I am rejecting this response because: I was very clear what I want the resolution to be, they have chosen to ignore it- leaving a message on my phone that they have re-activated my account and now I can log in.  I do not appreciate their disregard for their customers, this is not a resolution based on what I asked, please read again resolution request and please bear in mind, this is the resolution that I seek- it is plain and simple.

Enclosed is the authorization form.  I spoke with the business prior to the complaint and felt like I needed an expert on my behalf to deal with this.  I feel uneducated to stand up to this business who I feel cheated and did not give all the necessary information the first time.  I have flushed thousand of dollars down the drain while under the wrong plan and 2 years away from getting a waiver if I was not mis-leaded.
