This does not surprise me even though I signed a form allowing Mohela to discuss my affairs with the Revdex.com they refused to do so just like they refused to answer the demand letter by my attorney or to send the document that they said they were going to send on September 23 that they never sent. Mohela thinks they are above the law and they have the right to threaten, intimidate, etc. I thought we lived in the USA, but not according to this company. The amount that I owe, is less than what the government hands out daily to illegals. I am 73 years old and live on Social Security only, but yet they threaten me with monthly payments of over 400 a month. I believe that the people who run this company and the CR people get off on threatening, anyone that comes across their path. When I lived in Chickasha in 2005 the government sent a collection agency after me, I was making less than 850 a month, in the end I was forced to refinance my loans or have my Social Security garnished in the amount of 15% the government gave this collection agency 2500 dollars and added it to my loan balance. People talk about the American Dream, I have yet to figure out what that is. I have worked hard all my life raised two children as a single parent, and what is my reward. Since I have an attorney I cannot speak with the People from Mohela unless it is in the presence of my attorney. I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com to get them to comply with the demand letter that was sent by my attorney. Looks like they are not going comply with that request and that the time I spent filing this complaint was a waste of my time as well as of those of the Revdex.com. (signed form.jpg)

To whom it may concern, It is not relevant for Revdex.com to have access to my financial information with MOHELA, as we are dealing with a technical breach not a financial one? THis seems like an obvious evasive move on behalf of MOHELA- again the resolution sought is to have an apology and also for MOHELA to investigate who/how my account get de-activated. [redacted].
