and [redacted] to get my money refunded.
