Alright I'll try to keep this as condensed as possible but basically I saw my credit was being affected by the money I owe with M o h e l a so even though I barely have enough money to survive I decided to try to pay it off so my credit would get better and not only was I unable to even log into my own account (even when I hit reset password and gave them my social) when I tried to call to get it resolved they have an automated answering machine that is horrible and takes forever to explain the non-sense that doesn't concern 90% of people. Then when you finally do get on to try to talk to someone they said the wait time would be over an hour even when I called early in the morning which is what they recommended. THEN on top of all that I work 2 jobs so I didn't have enough time to sit and waste for an hour for no reason so I gave them a number to call me back at and they never did. It blows my mind how they make it this difficult to PAY THEM. I'm trying to give them money I don't even have and I can't even do that, damn I guess this really is what America has come to.
