you bring your own protection? Due to confusion and our utmost convern to keep our customers happy, we would like to split the difference at $181.25 for a settlement on this dispute.

We have already send the customer a settlement agreement for $500.00, as soon as she returns we will cut the check.

All My Sons was hired to perform labor only services, the customer was standing there advising the movers exactly how to pack the truck, the movers listened as the customer is the one in charge of the move, when it didn't fit properly the customer would say, ok now we need to redo, the movers tried...

to explain they can pack the truck without guidance, however we continued to take the guidance from the customer. We are sorry that there was some miscommunication during the load only, the customer said he wanted another crew on his job or we would stop payment on his credit card. The crew that came out to load the truck is a very experienced crew that does not hav many complaints. We hope you understand that a refund will not be allotted for the amount of $500.00, the maximum I can offer is $119.00 and this is only if there is not a pending credit card dispute.

After sending my original complaint (before I went to my house) I discovered that my home had been only partially moved- increasing my disappointment further. Mr [redacted] the estimator did give me a quote for a full move and pack. When I called to schedule the actual move I told them that I would do most of the packing but there would still be some to do. They brought numerous boxes and packing supplies which I was charged for. When I got home, I discovered full rolls of tape (one even in a six pack), 12 extra boxes, 2 rolls of plastic wrap, all of my pots and pans still in the kitchen cabinet, dishes left in dishwasher, curtains, a piece of furniture over the toilet, most oft wall hangings, an empty flower pot, my chimnea, a box of clothes, and lamp that remained. Not only did they over charge (as I had done 90% of actual packing) but they also failed to move a lot of stuff. Again the original quote was from a full pack, supplies, and move. I am now asking for a refund of $600 (that was the amount charge on my quote for packing and supplies). Pictures are attached.
