this does not resolve my complaint.
All My Sons included a PDF of my UNBINDING estimate as well as a copy of one of the credit card authorization forms I had to sign a credit card authorization for every single credit card transaction I had to sign paperwork for every transaction All they have provided is the original estimate and one of the authorizations They should be able to show documented paperwork for every single transaction and a credit card authorization for every charge to my credit card All charges except one for $were authorized and approved by me All my sons cannot provide a reason for the charge nor the required documentation for the charge They illegally charged my credit card for $and the only reasoning they can give is that in the end it made the charges balance the estimate That is not adequate Estimates can come under or go over This was unbinding and they came in under Instead of doing leaving the charges as they were, they tacked on a random unapproved additional charge of $2000, and that is what I am disputing In addition, my complaint is in regard to the terrible treatment I received via phone from All My Sons employees of ***, SC They yelled at me, told me to "eat it" and proceeded to threaten to call the police on me because I was insistent on an explanation They hung up on me over twenty times They refused to speak to me in a respectful manner or address my concerns I still request reimbursement of $and written apologies from both men in the office

I will not sign an agreement that binds me to not ever verbally speaking ill of this company While I have no intention to spread this horrid story, I am in the business of assisting others in moving their elderly family members I will not be in a position where I am unable to say to a valued client that I do not recommend the services of All My Sons Moving Co. Nor will I sign an agreement that I am satisfied with the outcome, because I took a concession by accepting 50% of the refund I asked forRemove paragraphs 3, 4, 5, and and I'll sign it Again, All My Sons offered a credit of $and I would expect them to hold up that end of the deal and issue said credit to the card that was originally used I have disputed this charge with my credit card company

[redacted]You don't understand it's a lot more than just redoing the floors.  I have to pack everything up and move it out of the home and stay in a hotel.  Then I have to clean from all the mess, repaint the areas of the baseboards that are damaged in the refinishing process, then I have to move back in the home.  It's not my fault that my floors are scratched.  It's like me hitting your car and saying I'll pay to fix it but you need to figure out for yourself how you are going to get to work and I'm not going to pay any of your medical bills, because if your were not driving that day you would not have been injured.  I want my floor back to the way they were prior to your company damaging them.
