Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already gone down this route The business has not even read the complaint that I sent to Revdex.com If they had, they would have seen that an attempt to deliver the defective merchandise was made and rejected by them What you just forwarded to me is a pre-formed response exactly like the one I already received from them I would also like to know if the Revdex.com can link the three business names that the company is using to prevent anyone else from doing business is good faith with them Both [redacted] and [redacted] s come back with no review bit Monica llc is an F rating Since they are one in the same, they should be linked on your site If I had know that they were all the same with an F rating I never would have done business with them Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello ***; We did call you a couple of times but no availIf you have checked all the connections, then you can either take the trike to your local bike/scooter shop for repair, request a Service Authorization form from us, or send us the wheel for testingRegards, customer care

This company advertises an A+ rating on Revdex.comThe actual rating is F; as low as it getsIf you deal with this company you are on your ownThey can be contacted to purchase but in no other wayTheir telephone is just a runaround and they will never answer emailsI bought a $electric tricycle from them and when I complained about missing parts they claimed I had never been a customer even though I have the check to them as proof

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not what my complaint is about......if they had read the complaint correctly, the trike runs, however, there is no such thing as a "***" power boost and there is no indication that it was sent with this other than a piece of paper that states it is on the trike, also where is the indicator there are the stated "lithium" batteries that were purchased when ordering the trikeThe bike shop that helped to put the trike together says these things are not here and were not on the trikeI am asking for a refund on items that did not come on the trikeWe fixed the damaged rear fender and the plastic shipping aid was broken into pieces as well when the carton was opened Sincerely, [redacted]

I cannot believe that you can get away with this I do NOT consider this tricycle in “good working condition” nor do I call this “free of any damage” and why would I allow you any more access to accounts so you can “debit” funds for damage that I did not cause Apparently “customer service” is of no account to you, contrary to your advertising How can you “test' a trike that has never been out of a box? Customer was contacted and the issue was discussed

I found this company on line and since they advertised a one year layaway plan & free shipping I put $down and paid $for months I cancelled the layaway and did not take delivery however, they will not refund any monies what-so-ever, and they took $ The toll free number they list online is just a message, stating that you must email them via their webpage I found a fax number so I sent a fax telling them to stop taking the payments from my account I can understand a cancelation charge but to keep all the monies I paid is just wrongI now know that filling out their payment form for "checking account deduction" was a way for them to avoid any credit card disputeI'm a senior and this was a very disappointing transaction, and they keep telling me their is nothing I can do about it They also said I would be help responsible for any "defamation" I cause themThey said that their webpage states the layaway plan and that it states no refunds I printed out the plan but can't find any where the no refund what-so-ever statement
