I know the circumstances of the loanI don't make the payments for this loanMy son has the payments taken directly from his paycheckMy son attended a program that required this loan for him to attendHowever, MOHELA continues to call my home multiple times a dayI have explained this process for payment at least times making sure they document the info in their systemI refuse to explain it again, and I refuse to speak with them at allI think that speaking with 10-people and providing the same info including my son's name and address is sufficientThis is my response to their non-response
