Review: First of all, I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, I ordered a Mobility scooter from omegastores on June 18th 2013 after talking to a Rep, He stated that it would take about 10 days to receive the Scooter and He also stated that it was in stock as were the extra accessories that I wanted added to the order, the company accepted My electronic check the next day ( June 19th ) for the amount of $2,234.19 Now after a few days I was surfing their web site and found out that they hold all check's for 10 days or more to assure payment ( although a electronic check is suppose to be instant ) On June 22nd I received a letter from Omega stores stating that My order was in progress and the item should reach Me at any time.Now on July 2 I received another letter stating that Their suppliers in Germany sent them some incorrect parts for My product and they had to send them back causing some delay in the shipping of My scooter. (parts that I was told originally were suppose to be in stock at the time I first placed My order. It is now July 16 still no ScooterThis company is impossible to reach by phone, and they only email Me when I leave a nasty message on their voicemail, and then their email says that they will send Me another letter.

I again complained to omega stores on 07/19 and the last reply I got from them was " The part that they ordered was in transit and as soon as it arrives they will ship the scooter immediately, below is a copy of their emails. Plus I have asked them for a refund, with No reply.

I received another Letter post marked July 31 Stating that the parts that they need to complete My order have now arrived and are being held up by Custom's for clearance, so they say ( sounds like More of the same Bull to Me ) Omegsstores now is saying they will be able to ship the scooter in a short period of time.

I would like to know their definition of " A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME "' Because I have been told this 4 times already. It is now approaching Two Months since they cashed My check.

Finally on Aug 17 Th I did receive a partial refund from Monica LLC, in the amount of $1899.07 which is $335.12 short of the Full amount That I paid which was $2,234.19

Monica LLC claims that I owe them this amount ( $335.12 ) because of a cancellation Fee imposed on Me for this cancellation.

I feel that I do not owe this company on RED cent because of their inability to deliver this product in the time frame that they said that they would which was 10 days.

Plus I paid a $31.00 Fee to Wells Fargo Bank for a Stop Payment notice that failed because the electronic check did clear immediately when it was sent on June 18 Th

I have filed a complaint through [redacted] which I used for payment.. they want to give me a refund of $15.00 for a $127.00 purchase, I believe these crooks have bumped their heads.. Review: I received a [redacted]. When I purchased the trike I ordered Lithium batteries and received lead acid batteries. When the trike arrived the battery box was broken, rear fenders were bent and broken, left rear tire is flat the frame has areas where the paint was rubbed of and there are many areas where the frame is scratched, the basket lid is bent and has areas where the spot welding is broken. The front wheel safety washers are vertical instead of being left and right handed so the wheel could fall off.I have e-mailed them and received a message back saying the e- mail arrived and I should recieve an answer with in 24 to 72 hours. I sent them pictures and asked for the name of the insurance company so I could file a claim. They have made no attempt to correct the situation with the batteries or give me information on the insurance company. The freight company that delivered the trike here in [redacted] did open the box and document the damage to the trike. Before they delivered the trike they did call and say it was damaged and asked if I wanted delivery. I had received an e- mail from [redacted] stores asking that I accept delivery because it was easier to replace parts than to send the trike back and forth. I am willing to accept my money back on the batteries because sending the lead acid batteries out of here is near impossible. I can take a picture of the batteries with a witness to prove that I received the wrong batteries, even if I need to go to the court house for the witness and notary. I am rejecting this response because: the Trike was damaged in transit and I do not know if the problems are under warranty or under insurance. Do I send the motor back or the wiring. What is causing the motor to run and stop and then run again or stay off and not run for several tries then stop after a very brief time of running.

Wish to share my experience with this "company" in an effort to save someone else from trusting them and making the same mistake I did. In my search for an electric assist recumbent trike I came across a beautifully made site, nice pictures, lots of positive comments, good specs and free shipping. I filled out most of the order form but did not complete it as I had some questions. The next morning I received a call from them (which reassured me) and ask if it came assembled. I was told that "some assembly would be required" and I was going to cancel the order knowing I would not be able to do that. He then said all I would have to do is adjust the seat and the handlebars. I believed him.

The next e-mail I received stated "Your order now went into testing and packaging". The package arrived on August 12, 2014; in numerous pieces, without instructions and damaged. I am including photos. No one has answered the phone since they withdrew their money from my account. The only communication between us is via e-mail.

I attempted calling and e-mailing them several times.

Their first response to me was:

"You understand that purchasing a complex product such as an electric trike etc.. on the Internet has its consequences. One of them is that you are paying a lot less than if you were purchasing it at your local store, however it also means that you need to be able to handle issues such as assembly, adjustments etc... It includes but not limited to scenarios in which you need technical help that cannot be administered over the phone or email, or the item does not work for some reason. In such matters you may choose on of the following steps: 1/ check the item yourself 2/ find a nearest shop where they service these types of items or 3/ you send it to us postage prepaid to [redacted] for repair or replacement before a new one can be shipped out."

My response: "I understand these things that you mention, HOWEVER, I was told by the man I spoke to that all I would need to do was adjust the seat and handlebars after I explained to him that I would be unable to assemble the trike on my own. Had I known that full assembly was required I would not have purchased it. The only option I see at this point, since I was not given accurate information over the phone (and since you seem unwilling to call me) is for me to bring the un-assembled trike to you and ask you to assemble it so I can bring the trike home and enjoy it as I had planned originally. I am willing to drive to [redacted] if you are willing to assemble it. Are you willing to work with me in that manner? [redacted] Their response: The item must be returned via a national freight company such as [redacted] freight etc..

If you need a return authorization, please reply to this email.

The form they wanted me to sign is totally unacceptable. They filled in my name and the form reads as follows:

"I the customer, _________, state that the product was delivered free of any damage in good working condition but I would request a return authorization for this item due to personal reasons.

Should any damage appear on the item upon delivery, I will reimburse the seller accordingly.

I, the customer, authorize [redacted] to use my account for the transaction, as stated herein, pay the published freight charges and the 15% restock fee which transaction shall take place within 10 business days from the receipt of such returned item.

After this transaction, I will release [redacted] from any liability, and waive my right to any further actions."

Needless to say I refuse to sign this form. A friend of mine who is an engineer was able to put the trike together and the electric worked for maybe 5 minutes. There is nothing we can do to get the electric to work again and I am unwilling to put more money into this mistake I made.Desired Settlement: Just hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake.

Bacically after less than four months in service, the product went completely dead and the seller will not respond to my phone calls. Review: 1. Trike arrived with cracked headlight. 2. instructions are poorly designed, when call for clarifications hung up on three times, then blocked for further calls.3. I would like a call back to just answer my questions on---The extra nut found in the package. Replace the cracked headlight and tell me what to do to get the engine started And any other issues pertaining to getting the trike to work safely. This company advertises an A+ rating on Revdex.com. The actual rating is F; as low as it gets. If you deal with this company you are on your own. They can be contacted to purchase but in no other way. Their telephone is just a runaround and they will never answer emails. I bought a $1900 electric tricycle from them and when I complained about missing parts they claimed I had never been a customer even though I have the check to them as proof.

Review: The wrong item was shipped for the Power Roller Deluxe ordered through the SmokeDepot.org website. No response to emails and phone messages blocked.

I ordered a Power Roller Deluxe through the WWW.SmokeDepot.org website on 10 April 2013 by Bank Card. The assigned order number is REC# XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The total cost of $ 88.45 was dispensed from my account on 12 April 2013. I received an EC69 Easy Roller Deluxe on 17 April 2013. I attempted to call their customer service number XXX-XXX-XXXX. The voice mail was full and requested a code. The web site said to return the 'Wrong Item Shipped' to 314 Main St. #4572, Wallingford, Ct XXXXX. This was returned on 22 April 2013 with a Tracking Number. The US Post Office shows that received it on 30 April 2013. The Return was to be preceeded by an email message to them so they would have the originally purchased item ready which was done. As of today, I have received no replies to my email inquiries as to the status of the order. Since phone call have been futile, I have not made anymore attempts.Desired Settlement: I want to receive a full refund of my purchase totalling $ 88.45 and the order canceled.

Review: I bought this on 1/31/2012 and received it on 2/14/2012 I paid for it on 1/31/2012 by check over the internet. Once I paid for it I received a email from them telling me not to refuse to except the order, that if anything was wrong with it they would fix it. Upon me receiving it on the 14th, I unpacked it and set it up and found that the battery charger was broken, it wouldn't charger the scooter, so I tried call them from the numbers that they had been calling me from, and it would go strieght to voice mail, telling me to go online and leave a message and someone would be in touch with me from 24 to 48 hours, and they did that they told me to send the old charger back to them and they would send me another one, after two months of waiting I received it, and on the 6th or 8th time that I was riding it and rear-end came a loose from the welds that holds the mounting barket's to the frame, and the whole rear-end rolled up under the scooter and the brakes locked up and I almost got hit by the car that was behind me, I tried to call them but all I got was the same message telling me to go on line and leave a message, so I did that and they told me to send them the scooter, that they would be glad to fix it, so I carted it back up in the carting that it came in, and waited for two months and still trying to get in touch with them about I, then finial I got a email from them telling me that I would have to pay for the shipping of it back to them, I told them that I had paid for a two year extended warranty on it, they told me that didn't matter that I would have to pay for it to be returned. So I checked into it to see how much it would cost to have it shipped back to them and they wanted $585.00, I don't have that kind of money I am a disabiled Vet. I live on a fixed income, it took me two years to save enough money to buy it in the first place. They have in large print at the top of there web page that the customer satisfaction comes first that they have been in business since 1971,I have a lot more

We checked them immediately and notified the company about broken rear fender and weak power upon take-off. The front hub motor plug kept coming off. We only were able to contact by e-mail and received no response. We rode the trike on June 26, 2015 and the hub motor spine around and broke and we now have no power at all. We cannot use the trike.Desired Settlement: We like the trikes and enjoy riding them. We would like the front wheel motor and hub replaced and back left fender replaced. The trike is blue. Review: Ordered augers for a cigarette machine. On the website they are listed at $9.50 each. We ordered 2 of them and they don't take a credit card so had to give them checking info. When we got the parts there was no invoice so I checked with the bank and found out that they had charged my account $45.05 for something that should have been $24.15. I have called them and can get ahold of no one and they haven't returned my calls.

There was a $20.00 bank's return fee because the customer's check bounced at the first time due to her failure of providing the correct information.

Review: I purchased a cigarette machine from them in May 2015 and in August it broke down. I sent it back to them to repair along with a 12.50 check. They have advertisement showing>>"No-Fear Absolute Warranty" where they state we are here in Connecticut,USA We simply send you a free-replacement ourselves". But on another page they show a "30 day Warranty". I sent them 84.50 plus I paid 12.50 to fix the machine but they told me that I am OUT OF WARRANTY and kept my 12.50 check. They told me to "Get another one and send another check". I understand that businesses have the right to their own policies but most companies give you a one year warranty, not these people. I want them to at least send me back the 12.50 that I paid to fix the machine. I think they do bad business and will not purchase from them anymore. I think they are scammers because they just made 84.50 + 12.50 off me with no recourse.Desired Settlement: I think they should allow a 1 year warranty for machines that cost 84.50 and outline their policy about Warranty more explicitly so the consumer knows before buying how long they have to get an item fixed or replaced.

I found this company on line and since they advertised a one year layaway plan & free shipping I put $50.00 down and paid $50.00 for 12 months. I cancelled the layaway and did not take delivery however, they will not refund any monies what-so-ever, and they took $600.00. The toll free number they list online is just a message, stating that you must email them via their webpage. I found a fax number so I sent a fax telling them to stop taking the payments from my account. I can understand a cancelation charge but to keep all the monies I paid is just wrong. I now know that filling out their payment form for "checking account deduction" was a way for them to avoid any credit card dispute. I'm a senior and this was a very disappointing transaction, and they keep telling me their is nothing I can do about it. They also said I would be help responsible for any "defamation" I cause them. They said that their webpage states the layaway plan and that it states no refunds. I printed out the plan but can't find any where the no refund what-so-ever statement.
