Please be careful not to scratch the frame anymore as it will not look nice.

Hello, I do not feel it is right that I have to pay for the shipping.  I feel you should take half off this bike - or take it back - and replace the battery.  If I sent the all the parts that are scratched, rusted, broken and welded crooked, it would be almost the whole bike.  I have contacted Revdex.com on this.  If this bike was checked like you said, I would not be having all of these issues.

We understand your concern in regards to your online order and would like to help you with the shipping of your merchandize.
Once your order is placed, your payment information is being sent to your bank for clearing, and depending on your bank it can take about 3-7 business days.
We have no control over the Bank's policies.

Depending on your location, it can  take 12-14 days for the freight company to deliver your item once it's on the truck. We do tell them to call you prior to delivery, so you and the driver can arrange an appointment at your convenience.

I am rejecting this response because: The layaway policy does not state anything about canceled layaway and every time you go to www. omegastores.com/layaway policy you only get the term.
They just don't want to return my money. All layaway return at least part of your money. I could see if they want to keep$50.00 but the whole $150.00 is crazy.

I am rejecting this response because: does anyone take the time to read the complaints?  I DID try to return the item.  I drove two and a half hours to return the item.  When I finally spoke to him (because the store does not physically exist), he yelled that I was not allowed to return the item.   
 
Please do not send another computer generated response.  It's as bad as trying to deal with [redacted].  If you read what you just forwarded to me from them, it's the s a m e message.  He has not read the complaint that I filed with you.

They did sent me $48.50 refund for the expedited shipping, but as of now I still have not received the product or a tracking number saying the item is on they way, plus I cannot get ahold of them via phone as the number is busy. I finally was able to leave a message but still have not heard back so, I would like a refund at this point as I feel that I have waited long enough for a response or the item.

As you can see by the date, this response from [redacted]/Monica LLC, is not related to your involvement in this matter. It is simply a re-posting of the last response I received from them.  
On August 15th I received this e-mail from them:

I refused to sign this form for obvious reasons.  
This was my response on the 18th:
Is this a scam?  I cannot believe that you can get away with this.  
I do NOT consider this tricycle in “good working condition”  nor do I call this “free of any damage”  and why would I allow you any more access to accounts so you can “debit” funds for damage that I did not cause.  Apparently “customer service” is of no account to you, contrary to your advertising.  How can you “test' a trike that has never been out of a box?  I require an appropriate response from you before I get a lawyer and report you to the Revdex.com.  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I have already gone down this route.  The business has not even read the complaint that I sent to Revdex.com.  If they had, they would have seen that an attempt to deliver the defective merchandise was made and rejected by them.  What you just forwarded to me is a pre-formed response exactly like the one I already received from them. 
 
 I would also like to know if the Revdex.com can link the three business names that the company is using to prevent anyone else from doing business is good faith with them.  Both [redacted] and [redacted]s come back with no review bit Monica llc is an F rating.  Since they are one in the same, they should be linked on your site.  If I had know that they were all the same with an F rating I never would have done business with them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]2, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have called them twice and left messages but they haven't called me back. I needed to know if prepaid postage meant just  on the package sent back or to include the replacement they are sending back to me. Also I wanted to remind them that I still needed instructions on how to use the security alarm system and lock the front wheel. The instructions for that was nowhere in the manual or with the scooter. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Business does not have a layway policy for refund. I look on internet they have no refunds for returns . Mind was not a return it was on layaway. There policy for Layway is only for terms of layaway which does not state any thing about you cannot get a refund if you cancel.
